The location was great and very easy to get to other areas quick. The room size was pretty good too. Staff were friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Cleanliness was a big issue here. Couches were badly stained, kettle was moldy on the inside, complimentary glass water bottles were extremely dirty, mugs and drinking glasses were always dirty, pool was dirty (not with normal leaves but white spots everywhere), sunbeds were moldy. Bed cover had a weird black stain. I think their water isn’t filtered either so showering/washing face/brushing teeth was an issue - we had to get our own bottled water to brush our teeth because their water had a bad smell. Breakfast and food was mid - we would either eat out or order food from grab.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was at home. The staff made sure every little thing was perfect.

It was extremely spacious and private, room service option for food was great we had so many options to choose from for food. The staff were so nice especially novia and mega they were so welcoming. The room service would take a while so I would order in advance as they have so many villas to take care of so it’s understandable it would take a while and the villa is old so there were some parts that were run down but nothing major and didn’t bother us. But over all such an amazing stay

The amount of space we got to ourselves. How accomodating the staff were and being able to contact the staff whenever via WhatsApp. We liked that it was tucked away from the Main Street but close enough to easily walk wherever we like. Occasionally they would bring breakfast a lot earlier than previously arranged (for example, we ordered breakfast for 9am the first day and the doorbell rang with it at 8am)

The rooms are very spacious. Staff are friendly, however, language barrier was an issue for front of house and reception staff. Upon arrival, we ordered a cocktail while waiting for our room to be ready. The drinks arrived in dirty miss matched cocktail glasses. When we entered our villa, I noticed sticky stains on the floor tiles, so I requested our floor to be cleaned. . The bed spread was heavily stained, as were the drapes. The sliding doors x3 to the pool were almost impossible to open or close and constantly came out of the tracks. They were also unlockable. The bathroom was dirty. Dressing table Ottoman was badly stained. The toilet is positioned in a weird way, so it's very uncomfortable and difficult to use, especially if you are slightly bigger than average. The food was average, delivered cold, if delivered at all. The reception area is like a sauna because the two air-conditioners or ceiling fans are not turned on unless requested. Very disappointed with this Villa. It was not a luxurious experience. Would not recommend.

The privacy and quietness of this villa was amazing. The pool area made it feel really expensive. Great value for money. Would highly recommend The mosquitos. There was 1 or 2 times we came back to the villa to a clean room / turn down service but the door was left open and mosquitos everywhere. They even managed to get in to the room with all of the doors closed so that wasn’t good but otherwise ok.

The staff were lovely and very accomodating to any needs. The room was very spacious for the 2 of us, with a very large and comfortable bed. We loved the privacy and the pool was great. We were able to walk to shops within minutes. A great stay, we will recommend. The food was sometimes lukewarm and not of best standard. Like in the photo, our outdoor area lacked shade umbrellas or cushions on the sunbeds.
