Worth the price Almost no complain until the time we checked out and they asked us to pay for some forks they found lost in some rooms. We never count it when we checked in so it feels like a trap for the guest. The lesson is you should count every cutleries and other things in the room by the time you check in

A cute and clean place. Pretty good value for money. Loud banging of balcony door. Not sure where that sound comes from but our door is always rattled.

Some of the facilities are not in top condition, but the excellent service of all the staff would compensate for the hotel's "shortcomings." Would still recommend it to relatives and friends; and we would be happy to stay there again. Aircon in 106 was not running so we had to transfer to another room on our last night, but very minor compared to their great service.

the location was great especially for the price. off the Main road so quiet also. I arrived after checking in and there were ants all through my room and even some in my bed. they wouldn’t supply an extra roll of toilet paper which left me missing some in the middle of the night with no staff on duty.

We didn't like anything really. Waste of money and kinda ruined our mood and the trip. The bathroom stinks, light was too dim, room was too congested. The hotel doesn't even have gates so we saw many lizards and insects coming in, thankfully none entered the room but you could spot a few every now and then in the lobby or the hallway. The pool was situated right in the middle of the hotel and the rooms were surrounding it, which made it really annoying cuz we could clearly hear people talking and playing and it disturbed our sleep at night and apparently the staff didn't tell them to shut up even at midnight. The staff can't really speak English so that's kinda deal breaker too.
