The rooms stink, two days in the row my room door was open when I came back in the evenings

Terrible experience. I have never been so duped by a listing before. I was expecting a bright, clean room with somewhat of a view based off the pictures on the listing. However we got a dingy room with views to a brick wall. The room looked nothing like the photos. The bathroom was horrid, did not appear properly cleaned. There were literally snot rockets on the shower curtain. The fixtures on the walls were not bolted properly and you could see the prior attempts of wall drilling, it’s insane to me that these were not patched up. Worst of all NO AIR CONDITIONING. There was a heat wave in Seattle when we were visting, imagine sleeping in a 80+ degree room. AC was advertised on the listing so you can imagine my surprise when there was no AC in the unit. The staff was not able to switch our rooms to a unit with AC. For that problem in addition to the poor quality / dirtiness of the hotel… we left early! We couldn’t stand another minute in that place. I will never stay at another Wyndham property again. Please stay far away from this hotel. It is not worth your time and especially not your money.

Amazing stay! Perfect location, outstanding staff, and an all-around exceptional experience.

They cheerfully held out luggage until 5:00 p.m. on day of departure so we could explore.

Very bare bones but good space for a family of 4. . Great location, nice staff at check in office. Very clean, well equipped kitchen. Only AC was in one bedroom, the other had a fan. Living room needed AC or at least a fan of its own. Zero natural light. Could use one more chair.

The location was phenomenal. Our bathroom door came off the hinges and I had to let them know. The shower head was leaking all over when you shower anddfid not work. honestly think I should've gotten a discount for that! I had to go downstairs and hand them the screws that came off. That's the reason for the low score.

The location is nice, near the Pike Place Market and the waterfront area. The one bedroom apartment is large. The air conditioning is inadequate for hot weather. There is one portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom but the living room of the apartment has no AC, just a weak tower fan. It was uncomfortably warm on days when the temperature got to the mid 80s. And the AC didn’t work in one of the three apartments we booked (causing one of us to leave for another hotel). There is a washing machine in the apartment but it was broken (with a note saying you could use one in a common area). The bath tub had chips taken out of the surface. At World Cup marked up prices the place was very disappointing.

It was clean comfortable and close to everything you need in Seattle There wasn't anything I didn't like

Our access code never worked properly, despite being told it would allow us to enter the building and use the elevator. Every time we needed access, we had to rely on staff assistance. We were also told the hotel phones would be back in service, but they never were. When we needed extra towels, we had to use our personal phones to contact the front desk. We were placed on hold for over 10 minutes and had to call again before finally receiving assistance. The access issue continued throughout our stay. When returning from an event, our code still did not work. A staff member could clearly see us struggling to enter the building, yet took her time before opening the door. We had previously expressed concern about being locked out and were assured there would be someone available to assist us if needed. Even after being let inside, the elevator access issue remained unresolved. We spent several minutes standing in front of the staff member trying to get our code to work while receiving little assistance. At no point did anyone attempt to troubleshoot or fix the problem. Instead, it felt as though we were inconveniencing staff by asking for help. The repeated access problems, lack of communication, and overall attitude from staff significantly impacted our experience. I understand that issues can happen, but I expected a greater

Location is very convenient. View from the windows is great. Laundry room is handy. Kitchenware is put together very well. The use of door codes instead of cards is a plus. Staff is friendly. Would consider again if revisiting the city. I booked the option of higher floor but was given room 202 which is located at the 3rd floor out of a five-floor building. Not sure if it was a mistake or not but I ended up had to deal with noise from the streets for a couple of nights.

Great location, no lobby, slow very small elevator

Exceptional

The supposed best room was very noisy unless all windows shut tight. Bathroom very small and fittings all in need of upgrading. Very poor value for the money.

Not sure how exactly it’s a 4. Star hotel it seemed a little run down and not as luxurious as other 4 Star hotels.

Another terrific stay at Resides. Never disappoints. Front desk team is wonderful. Very professional and helpful. Happy to offer tips on points of interests and dining recommendations.

Great location and friendly staff. The venue is billed as 'luxury' but in my opinion it falls short of this classification.

The kitchen was complete, loved it! It had everything i needed for cooking. The living room is spacious and the beds are nice. The location is amazing. The only thing would have been outside windows.
