Reviews
The Palihotel Seattle is a boutique hotel with a unique, vintage decor that is highly praised by guests. It is located in a prime spot near Pike Place Market and other attractions, making it a convenient choice for travelers. However, the hotel's location also means it can be noisy, with guests frequently mentioning street noise and garbage trucks. The staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful.

- Street noise and noise from garbage trucks
- Some rooms may not be as clean or comfortable as expected

We had one night in Seattle and it was perfect. Parking was close and the market area was steps away. I'd stay again.
- 5/5
This hotel is very pretty. The staff is amazing. The restaurant has very good food. The location is one block from Pike Market. The rooms are clean with a pretty view.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel in a great location for exploring downtown Seattle. Literally two blocks from the market and a few more blocks to the pier restaurants. Really a great place to stay. Room was wonderful and staff was excellent!
- 5/5
So this property does charge you the $100 fully refundable incidentals fee, Expedia wasn’t really clear on that and the hotel website, so I went expecting that fee charge. The hotel is one block away from the Market place, there’s restaurants nearby this hotel, and if you need any last minute things for a cruise there is a Target store a block and a half away, super close! The cruise terminal can be walking distance if need to, but wouldn’t recommend it, with uneven surfaces in the sidewalks and not smooth pavement it will make it challenging and tons of hills mostly down heading to pier 66 cruise terminal but some are very steep! I did walk it to test it out and scope it out incase I needed to walk it, but I just got an uber from the PaliHotel to pier 66 it’s about a 12min ride with traffic. Mr waffle little place for a quick bite to eat is on side of hotel around the corner. The diner style restaurant that is part of the hotel is very nice and clean but I didn’t have the chance to eat at. The room was nice, bed was comfy did get a good nights sleep, the walk in shower was amazing had hot and good water pressure! I recommend and would stay again at the PaliHotel.
- 4/5
Really neat place to stay, and so close to the Public Market! Had a great time.
- 4/5
Restaurant and servers were excellent! Food was delicious. We enjoyed the stay.

Exceptional
- 5/5
Our stay was great, staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Food and service exceptional. Location was also great to area attractions.
- 5/5
GREAT location!!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
- 5/5
The room was clean, staff was friendly, amazing breakfast, and the location was perfect.
- 3/5
Don’t touch anything in the room, everything looks pretty, but it’s so fragil. Switches, tables, lamps, etc…and yes, hotel is kinda noisy, outside noice is kinda strong, so whatever review you read as we did, they are true. Restaurant menu is poor and very different from many other, the best ort you have an HMart in front. A/C is not cold as other hotels, its plausible. No a real help from guest service, they just explain how the a/c control panel works but we already figure it out before, so no help at all. We slept w/o any sheets. It was just 1 night ($534), pretty hotel but we wouldn’t stay again.
- 4.5/5
Loved how clean everything was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. Will definitely be staying here again! The scents were a little strong in the lobby, maybe too much. Maybe tone down on the air freshener
- 5/5
Great location and nice place to stay
- 5/5
Super well located excellent in general
- 5/5
Hotel is in a perfect location steps away from pike place market.
- 5/5
This hotel is a hidden gem. It's location to Public Market can't be beat and the staff is exceptional !!!
- 5/5
Location and atmosphere
- 4/5
It was a bit noisy- floor above and outside which may explain why they provide ear plugs. Bed was harder than I like. God location and staff was pleasant.
- 5/5
We absolutely loved this boutique hotel. We were on an anniversary trip and stayed for 7 nights. Bed was super comfortable, loved the rain shower head, and a/c stayed nice and cold. Also very clean! Only complaint is street noise and no bathroom counter space. Otherwise perfect hotel and I’d highly recommend! Get the French toast for breakfast!!
- 5/5
Super close to Pike Place market.. however it was less of a wow factor in the hotel room. It was great but maybe just me as I was expecting more after the reviews and also i got a good price with this app so may have been one of the cheaper rooms. Room was overlooking the street so was slightly noisy at night.. I think for the sheer convenience next to Pikes on your doorstep, the room was worth gold !!
- 5/5
The room and the service were great!
- 2/5
The property was in a good location, good facilities The room was so noisy from 4am. Earplugs provided and still couldn’t sleep. A member of staff took the deposit twice in error, and one month later we have still not received the two deposits back.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 2.5/5
The view was nice, and love the decor. The people were very nice The noise was horrible!!! It was almost all night loud noise.
