Everything, I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews maybe when people rented it the price was too high and not congruent with thier quality expectation? I'm not sure. The place actually is lovely, it's green and has a terrace overlooking the river (I stayed in their little villa) it is spacious, has kitchen and panoramic windows, a lot of air and light, has some authenticity. It's not new and definitely wasnt built yesterday - but it's ok. It's clean and spacious. Nothing

location is good water disruption not clean not what i expected i thought i got it in front of the pool but i didnt. and pool is not well maintained. everything is not well mantained. shud improve the whole thing.

Guys there are friendly but post covid hotel is worn out. Everything is frayed and broken down. Rats in the thatched roof scratching at night. Mosquito's because vegetation is extremely unkempt and overgrown. On a sunny day u will not glimpse sun. No facilities. Pool is same colour as a milkshake

the property wasn’t properly well kept The room wasn’t clean, thankfully I brought my own Clorox wipes. The faucet in the kitchen was broken the fridge was dirty. The couch was questionable.

Nothing disgusting bugs everywhere broken tiles around the pool couch in lounge filthy you couldn't sit on it fridge leaked bathroom filthy I lasted 10 minutes before I found somewhere else don't stay here looks nothing like the pictures Everything dont stay
