The hotel let me know an hour before check-in time that they would downgrade my room due to problems in the room I initially booked. When i got there at 3, they asked me to wait in the lobby (my room was not ready even though the check-in time is 2pm). The next day , i was out all day and when I came back, the AC had leaked all over my belongings. The manager was very unhelpful and I had to look for alternative accommodation at 11pm .

nice pool, fair price we requested the boxed breakfast and received a miserable box with 2 slices of bread, butter and honey. ordered the home specialty for dinner o e day in advance, they didnt warn us that they could t make it until we showed up the next day.

Excellent value for money. Clean, fairly modern room. Nice buffet breakfast included. Nice pool/garden area. Friendly staff. Quiet location, but close to everything needed. The music playing up from the cafe/reception area was sometimes a bit annoying, especially later in the evening. The breakfast was nice at the cafe, but lunch/dinner purchases were expensive and average food

Loved it. clean, quiet with the best staff. Viegas Y the operational manager was helpful when there was a snafu with a charge. He stuck with it until there was a resolution. it’s close to everything.

Well the room looked clean but next day they changed the bed sheets the covers and beds are dirty good that it has covers. The location it is hidden in an alley and the day we arrived it was dark and we had to walk till the Main Street a bit scary if you are alone and we didn’t feel safe.

Comfortable and clean hotel...cleaner than what I expected from looking at the previous reviews. In a quiet neighborhood, so it's very peaceful in the hotel. The swimming pool is clean and serene. The hotel staff are friendly also.

Location is good and if you get a Deluxe room where everything works you should have good Hotel Not enough maintenance. Airconditioning was broken, old is making way too much noise. First evening they try to repair it. Second evening same problem. Moved to the suite. Which is a worse smaller bedroom with much less bathroom. They call it a suite because it has a very small balcony. No safe and no key card anymore(before it was taken over few years ago it had both). They have no clue with regard to pricing if you ask for an extension. Price list being dictated by management who obviously have no clue. Before it was taken over I used to be a regular but will look for different hotel for my next trip

In Good Location. Villa is good size for my family We have 3 bedroom Villa where we have not used second bedroom upstairs as it has very bad stinky toilet. Not able to sleep in the room. Complaints twice but they were not able to solve the issue. I really need one third of my payment back as we have till not used facility.
