The location was pretty good, a 15 minute walk to the beach, and there were plenty of markets, warungs, shops etc in easy walking distance. There was a ATM next door and supermarket across the road. The little cafe was great and the inclusive breakfasts were really tasty. The surrounding roads are very busy with traffic, getting there by car can be very slow and a bit frustrating. Walking was okay if you don't mind sharing the pavement with the odd scooter driver. The room was clean, but under the bed looked like it had been neglected for a long time. No Pool! If you have kids stay somewhere with a pool.

Giving this place 10, as for the price paid and its location, it was exceptional. I booked it for the location, however everything about this place was great. My room was super clean (maybe a bit dated, but I wasn't paying luxury prices, so absolutely fine) , the breakfast was really nice and the staff were all lovely and helpful. Really good value for money, so cant fault this place for the price. Nothing

It was such a nice room! Defiantly the cleanest and nicest I’ve had in Asia so far. The staff were really nice and helpful and help me with my bags and showed me how to use everything which I have found rare in other places. They knocked on my door 30 mins before I asked for my breakfast so I was till asleep

The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. A real value of money. They always give new set up sheets, towels and water. The place is just near to everything, convenience stores in front of the hotel, and there is a local foodcourt where the food is superb and super cheap. The comfort rooms should be changed already, since showers are all over, the drainage in the bathroom is always clogged and seems to have not cleaned.

Cleaniness of the bathroom was very poor. There are areas that have not been cleaned for ages. Also bathroom functonality is questionable. It is not fit for brushing teeth as the shelf is covering the sink.

The location was great and staff were very friendly. Putri especially was very helpful. I booked a triple room (three single beds) but we got given a room with a double bed and a single bed. They then did not have a spare duvet so two of us had to share the double duvet. I deliberately booked a triple room to avoid this situation so it was frustrating

The location was fine because although it's hard to pass through the road (there are no pedestrian walkways), there are lots of bars, restaurants, spas and clubs around (especially in Seminyak). And the staff in the hotel was nice and available for the customers. Although I've seen the sticker "breakfast included" when I bought my stay, I was very and unpleasantly surprised when I've been told (during the check-in) I'd have to pay extra charge. And my room had a view... on the parking, so no intimacy unless curtains and window closed. Plus, the room was kind of dirty. I could notice some very little beasts coming to eat some drops of chips that fell down on the floor. And that's when I noticed some more dirtiness... right under the bed. There was A LOT of dust and hair. I even saw a few cotton buds and a plastic bottle... I mean cleanliness is basic, isn'it ?! And the bathroom was just OK because there were no curtain and there were also some scale and rust stains. Just take a look on the pics I took, it's a pity because the lobby and the rest of the hotel is fine (except some special smell due to the product they use to clean the floor).