- 4/5
Room was a little warm
- 5/5
This was the first stay for my wife and I at the Pali Hotel Seattle - and it won't be the last. Thanks to the front desk staff for going above and beyond the call of duty - you are awesome!!!
- 4/5
Loved the location, restaurant, fun and clean rooms with all basic necessities The front desk staff was not easily available (or present)
- 5/5
I highly recommend this property.
- 5/5
Loved the decor, recently renovated so everything in the room looked new. The location was great so close to the ShowBox, Pike Place Market, and plenty of restaurants. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
This property is in an extremely desirable location. Very walkable to all things downtown. Especially Pike Place Market and the waterfront activities. Highly recommended. Would most definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Unique hotel and great location.
- 1/5
Location to poke place market Walkability Staff Amenities listed in room description not provided or available No top sheet provided on bed Poor bar selection for wine Views out the window were into other guests rooms, and theirs into mine
- 4/5
It is a good hotel, but very noisy at all times of the day even through the wee hours of the morning.
- 5/5
Was easy checking in as well as nice staff. Excellent room! For two. Breakfast hit the spot.
- 5/5
The Palihotel was such a cute and unique place to stay the night before our cruise. The hotel was walking distance to Pier 66 and Pike Place Market. So many great places to eat close by. It was a great stay!
- 5/5
Great location, clean room and friendly staff!
- 5/5
Great vintage room and atmosphere.
- 4/5
This hotel is great and we’d definitely stay here again. Location was perfect, design was great. Amenities in the room were great and there was a comfortable lounge area in the lobby. Couple of weird things with the room - aircon came on really hot in the night. Bathroom sliding door didn’t stay closed. Also the bedside lights were really fiddly to turn on and off. I wouldn’t normally complain but it was really annoying. I would still stay here again.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, great bar and bar tenders. Perfect location with good value. Room was a bit cramped. Bed against wall so hard to get out of during the night without disturbing partner.

- 5/5
Great staff. Clean rooms. Cute vibes. Very very central to Seattle’s Downtown culture. We loved it.
- 5/5
Very convenient
- 5/5
The hotel’s location is fantastic—it’s so close to everything! The room very clean and new here better than LA I was hoping you could share a bit more about the parking lot.
- 4/5
Worst part of the whole experience staying at this hotel was the parking garage. The actual hotel and staff was great.
- 4.5/5
The location was absolutely perfect! Beds were comfortable and the room quiet. Plus a really cool hotel!
- 3/5
The hotel is very quirky. There is only one elevator, which is exceptionally slow crazy slow. The stairs instead of the elevator were dark and then locked as well. Not sure if that was supposed to happen or not. There is no sink where the toilet is located. You have to walk to the other side of the room to wash your hands. The hotel ran out of coffee pods for the room which we found quite unusual. Although our room faced away from the main street, it was exceptionally loud. You can hear the outside and yes, we heard gunfire one night although I don’t think it had anything to do with the hotel. The location is phenomenal as it’s directly in front of pikes place. I would recommend for one night before a cruise.
- 4/5
Location excellent Body lotion smells great but difficult to get out of bottle and need a trash can inside bathroom or elsewhere in room

From check in to check out the staff were so amazing! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant is so so delicious! The room was cozy and we had a great view! We 100% would stay here again!
- 5/5
Perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere and see the most important tourist destinations. The property itself is an incredible aesthetic. The food and drinks in the downstairs restaurant were great as well. Everyday they had great specials.
- 5/5
Our stay was great!
- 4/5
Everything was smooth. Check-in and check out. Hotel was clean. Close to everything near Pike Place Market, eateries, Target, train station. The only negative is there was an alleyway outside our window and it was noisy. However, they provided earplugs in the room, so that was a nice added touch!
- 5/5
Location across from H Mart and Pike Place Market were perfect for my two day stay between long distance trains. I had to work during this trip and the room was comfortable and location just perfect for taking breaks to walk to the waterfront. Cool interior design as well!
- 5/5
Great location beautiful rooms The alley ways outside can be loud at times but that could happen in any city anywhere

Excellent hotel, great staff and one of the best locations you can get for Seattle hotels.
- 5/5
Perfect location, easy walk to Pike Place Market and waterfront. Christopher at reception was absolutely amazing, so helpful and informative about the area. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle.
