The staff where the stand out always welcoming and reaching out if they could help. Breakfast had many options and was clean area which is nice change for a buffet We only stayed here for the last part of our trip in hindsight we should if stayed here for the first part also, Even though it was slightly more expensive its worth it for the cleanliness and staff and food

We stayed here on our final night in Bali to be back closer to the airport. The hotel is located right near the beach and the beachside restaurants which made it a great place to walk from and explore the area.

Overall, the hotel is good and has everything you need. There is also parking available, which is convenient if you’re traveling by bike. The staff are very polite and always ready to help. On the day of arrival, they even allowed me to check in earlier, which I really appreciated—many thanks to the team for that. The room is well-equipped: there’s a separate bathtub where you can relax (even with bath salts), a separate shower, and a toilet. Both hot and cold water work perfectly. The bathroom is spacious, and the room itself is also quite large. The only downsides I noticed were that the lobby is quite dark, the air conditioner is a bit noisy, and occasionally there were ants in the room and on the bed. Additionally, the bed linen needs better attention, as there were some stains and signs of dirt, which was disappointing.

The hotel room was an excellent size and well laid out. Breakfast was great with lots of different choices. Very friendly staff, especially in the spa. The beach was just a short walk away.

Rooms are spacious and new , hotel locations is very good 1 min from the beach and to all city center activities in Seminyak Firstly, the linen in our room was not properly changed or adequately washed, which already raised concerns regarding hygiene standards. Unfortunately, the situation escalated on my final day, when I suffered from a severe stomach infection after consuming breakfast at the hotel. Prior to this, I had not eaten anything else, making the source of the illness very clear. When this issue was reported to the reception staff, the response was completely unacceptable. The receptionist showed no empathy, concern, or willingness to assist, and instead dismissed the matter by stating that it could not be related to the hotel breakfast. Such a response is highly unprofessional, especially when a guest is clearly unwell and in pain. Additionally, an email was sent to the Duty Manager regarding this matter, which remains unanswered to date. The lack of response further reflects poor management and disregard for guest wellbeing. At the very least, I would have expected basic human concern — a simple follow-up or inquiry about my condition. The absence of any care, accountability, or communication from your staff has completely ruined our experience at your hotel. This situation raises serious concerns about hygiene practices, staff training, and customer care standards, and I expect this complaint to be taken seriously.

The location was fantastic - a quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops around. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful - always acknowledged every guest with a smile and a greeting. The buffet breakfast was amazing In high season, I would imagine it may be difficult to get a chair around the pool
