For a red eye flight escape, the hotel was tucked away nicely near to the airport and we were able to get our much deserve rest at the hotel after travelling overnight. I would like to commend the staff for being so accommodating and helpful during the entire check in process as we only arrived at 1am in the morning. We were really surprised how big the room was for the price we paid for the hotel. The only puzzling thing about our hotel room is the hole in the ceiling above our wardrobe. Yes it was covered up nicely but we were puzzled by it and honestly a bit worried that plan debris might have fallen into the hotel but other than that, we found nothing wrong with the hotel room.

We had the 3 bedroom villa each with its own bathroom, private pool was perfect. Staff assisted with anything we needed and were so friendly. Washing machine in our villa, a dryer would have been great too as it takes 2-3 days to dry cloths on a rack. It’s hot here but the humidity slows down the drying process.

It was located in a quiet area walking distance to 2 supermarkets and few fast food restaurants for those not very adventurous on local foods. The water filter needed cleaning and water bottle changed it smelled really bad. Parts of the walls were cracked and slowly falling. Drink water from the tap was sluggish so we went and got water from the reception everyday.

I loved everything! From the spacious room to the awesome pool. I loved the helpful staff as well as the daily room cleaning! The location was great too as it was off a Main Street and easy for grab/gojek drivers to find. My partner was in contact with them weeks before our trip and organised a birthday surprise set up for me! I’d stay there again!

The villa is lovely and the pool is great The villa doesn’t have any cleaning products so you can’t sweep up or mop up a spill. There are no tea towels, no toaster, you need to go to reception to get towels for the pool- fresh ones are not delivered. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. The transport we ordered for the airport didn’t have enough room and we had to order a second vehicle when it arrived. The villa needs to be cleaned more thoroughly- I dropped something and had to retrieve it from under the bed which was not clean at all.
