Property has two separate pools, attractive gardens, older style large bedrooms and price included breakfast. Overall very good

The hotel is great value for money. It's a basic hotel, and that's what we like. We like to base ourselves here, and then stay a night or two somewhere else. The breakfast is sufficient. The staff are friendly and always helpful. It's our second stay and we were very happy both times. Only a couple of things. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Our door didn't have a lock, we had to shove a piece of wood under it at night to keep it closed.

location every other think including breakfast

The grounds and pools are nice. The location is good. The internet had to be accessed by password constantly. There wasn’t enough bandwidth for everyone. The breakfast was basic. The rooms didn’t have kettles. Front end staff were not helpful.
-
The bathrooms could be better. They don't have good ventilation. It looks old. In one of the bathrooms we didn't have hot water. The towels were not so good.
-
The breakfast is meager, so most days I simply went to a cafe on the beach strip for breakfast. The whole hotel is old, and some parts of the bathroom are overgrown with rust or limescale.
-
Bathrooms in deluxe rooms need update. No kettle in room.

Bathrooms in the deluxe rooms need a revamp and a kettle in room would be great.Otherwise a great hotel.
-
Depending on the room you get, some older style or newer block by the pool, no jug in rooms

Value and guest-focused service — other hotels should take notes. I’ve travelled the world several times, and I dont recall ever seeing 12pm check out and 1pm check in - awesome when you think of the usual 3pm check in and 10-11am check out. I only needed a room for one night, since my resort across the road couldn’t accommodate me for my final evening. While checking in, I noticed a couple starting their holiday had been mistakenly booked into a basic double room for the first night. I offered them my deluxe double — I was just after a quiet place to sleep before my 6am departure. The staff handled the switch effortlessly. No fuss, just friendly, efficient, and professional service. Everyone walked away happy. My room was older in style — traditional, but spacious and spotlessly clean. It had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The location was ideal: right in the heart of the action, yet surprisingly quiet and welcoming. Nothing

Everything was great, the service, the staff, and the accommodation.

The room actually has NO windows as the 2 shown in the photo open into a small dark alley with no air. The room was extremely smelly and there were HUNDREDS of flies in the toilet !!! I've never experienced such thing! The receptionist said there is no better room available.(I did offer to pay the difference) The next morning, after I insisted with the young nice lady at the reception and showed the availability on Booking she found the available room to move. This was better, no smell and clean.
