Really affordable and was given a room upgrade. Staff was also responsive My beddings were stained and there were big red ants on the bed when I arrived! The staff came over and replaced the sheets upon my request. Quality of materials for the hotel could be improved as they seem to be taking a beating.

The location of the hotel is great, just walk right out 5 mins you get a nice warung for food There are numerous restaurants, , hair cut nail salons. There are convenience stores nearby as well and the best part is the beach is like 300 m away. The breakfast beef shaksuka was the bomb, the rest of the breakfast spread was decent too. Love this place and highly recommend it. The air con was a bit stuffy, but i called maintenance and they came in a jiffy but it still wasn't that cold, but there was a slight improvement, but the staffs were quick to respond to my request, so not a complaint :)

had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The facilities are amazing and everything feels very well maintained and high quality. The location is perfect, with everything conveniently close by. The staff were always very friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Nothing, it was great!

The location of the stay could've been a bit better as most cars couldn't go all the way in the alley of the hotel itself.

It was a surprise that they gave me an upgrade with a bigger room includes a bathtub in the balcony. The room is comfortable and the hotel has nice ambiance. The staff is very friendly and surprises me every morning with cute animals made by towels, thanks Eka, WiDi, Heru, Oewa, Leong. :)

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location. Kusuma Office Supervisor was very helpful and approachable. Noisy guest.

Staff always catered to my needs. Breakfast could be better, eggs were not included or certain extra fruits like bananas. I paid extra, its all good but it should be included in the buffet.

Room was lovely and clean, the balcony was a nice place to relax, staff were very friendly and helpful and always smiling. They provided umbrellas which was a bonus. The breakfast was a bit underrated and the pool was not clean.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The pool is sparkling blue. Don't let the narrow alley fool you, once you step inside, this place is a total sanctuary. It's a hidden gem that offers great value.

Good location, spa and pool, friendly staff, good value for money. Narrow and unclean entrance, nearby construction gives a shabby look. The breakfast is mediocre.

Lloyd’s Inn Bali is a beautiful, peaceful hotel with an amazing vibe, but what truly stands out is the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm and friendly, making us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Kusuma and Anita — absolute stars and the most amazing hosts. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again!
