I liked that you used local products last year 2. I would prefer real Bali coffee in the breakfast buffet. I love Bali coffee! that's it! only 2 changes :)

I had the most comfortable stay at Kamaniiya. As I stayed 10 days I requested a nice room with a view to the pool. They gave me room 333 which was fantastic. Big good bed, nice bathroom and view. The room boys have been fabulous. Specially SANDI ! The room was every day very nicely cleaned and fresh water bottles and coffee etc. was never forgotten. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, eggs and all you could eat. The cappuccino was also very good. And of course the restaurant staff was lovely, polite and professional. Overall the whole staff at the hotel was wonderful. The price I got was also superb, such a good value. I already recommended your hotel to all my frienfs here in Bali. We have often friiends visiting and now we can recommend a really good hotel. Terima kasih ?? Nothing

Location and they provide car park, so when I rent a car, it’s easy to park. 2 years ago I stayed at Kamaniiya and it was good, However, during my last stay, I felt that the overall quality had slightly declined. The towels, for instance, were already worn and slightly torn along the edges.

Cleanliness , staff were superb , convenience stores across street, large room with comfortable beds Lights too dim Maybe adding rubberized stool legs will help with noise level as the tenant above drags the stool it’s so loud since floors are tiled

Location, staff and facilties

Rooms are clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast is good. Some facilities are not as good. The gym available is quite small and a lot of the equipment are either broken or not as well maintained

Fantastic hotel. We booked as a group 12 rooms and everyone was very happy of the hotel. Fantastic value for money, Nice large pool. Cheap breakfast buffet,. Massage. Fully equipped rooms and excellent service. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel. No remark to make. Hotel was perfect.

This hotel has amazing value for money, I stayed there for 6 days together with my partner and we both liked it very much. - The location is amazing, walking distance from all the good restaurants and cafes as well as a nearby beach which is 20 mins walking. - The staff were very polite and friendly just like everyone in Bali. - We sent our clothes to the laundry multiple times and they are always very clean and remove even hard stains. - The hotel is always very clean as well as our room. Havent tried neither the food nor the swimming pool so I cant review those, but I recommend you eat at the many AMAZING restaurants nearby. Nothing

Although the walls were clean, there was a slight mold scent in the room. Some noise from nearby clubs during the afternoon, but it stops after 3 pm.

I stayed in a Junior Suite Room. It was spacious room, but the Sofabed was not comfortable at all for sleeping. Bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was standard but it's OK. The design of each door along corridor created an old version image of property. Suppose without any picture drawing of each door, it would have been better and it's gonna be looked modern.

TV is quite old and doesn't connect to Netflix, though it has a few tv channels available to watch shows.

During my stay, I encountered a few issues that I hope can be improved. I found a worm in the salad, which I reported to the staff, and she kindly apologized. In addition, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and I noticed there was no salt or pepper available, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, some of the breakfast staff seemed to have difficulty remembering my room number and asked me for it frequently throughout my 10-day stay. I appreciate the staff’s efforts and hope these points can be addressed to enhance the guest experience.

Bed was comfortable but room a little small than what I used to in Bali. Staff members were very kind and trying to help even though you have to explain few times. Make sure you let them know if you need alternate milk options as they don’t have it in the hotel which I find it strange. Only one lift available and other lift was on maintenance. Gym was ok, small and equipment could be updated. Sadly Spa treatment wasn’t open as it should be.
