nothing, really it was awful, hotel is going through renovations, along with hosting customers, very noise, dirty, tiles broken in the swimming pool, elevator didn't work for the day, , I was placed on level 3 with my kid without elevator. facilities not maintained properly. water slide was closed for a day also. I could not use my balcony, because there were workers drilling Hummer and caulking in there. bath towels in the pool area very old.

Excellent location, Rooms are spacious, and pool is good for kids/adults. Breakfast is delicious and meets expectations. Staff is accommodating and understand our request. We like the little birthday cake surprise as well. A renovation was currently underway, which wasn't mentioned during the booking process; while it wasn't a major disruption, it did require a detour to reach the lobby and block some part of the pool. We also had an issue with the toilet in our initial room, but the staff kindly upgraded us, which was a great gesture. Unfortunately, the beds weren't very comfortable, and the oversized pillows left us with sore necks.

Room was a very good size, had a 2-bedroom apartment. Great kitchen. Kids loved the kids indoor play area (you had to pay but guests had a discount) Right across the road from the beach. One bedroom had a constant loud humming noise coming from outside. The swimming pool was not great, tiles coming up. Lifts were out of order a lots of the times during our stay.

The room, ac, shower, kitchen, couches and patios were amazing. The pool was great for kids and adults alike. The food at the restaurant and room service was so-so but there are so any better options near by. I can’t really think of anything that I don’t like. I told them an ac unit didn’t work that well but still kinda worked and they just moved me to another better room. The food isn’t as good as restaurants near by but the hotel is perfect! Clean! And family friendly

The hotel is excellent. Very beautiful, the room is very large and well equipped. Located in front of the beach. The pool is quite large and has a good depth. Excellent breakfast with many options. I highly recommend it. The Wi-Fi didn't work very well. Breakfast was a little expensive.

The staff in the hotel was very nice, courteous and helpful Property looks dated. Paint is peeling off every where, Lift is slow and can not take weight of 50% of its capacity

Fun place for children - they loved the splash park and indoor playground. Good breakfast options. Very expensive laundry service. One glass in our room broke and we were charged Rp 100,00.00 to replace it (AU$10), which seemed a bit steep.

During the check in we had to wait for more than 40 minutes to prepare the room.

Room was very close to reception and pool area. Food and drinks were really good and value for money. Service from all the staff was great No fitness centre in hotel

It had kids playing ground

Kids pool, spacious kitchen with electric stove, across street from beach. Some dangerous hazards, like saw a grown man slip in steps going into pool. Breakfast buffet wasn’t good quality, glad we didn’t prepay for included breakfast.

The location & the staff The room is very old, bathroom is very old, seems like the hotel need renovation since the location is super nice but the hotel is very old building and tired. Bathroom is really old including the towel as well. The wifi also not working properly. Not worth it for the price. But the staff very nice and welcoming us.

Location is close to beach Rooms did not have any sound proofing which meant kids in seperate rooms woke each other up and outside guests could be heard in the rooms Property is quite old and many rooms don’t have elevator access. The elevator also broke. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Pool area is very small and kids are constantly jumping in and splashing even where it says no jumping.

The location is great and the view is amazing. The staff where not as friendly as other places we have stayed. The beds where so bad that non of us had any sleep and pillows where shocking. We requested on 6 occasions for bed toppers to be placed on our beds and the pillows to be changed. The mattress topper was put on in the end, but did not make a difference and the pillows were never changed. The breakfast was not the greatest.

Great spot. 2 br suite was a good size for a family of 4 or 5 and pretty decent value compared to some other places. Overall pretty good and would stay there again if in Legian/Seminyak and if they keep their prices competitive. Pool is ok. But Kids waterslide was broken and did not seem like they were in any hurry to get it fixed. Buffet breakfast was just ok. It's rated 5 stars but I don't think it's 5 star, maybe 3.5-4 stars.

Disappointing

We were upgraded to an Ocean View room which had spectacular views and great terrace. Fantastic location. Exceeded my expectations, nothing I didn't like.

Location was perfect Kids Pool being out of action unfortunate at the time of our stay
