Great location for Seminyak with large rooms and direct access to the beach. Very friendly staff. The property is really dated and old. Desperately in need of renovations. Everything in the room from doors to bathroom fixtures were all old and worn and even the areas outside look older than the hotel itself is. It wasn't bad...but you can do much better for the money you spend than staying here.

The sunbeds on the beach doesn’t belong to the hotel .. and for me that is important .. i want to lay down on bed that is belong to my hotel . A note : that’s no one mistake but .. everyone must be carful about the waves when the red flag is sit take it seriously and don’t swim .. the life guard is not caring he is not the hotel staff .. and he is sitting far away .. i really had very bad experience because i was about to be swallowed by the ocean. Just be careful

The pool was lovely and so were the rooms. It was located right on the beach and the staff were always so friendly and helpful It was a little noisy at nights so may not be quite as suited to young families

What I liked about this property is definitely the location right in front of of the beach, plus they have their own beach club. Clean swimming pool with comfortable chairs. Rooms are clean and very spacious. The team is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and options were excellent and great Nothing

The location, view, room, and bathroom are all exceptional. The room is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and very large. It also has a large bathroom. The hotel is old, and some areas were a bit worn. While I didn't enjoy the breakfast, the staff was exceptionally helpful, prepared to cook anything to my specifications.

It's a very old and dated hotel and in need of some serious renovation! The rooms are nice and spacious but look extremely overused and worn out so not worth the pricing they charge. The location is nice, bang on the beach so easy access to several bars and restaurants. The hotel restaurants didn't look appealing at all so don't bother eating there. Staff are nice and polite but have a long check in process as well. Room quality Smell and ants in the room

The staff were friendly the experience was bad. The rooms were very old and required alot of maintenance. We changed our rooms twice, the first time because of bathroom had very unpleasant smell. The second time because the air conditioner was broke. And also the bathroom was smell bad. The breakfast is limited and they didn’t refill! If you woke up late you will find nothing to eat The staff was friendly and they apologies but the overall the hotel need to be renew From my experience I didn’t recommend this hotel for others as the money you paid dose not value the experience as 5 stars hotel

Very spacious suite, extremely comfortable, loved the Jaccuzzi in the terrace, perfect ocean view, very kind & lovely staff ( Mrs. Sayu in the reception, Ms. Adi in Spa, Mr. Mangtri in Moonlight restaurant) all were very kind & friendly & extremely helpful. I loved the crab in O- crab restaurant, I liked every night’s show. The sea was amazing. The loud noise of the DJ all day .
