We upgraded our room on arrival and had a stunning room with an incredible sea view- daily sunsets were stunning. The butler service and room staff were very accommodating. The breakfast service was second to none. The bed could've been a little softer.

Lovely staff and great service. Room service twice a day was provided by a great team. Allowed to use a complimentary lounge on last day after vacating room, with showers and complimentary drinks, very much appreciated with a late flight. Our corridor and room smelt musty but that could be to do with the humidity. Apart from that nothing else that we didn't like.

Our room opened right to the pool… awesome! The Plantation Restaurant was cool (loved the sax player) & food was great! Service was great. Large selection at daily breakfast buffet. Great sunset views from rooftop bar/restaurant. Beach was across the street… Noise from the beach club next door was annoying sometimes… could not see it! Beach across the street had an area for hotel guests with loungers, but it was not on the beach. The actual beach was not that clean there… some trash about.

Excellent Breakfast, Great Room! Enjoyed popping up to the 5th floor Bar for an early Cocktail in the evenings. Fab Pool. Truly Helpful Staff! Attentive Room Butler. Just a great alround experience, We will return! Couldn't find fault!

Very clean facility with nice amenities. The actual hard product lacked attention to detail. But the staff made up for it. Our suite came with a butler, we never saw until 3 days later when we asked for assistance with TV usage.

Best buffet breakfast of our trip, loved the location opposite the beach and the rooftop bar was excellent-only complaint is that we were only there for one night!

The room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and super clean. The room was cleaned daily and it never impacted our stay. We would go to breakfast or the beach and then return and the room would be clean. The food was excellent. We never had a bad meal and the service was next level. I do not knwo how we will return to reality of home and work. There is even an area to stay in and enjoy free wifi and drinks (including Bintang!) while waiting for your taxi for the plane or the next hotel you are staing in. Shower and toileting facilities too. We enjoyed this area for a couple fo hours. The airconditioning was really welcomed.

Very nice property, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, clean. Felt very luxurious. It wasn’t right on the beach, there was a road that you needed to cross to get to the beach. The pics were misleading that way.

The area around the hotel is really not my vibe. After seeing different areas of Seminyak, Ubud, or Uluwatu. This hotel is more geared towards a very mature audience

The Welcome and exceptional check in service. Service all round was amazing especially the beautiful Risti; was a lovely person. Roof top bar for breakfast and half price cocktails both great. Plantation grill - is a must beautiful meal We paid for a lunge pool Room- lovely, clean, huge and big bathroom all clean and comfy - bed was so super comfy. This would have got a solid 10 BUT: The photos of the plunge pool on website certainly didn’t match the pool or area. In need of maintenance and decking was dangerous and needed repaired. The smell of smoke coming from surrounding balconies was a def no for me. The smell in the room was musty. We had problems with the toilet flush. The desk power points didn’t work.
