Good location, amazing price & just perfect for a place to relax.

Location in walking distance to central Seminyak. Staff are the highlight, uniformly friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable and everything works. Value is exceptional. Room safe ideally should be fixed in place. Few more hangers in open cupboard. Fridge in room would make a longer stay even easier. To be honest negatives are relatively minor.

I booked this hotel for 5 days and end up staying there 3 weeks. Very nice and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located in quiet place but near to everything. Hope to come back to this hotel next year.

I arrived late in the evening and left the next day. For a quick 12-hour stay no complaints. It's very basic in amenities, comfort is good, and cleanliness is good. I would give this hotel a solid 7. Location is great! There is no lift- which is kind of a pain if your bags are heavy; however, they were very accommodating with carrying them up flights of stairs for their guests. Checkout was a bit strange-- as I was told to wait while they inspected the room. The staff brought the base sheet to the lobby, as there was a ball point pen-sized blood stain on it; likely from a mosquito that I rolled on in my sleep or what have you; however, I found this strange-- as bleeding is typically out of one's control.

Staff were lovely. Really close to local shops, bars, restaurants - and easy to get a Grab Bike or Taxi when needed. Wifi worked pretty well and everything was clean and well maintained. No food on site - although there were options nearby. It would have improved things if there was a fridge in the room to store cold drinks.

Great price. Solid location. Nice staff. The patio was nice The shower was very moldy. The towels also smelled. The bathroom was just dirty. Toenail clippings on the floor. I couldn’t sit out on the patio because the pillows had some kind of bug eggs that I did not want to touch.

For those needs a privacy and calm environment, this is the place. Located on the small round, far from the main road. Room is clean and cozy. No Lift. And we are at the level 3.

The place is quiet and location is good. The rooms are well kept, and I like the room's door made of glass and has good curtain. The room also has TV with movie channels. The room is humid most of the time (could be a good thing for some people since Bali is so dry outside). The bathroom is clean but a bit old, especially the shower.

Location and size of the room Extremely noisy place due to nonstop renovations inside and outside of the building. Staff not accommodating the guests. Not clean bathrooms and toilets Stained bedsheets No hand soap No trash cans in the room Keep Changing guests room for renovation. Staff don’t speak English and no customer service and absolutely not interested to provide any assistance to guests. Overall experience was not good at all.

good swimming pool, location, wide room and balcony. Scooters noise outside all day and not that clean bathroom and room. i found a dead spider on the bed when i’ve arrived first. and bed sheet smells not that good.

swimming pool view with very cheap price, walk distance to popular spots are not too much there was construction work happened beside the building at my last day of stay, it’s really noisy by the afternoon. hopefully it already ended by today.
