I like the location of the hotel. It’s in the center of Seminyak and everything is just around the corner. Close to the bars and beaches, it’s just a walking distance.

The floors was always wet , and the room size was small, the towels was old like used for long time

Love the location near beach I love. Staff always helpful and service with a small. Room service was quick food wasn’t always hot yet still good .I had one incident with food and was immediately resolved .. At times the contruction was too loud right outside my room I made the best of it Love my stay. The contruction was directly outside my room

The staff were excellent and made our stay wonderful. Huge shout out to Nelson (front desk and driver ) and Ella in the spa. Beds were comfortable and location was easily walkable to beach and town. The hotel was very communicative prior to our arrival but did not indicate that renovations were going on in the sky lounge and it was unavailable during our entire stay. We were looking forward to using it. That noise, accompanied with the next door hotel construction was honestly annoying at times. The hotel itself was clean although tired looking (shower rid held together with tape) and in need of updating.

The room was perfect, everything was tidy My husband preferred to always eat at the hotel because it gave him confidence, but on our last night he ordered chicken and a few hours later he started having stomach problems, including vomiting. We had to go to the hospital because he was in very bad condition. We informed the hotel staff, but they did not say anything.
