What i like is the location. This is a beachfront hotel. The staff is nice and friendly. And I got an upgrade room which is a nice surprise from the hotel. I really appreciate that. Thank you, Puri Saron Hotel Management. What I don't like is not the hotel fault. Sometimes in the middle of my sleep, I woke up because the smell of burning trash. Not sure what kind of people doing that at 3 o clock in the morning. Smh.

Room is clean. Great big pool with a bar. Food is awesome - menu changes everyday. Location is great - beach front. The bed was a bit too soft for us, but that's just our preference. It would be better if there's a couch in the room.

Staff were fantastic, location is good however is run down and bathrooms need mould removal from grout. Breakfast needs improvement and needs a decent barista to make coffees. We paid but couldn’t drink them.

The staff are lovely. Rooms are spacious and comfy. The beach if not very nice but that is no reflection on the hotel. Could have been a little more variety for breakfast

I had a bad fall before i got there they provided a wheelchair ,and breakfast and dinner to my room and got a man to go over the road to buy things for me ,i have stayed ther ea few times always great service. Nothing much tv reception is not good.

The breakfast was great ? The checking was done not in a professional manner. They try to give me a much cheaper room I booked a room with a sea view and they try to give me a main floor room with a pool view. The check in time was 3 pm I get my room at 3:30 pm and even then I was not put on the room I paid for!!! It was a sea view but not with the great terrace I saw in the picture when I booked it. ?

Location is perfect. Right at beach. New Year’s Eve party -food amazing. Bed and pillows old and hard. Had to pay extra for a bed for child even though we booked for 3. Food average.

Price matched well with my expectations. Staff was very friendly. I was hoping the hotel had some beach umbrellas for the guests at the beach, but it was not the case.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, its in great location, between Ku De Ta and Legion. Great staff, good breakfast options and nice pool area. Also, quiet. Uncomfortable pillows...we did ask for extras and got them.

That when towels were replaced each day, they would only leave 1 clean towel even though they knew there was 2 of us. A bit frustrating

Location was great. Easy to get to beach for sunset. Quiet, depending on how close to the pool you were. Buffett breakfast nice enough. No service unless you asked - nor even a welcome drink. The little touches that make a place special weren't there. The pool was nice but a shame the gardens weren"t around it to make it prettier and more tranquil. Room was okay, water took forever to heat up. Cheap towels. Coffee was awful. Look it was good for what it was but wouldn't bother staying again.
