This is pretty, private and comfortable accomodation in Seminyak. This was a great start to our trip. Good location, clean rooms and great hosts! I recommend staying at the Bungalow. These areas (Sem, Kuta, Canggu) can get super loud, so we value quietness and this Bungalow gave us that. We were able to have a solid sleep which we didn't find in other accomodations around Canggu etc. This is not so much a dislike, but you'll have to walk a little or take taxi to the main centres, not exactly walkable but we liked being away from the city centre.

Quiet and in a great location. The service was amazing - super helpful and accommodating. They provided thoughtful extras like bottled water and mosquito repellent, and were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. Senja and the team were fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. 100% would stay again!

The pictures advertised on Booking.com was completely not accurate. The resort is pretty much run down and barely operating. The pictures online are from years ago. Please take down this resort.

The location and the staff were the 2 shining stars that set Bali Royal Heritage villas apart from our other accommodations during this trip to Bali. The location is VERY quiet, so even though this place is basically in the heart of Seminyak, there was literally no automobile traffic noise at all from the Bungalow. It is a pretty short walk to get to the crowded areas where you can find a bunch of restaurants and shops. The staff were awesome, super personable, polite, and helpful. They even retrieved some young mangos for my wife from the trees on property for no charge. They picked up trash bags several times a day, and were very diligent about keeping the property and the rooms clean. GREAT people here!!! The breakfast was ok, not amazing and not a lot of variety provided, but certainly good enough for a free quick bite before you headed out. There were LOTS of mosquitos inside the bungalow. The bathroom is separated from the exterior by clay lattice bricks, to let the steam out and provide ventillation, but there are either no screens on some of them, or in the places where there are screens, they are damaged with holes present, allowing mosquitos to enter. Additionally, more often than not, GoJek or Grab drivers are simply unable to find the location, resulting in a need to have a long drawn out conversation with them in order to get your order delivered. Lastly, the electrical setup for the Bungalows is frustratingly poor. There is only one outlet on each side of the bed and it they are already taken up by a lamp, providing no place to plug in a cell phone charger. I bought a power strip, and unfortunately discovered that if I plugged in my 200 watt laptop charger at the same time as we used the provided electric kettle (there is one open outlet in the bathroom) it popped the circuits, requiring the maintenance people to walk down and reset the circuit. At a minimum, the outlets should be 2 different circuits, one for the bedroom, and one for the bathroom. Lastly, there is no desk, so if you are looking for a place for a longer stay from which to work while you are in Bali, skip the bungalows, I had to put my laptop on a box on the bed and pull the single chair in the room up to it. It was OK for a quick login to fix something, but for full day working, this property does not meet the need.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Every day they cleaned the rooms, even the empty one. I was almost the only person in the cottages, so had the pool to myself. there’s a mosquito net on the bed. 25 min. from the airport, at least in the morning. Wi-Fi was good. Nothing that really bothered me but worth mention. it is located 25 min. walk from the beach. the toilet/shower room has breaks with holes (good for ventilation) but it means that if you don’t close the door, mosquitoes will get into the room. the water in the shower was not hot, it was warm. It is funny that the toilet has a blocked glass to the out sider, though I don’t think someone from outside could really watch into the toilet, it also has curtain from the outside.
