The mirror in our bathroom was dirty/broken

/ This property is run by a chain Redpartner. They will never ? answer properly to your messages or emails. Hopeless. There is not 24 hours desk, I never see anybody sitting there. I arrived at 2.30 am and found an envelope in my name and a key ? … that didn’t open my bedroom. There was a phone number but nobody answer to my numerous calls. It’s only when the rain stop an hour after my arrival that I was able to see there was another building behind. And believe or not but this hotel have 2 buildings with the same bedrooms numbers. 2 bedrooms number 1 , 2 bedrooms number 2 etc. Totally stupid . I guess I fall asleep at 4 am. What a night !

Lovely area, close to shops, nice walk to beach. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Would have loved a kettle in the room.

Location No cleaning serviss. Dirty sheets and towel on arrival. No reception and no reply on msg. Dirty and broken shower. Not even close to pictures. And this place have second name.. yankies hotel.

Nice balcony with nice garden I found the pillows were smelly and with lot of fungus so I asked for a change. They should do better in cleaning. The position of the shower was a bit weird, it was close to the bathroom door. The location is next to a busy shortcut so expect noise from the morning to evening around 22.00-23.00.

Room had balcony, bathroom, TV, aircon and a fridge Bathroom had mold and stayed damp several hours after a shower Shower head needed to be taken off to use and couldn't be adjusted on the wall Mirror in bathroom was stained/marked Some walls had marks and cracks Balcony faces west so gets full sun in the afternoon so need to draw the block out curtains to try and reduce the heat Several English language channels on TV had poor or no reception Aircon needed to be run at maximum settings all day and night to keep room cool Curtains were dirty Stayed a week and no offer to change bed linen or towels Drivers had difficulty to find as sign was poor and location behind another guesthouse

Clean, quiet, cozy room, mini fridge, ac. Everything you need. The shower was clogging and the drain was next to the door, so water was running to the bedroom.
