It’s needs a good clean like proper scrub not just a wipe over bathroom and kitchen sink was bad and the fridge was really dirty

good location, pleasant staff, beautiful place, constantly updated drinking water, excellent Wi-Fi. The furniture is outdated, the plumbing needs updating, the cleaning was not good enough

Location is very good and easy to find and safe to stay！ There are a lot of shops where I wanted to visit within walking distance. There are chocolate factory cafe, bakery cafe, and restaurants. And also laundries. The hotel staff are very kind. There is no place to exchange money, so hotel staff took me by scooter (within 5 min.) When I arrived there from International airport late at night around 21:00, the hotel staff were not there and security staff helped me to check in. I told them that I would check in around that time, but they did not tell me. And I could not get room key until next morning. And also room was so dirty, there were a lot of hair and dust. And the sink of shower drain was colgged, so I gave up to take a shower and wash hair when I arrived at night. I asked the staff to give me discount since I could not take a shower, and I was waiting the reply from the owner, but they did not say anything to me when I checked out.

Spacious functional room with lots of light, strong water pressure in the shower Friendly staff, very accommodating Could be cleaner in the corners :) AC was bit noisy which could not be fixed

The location is good, even the main road is very busy, the property itself is in a quiet place, is clean, the staff are friendly, overall the price is very reasonable for what we get Tv channels could have options for foreigners, channels are all local, could have a bit more amenities,
