Really nice unique stay very Balinese style good location, clean and breakfast was great

Beautiful gardens, quiet spot close to the beach, lovely staff, well organised, large room and deep bath. The swimming pool and waterfall were great too. The restaurant was very good, located next to the road. At a different resort, we were woken early by sweeping and room cleaning - here you can sleep in! Supermarkets and shops less than 100 metres. Nothing!

This is a charming old world resort in stunning grounds and perfectly located. It’s not proclaiming to be five star - but it’s honest, decent and utterly charming. Feed the squirrels, wake up to birds singing. Peace and quiet yet only five minutes to the beach.

The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly! They have a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was good as well and the service was exceptional. The bathtub was big and beautiful! The bedding and towels were very old and seemed not very clean. The bathroom sink was very small and not convenient at all. The toilet didn’t work right and we had to struggle with it every time to collect water and flash. Everything was outdated and needed repair and replacement.

Beautifully constructed and decorated in traditional Balinese style. Loved the pool and waterfall next to the restaurant which offers delicious food at good value prices. Staff are wonderful! So helpful, friendly and always smiling. Easy walking distance to the beach. No complaints

Location close to beach and great staff , lovely breakfast and massage by pool area. Cozy garden Bathrooms in rough condition and location very noisy at night. Our rooms ended up being immediately next to Main Street

The pool is amazing. So wonderful laying by the pool with a book and a drink. The breakfast and restaurant is delicious and the location is great. We've stayed here twice now. The gardens are beautiful, well looked after and create just the right amount of privacy. I'm a soft mattress person, so only a personal preference but the beds were firm.

Great location by seminyak beach. I love the bungalow style accommodation and design that reminds me of the old Bali, and not the sterile modern hotels of new Bali. Great restaurant! The floor boards on the second floor of the bungalow were bit soft and saggy which did create a little concern

The location was perfect and the staff was superb. The only bad thing was that the room always smelled very damp, which prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. We told the staff, but they didn't do anything about it. I hope they improve this for future guests.

Everything about the property is great! The garden is so beautiful and there’s a lot of wildlife! The old style is so special and something everybody really loves! Please do not change the old style! The massage people are amazing. Desak is so kind. All the staff are great! There’s cute dogs that love there and are very well cared for. There’s also a very special kitty there on his own volition who loves a pat or a lap and a cuddle! Oh and definitely loves a snack, save him some chicken and he’s your new best friend. The food at the restaurant is yummy and the prices are kept very affordable for everyone which is nice. It’s steps from the beach which is busy but still worth the beautiful sunset. There’s a gelato shop also steps away which is so yummy! We hope to come back to Puri Cendana very soon! We love everything there!

It original Bali. Not new and not perfect. But if you want a taste of old school Bali and the amazing Balinese spirit. This is the place. Needs a little refresh but with the price you pay it’s to be expected.

Very nice location near to the beach and market both. The pool too good , very peacefull environment, nice greenary all over. Bathtub was excellent we enjoyed a lot there!! The hotel is a bit antique themed. The light was too deemed and darker rooms which I dont like

Location was amazing. Super close to the beach and within walking distance to a strip of shops. Included breakfast each morning was a lovely touch and a great way to start each day.