- 4/5
All of staff is very nice and has a 24 hour text system to answer any questions. Would stay here again !! :)
- 2/5
I would not recommend staying here. It was local to everything I wanted but that was all it had going for it. I was in and out a few times each day and only one...one...person at the desk acknowledged me when I walked in. The restaurant offerings were lackluster at best. The room looked quaint but it was extremely dark. I don't mind a dark painted wall but...the lighting was terrible. The light over the sink where I would love to have applied my makeup was so dark I couldn't see what I was doing. The light in the room wasn't much better. Opening the shades to let more light in was not an option...the view was the windows of other hotel rooms. You can't leave the shade open unless you want to be in full view of the other guests. I wouldn't go back to this location.
- 5/5
Can’t wait to return to this property !
- 5/5
The hotel was convenient, clean and super cute. We loved our stay.
- 5/5
My only problem was the sink water was murky so I used a water bottle to brush my teeth and washed my face in the shower. Not a big problem to make a complaint about. Staff were all nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Wonderful!
- 4/5
It’s a beautiful hotel and the location is perfect for anybody who wants to spend lots of time around Pike Place. But keep in mind that it’s a boutique hotel and lacks what some of the bigger name hotels have. The room (at least, ours in particular) was not spacious. There’s a mini fridge but it’s only for their offerings, no room for anything you may want to put into it. No ice bucket. On our last night there, we wanted ice. I called the front desk for a bucket of ice. “Yes, be there in a second.” 30 minutes later I called again. “Oh yeah, sorry.” 45 minutes after that I called again. “Yeah, sorry.” They finally brought me an ice bucket about two hours later. This was late at night and I know they weren’t slammed, otherwise I would’ve been very understanding. I think the girl at the front desk might’ve been stoned. Otherwise a really nice stay and again, super well located.
- 5/5
Have stayed multiple times and it’s a great location, cozy layout, and wonderful staff but definitely expect some city noise.
- 5/5
Love, love, love this hotel. Decorated beautifully and updated! Comfortable bed. Fireplace and cozy chairs/couches off the lobby. Great drinks at Hart & Hunter, also right off the lobby. Only complaint was that our window faced an alleyway and we were wakened several times in the night by horns, trucks, clanging dumpster doors.
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel downside is the noise in the middle of the night from the alley. If you book a room stay away from the alley!
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Well curated aesthetic, lots of little touches that make the old building feel new. Comfortable bed. Might be my new favourite budget/luxe spot in Seattle!
- 3.5/5
The lobby is lovely and the bar/restaurant downstairs were really nice. The location is amazing which is what you are paying for. There were some nice boutique touches with the quaint furniture and dark green decor in the room. The light system and heat system in the room were weird. We woke up in the night and the room was 80degrees. It was loud. And our room faced a nasty alley where people were going through the garbage in the night. The room is small and dark with a view of the neighboring buildiing's wall. It didn't seem crowded so it would have been nice to have a room with a better view- out front or even interior. There was only 1 robe with a nasty do not take sign that made us worried they would accuse us of stealing the second one but when we asked they said one robe was standard for a double room with 2 people- odd??? And finally- if you go to the trouble to bottle and leave out a bunch of your own hotel special water for almost 400$ for a night please don't charge for the water. Silly....

Good
- 5/5
Very charming little hotel just steps from Pike Place. We arrived quite early after getting off a cruise ship. Parking for Uber drop off and pick up was great and luggage drop/storage was quick and easy. We received a text several hours before official check in time that our room was ready so we were able to return for an afternoon rest before heading out again. Our server in the hotel restaurant was lovely and gave us several recommendations of things to see and do besides the obvious ones. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was small but cute and well appointed. Appreciated the Dyptique products. Highly recommend and will stay again if we return to Seattle.
- 5/5
The whole experience was great!
- 4/5
Very unique hotel in a great location next to Pikes Market. Rooms are quaint and clean. Restaurants are close by. We had no problems walking the area in the daytime but did not venture out after dark.
- 5/5
Great stay before cruise. Close to everything. Nice hotel and staff..
- 5/5
This charming hotel was an oasis amidst the hustle and environment of downtown Seattle with its quiet, comfortable, and whimsical interior. The on-site cafe, bar, and restaurant made it easy to get through a day when one didn't want to walk to find food or drink.
- 4/5
It was an OK stay. Best part was location to the Market.
- 5/5
Would stay there again if back in Seattle!
