Strategic place, comfy area, Responsive staff Toilets and sinks sometimes like to get clogged, refrigerator and dispenser are not cold enough

Beautiful accomodation, friendly staff. Only negative things, lights bright at night for bedroom, exhaust fan noisey half of balance and they put cheese all over breakfast option number 2 when it’s not mentioned on menu. Thanks for having me. Mark

We arrived at 1am and were a bit disappointed as the pool wasn’t as nice as the photos snd the sofa in the room was dirty. The next day we realised there were 2 pools and once we had one of the nicest breakfast ever and met the lovely staff we began to fall in love with the place. Nothing was a problem for the staff Although I preferred the larger pool outs was cleaned every morning and we did enjoy swimming in it. The beds were very comfortable and shower was great. We are thinking of going back next week ? Sofa and curtains need a clean Pool area could so with some paint but don’t let that put you off

Very good property right in the market area. Bike rental, super markets are all close by. The property is nice, staff is extremely helpful. We also had a floating breakfast setup here at an additional cost. The rooms are comfortable and had a great stay. Everything was good.

My friend accidentally stained bed cover with makeup, they didn’t change it even though it was a noticeable stain. The pillowcases also weren’t changed for 4 days even though we had put the bedding on the floor as an indication that it needs to be changed. Not really towards people of color, except the waiter he was really nice and helpful.

Good and strategic location, friendly and polite staff, atm machine and mini mart are just nearby. Would love to return here in future when I plan another visit to Bali! Overall experience was top notch! Highly recommended! There were mosquitoes in our room and around the pool however the staff did handed us a mosquitoe repellent. Other than that, everything was perfect!
