The hotel is small but feels big. The gardens are beautiful and the common areas too. The rooms were big and comfortable. Maybe the breakfast can be improved a bit.

The pool area was great, especially the swim-up bar. I stayed in a villa which was very spacious and beautifully set out, with two outdoor areas and an outdoor bath (a nice touch, even though I didn’t end up using it). The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, and they even arranged a complimentary one-way airport transfer, which was a really nice bonus. The breakfast/coffee was fairly average. The road leading to the hotel is quite dark at night, which can feel unsafe. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, I did have an incident where a man on a bike grabbed me while walking back, so it’s definitely something to be aware of (I’d recommend taking transport after dark if alone).

Great staff and villa was amazing. We upgraded our room at a very nominal cost offered to us by the staff upon our check-in since we didn’t like the standard room An incident took place with us on our walk towards the hotel during evening when a guy on a scooter approached us to give us a lift in the dark area, when we simply declined and said that our hotel is just minutes away, he tried to snatch my chain and wanted to run away.. however I tried to grab his hand and during the process he ran away.. so although the location is good but do avoid dark streets and such stretches during late nights. Better to be safe than sorry.

Staff was extremely accommodating! They went beyond expectations to make sure we had a good stay! Loved everything!

This was like staying a traditional Balinese village in the heart of Seminyak - walking distance to sunest beach drinks, mix of shops & Spas with a Circle K right at yr doorstep for any basics.

The common areas including the breakfast area, library/reading area and pool/bar were clean and well maintained - made one feel like they could spend easy afternoons relaxing and for the fraction of the cost of a larger, fancier place. The food quality was also quite nice. Room cleanliness and amenities were what I expected and I was happy with my choice to stay there. The toilet in my room didn't flush properly, but I'm sure this is something they can easily fix. The road leading to this hotel seemed a bit dodgy at night, but I walked there the second night and felt completely safe.

Location, close to beach and Seminyak shopping -

The location was perfect, close to the beach and steps from the center. The facilities were perfect, the room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was incredible and very varied. The internet worked fast. I liked everything

The bathroom was flooding everytime you took a shower. The food was not great.

Beautiful property. Lovely staff but some issues the staff did not give us water while leaving but gave a white couple . Food was good buffet breakfast The floor gets wet in the room due to humidity.

I recently stayed at the Bali Agung Village Hotel and it was an absolute gem. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met from check-in to check-out. The hotel itself is a tranquil oasis, with lush greenery and stunning views of the surrounding area. The peacefulness was exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the rich Balinese culture. I loved taking leisurely strolls around the hotel grounds, soaking up the serene atmosphere. And the best part? I could spot squirrels right at the window of my room. No need to venture far for nature - it was literally at my doorstep. Just a tiny note: the road to the hotel could be a bit dark at night if you're walking back from nearby restaurants or the beach, but the peacefulness and the hotel's charm more than make up for it.

Entrance lobby is a fantastic space leading to restaurant and pool. Swim up bar was great, food in restaurant great quality and the prices are very good. Our villa was a great space, aircon worked a treat and bed comfy. Some of the fixtures a little tired. The rod leading to the hotel was intimidating to walk down the first couple of times, but fine once used to it.

The villa we stayed in the air con was not great, the air blowing out did not feel cold at all. I feel it was old and required replacing.

Quiet and beautiful space, close to beach. Pool was great.