- 1/5
I am so very very disappointed by this hotel and cannot give it a bad enough rating to reflect the absolute worst this hotel has to offer. I booked it as online it looks like a nice place close to amenities and things we wanted to do in walking distance. It’s listed as a 4 star hotel and more of a boutique feel. This hotel ruined the remaining my days of an 11 day road trip and cost me significant money needing to rebook an alternate place and needing to use uber to get to the places instead of being able to walk. This door just put a strain on the trip , but also caused a significant amount of stress between my spouse and I. The is an absolute joke. DO NOT STAY HERE.
- 5/5
Great experience! Close to all the things you need to visit and experience. Will highly recommend to friends and family.
- 5/5
Fantastic location. Walk to Lumen Field. Great dining and shopping close by.
- 4/5
The staff was great and the restaurant was excellent.
- 3/5
I know homelessness is difficult for all cities to help solve, but we got in around 9:30 pm and there was a homeless man who looked like he passed out as he was walking; laying face down in front of the entrance with his legs and arms splayed. We literally had to step over him to get into the lobby and reported what we saw to the desk clerk. She said “Yeah, I know,” as if this happens all the time. We got to our room, and the bed was comfy enough, but a little too bare bones ( not an homey feel) and kitschy for our taste. There was soap, but no lotion. The fireplace is stuffed with a mini fridge that has nice drink options. The snack basket next to the fridge was thoughtful. We could hear people walking around above us, and the really loud delivery trucks and I believe a trash truck in the alley took the overall experience down another notch. Checkout was smooth but we won’t be returning.
- 4/5
However being an older building, the piping and possible sewage system is old, so there was an old, sewage smell coming from the drains in the bathrooms. The location is GREAT, however the windows are NOT sound proof, just to keep in mind.
- 4/5
Very dark hotel rooms. Nowhere to apply makeup with sufficient lighting.
- 5/5
Very convenient to the pike place market place. And has a train station nearby to go to other places.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our brief stay. Perfect for visiting Pike Market. Close to the Space Needle and the glass museum. Highlight recommend it.
- 5/5
Beautifully decorated hotel and it's within earshot of dozens of restaurants and other attractions
- 5/5
Great location with nice coffee bar
- 5/5
Super cute quaint hotel. Perfect location to walk everywhere. We went to a Mariners game, saw Mel Robbins and took in a lot of tourist sites.
- 5/5
Perfect!
- 1/5
Way too loud. The earplugs provided did not help-which was a sign in the first place that noise would be an issue. We could hear cars drag racing on first avenue all night and we could hear loud drug addled conversations right below the window. The staff seemed more interested in telling us they would charge for all incidentals than providing any other useful insights. It felt like the hotel was all about selling things in the rooms with their branding and "boutique-y" overly curated vibe.
- 5/5
Nice stay! Kinda querky but fun..Great locatio n. You cant beat it for the price.
- 4/5
There was trash under our bed when we got there and when we requested towels they were not brought to us. The hotel itself over all was well kept and the restaurant was very good. Loved the sitting area and staff was kind to keep our bags before and after check in to accommodate us being more comfortable ! Over all a great experience other than afore mentioned issues. Also, if we stay again we will ask for an inside room as noise level of the street was a little much.
- 4/5
Attached restaurant is excellent
- 5/5
Bar was awesome
- 3/5
Excellent location next to Pike Market. It is an old hotel, with relatively new paint and remodeled bathroom, but it still has old moldly smell, dirty carpet, chaotic electric system. Limited shelf space for toiletries, no coffee and water in lobby area. There is a refrigerator in the room but unable to use because it's loaded with expensive beverages.
- 5/5
We will stay here again.
- 4/5
Property was great. However, our room was on the alley side which was constantly loud and cleaning staff, unintentionally woke us with their conversations.
- 3/5
Hotel was lovely. Loved the retro vibe. Checking in and out was great and staff was pleasant. The restaurant was amazing and I highly recommend the biscuits! Delicious! While trying to recover after my procedure I thought a neighbor was having a social gathering that spilled out into the hallway of the fourth floor outside of my door. So, I went to the hallway only to find out it was the cleaning crew having a great time whooping and a hollering. I called the desk and they said they would take care of it. Which I believe they did. However, later that evening an alarm went off in the neighboring room and stayed going off all night. THANKS CLEANING CREW for that lovely jester!
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Cute boutique hotel in a great location, right across from the historic Pike Place Market. Great view of Puget Sound from the corner suite. Was nervous street noise would interrupt my sleep but it definitely was not a factor.
- 5/5
Overall good. Though bed is quite stiffed already and can hear noises from outside.
- 4/5
A great hotel, perfect location and the staff were fantastic.
- 4/5
Our room was clean but the layout was a bit difficult with the sink around the corner from the bathroom
- 5/5
Very nice hotel two blocks from Pikes Place Market. Great location and near so many things. Made a great home base for our weekend trip.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Excellent location to Pike Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Museum and Gardens and all along the waterfront. Nice property with good restaurant and bar with happy hour discounts. Even got one free drink ticket each. Nice sitting area that looks much like a welcoming homey library. The room was a bit wRm but I always bring my own travel fan for circulation.
- 3/5
Cute place but interesting room layout. Close to street noise I was on the 2 floor.
- 5/5
Excellent location! But the coffee stand was pricey! This is literally across the street from Pike Place .
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
The location for me was perfect! We were just 2 blocks from Pike's Market, Bleechers (for mac n cheese) and Pike's for clam chowder. It was also very convenient that Target was very close also (maybe 3-4 blocks). All public transportation was very close and easy to use. Staff was very helpful and breakfast downstairs was very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again. The only down part to me was the counter space for bathroom.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, hotel was in a great area
- 5/5
Lovely! Great staff, clean, awesome location. Will be back!
- 5/5
Traffic was noisy at night though
- 5/5
Great place, convenient to attractions, and very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Amazing customer experience. Will be back and recommend to others.
- 5/5
Liked our spacious king room with its large sofa and two sinks in the bathroom. Stylish decor and lovely linens too. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel for a convenient breakfast!
- 4/5
Great stay
- 3/5
The first night we checked in, we got no sleep at all. The street noise on the second floor room was unbearable with cars, sirens, motorcycles, and pedestrians. One light in the bathroom was not working, one faucet continuously leaked, and there was only one set of towels. At 5:00am we finally went to the front desk to address the situation. We were referred to the person who would arrive at 7:00am. We did and he switched us to a much quieter room with no apology or offered compensation for the lost night of sleep. It must be an ongoing problem as we discovered that the hotel provides ear plugs
- 5/5
Great location! Great staff!
- 3/5
The bed in room 409 was absolutely horrible. They did remove 25% off the nights stay. Very nice hotel otherwise! The entire front desk staff were top in customer service!
- 5/5
Check in was fast and our room was ready early. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend and would most certainly return!
- 3/5
Too noisy at nights.
- 5/5
The bar has great drinks and friendly staff!
- 4/5
Cool spot. Great location. Oldschool vibes.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel with cozy rooms in an ideal location in seattle.....across the street from Pike Place Market! I will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Very nice boutique property. Would absolutely stay here again.
- 4/5
But elevators. Small details matter. Some issues with parking, but that’s typical for small Hotel in city. Other than that, I would probably stay again if in the area.
- 5/5
Tidy room, good character
- 1/5
Perfect location
- 4/5
Weird, the TV didn't work at all. Here is my one thing: I laughed about it after. The Palihotel is basically a great hotel for the "vibes" and "Insta" crowd. It looks cool, it has a cool vibe. Truthfully, it's an old hotel with a fresh coat of paint and a tile job from Home Depot. I get it, the Instagram morons who work for free for Mark Zuckerberg love it - they do it all for the 'gram. Truthfully, you would get a free coffee in the morning at a Hampton Inn and just as nice of a bed, but then you couldn't show off to your followers. It's a nice hotel, just no complimentary coffee in the AM in the lobby, which is always weird to me, like I am your guest. The lobby looks cool though, and the location is AMAZING. Definitely comfortable, my room faced an alley, but all good. Would totally stay again!
- 5/5
Perfect location, clean, didn’t find it too loud but we were on a top floor so can’t speak for lower ones. One downside that any little amenity or upgrade was quite costly, including a $13 water bottle 😅 otherwise the stay was good and the staff was lovely :)
- 4/5
The hotel was very cute but the room was very small. The lighting did not help much. I was turned off by the water fee just to make coffee in the room, $16 if I opened the water bottle.
- 5/5
Great spot in downtown Seattle , clean room and great stuff . Walkable to stores and restaurants.
- 5/5
Great location right next to Pike Place and close to the train lines! Very welcoming front desk staff!
- 1/5
This hotel is a fake luxury hotel. Indifferent staff. Filthy rooms. Loud. Poor amenities.
- 5/5
It was great. They were very accommodating
- 5/5
Staff was great! Food and drinks awesome, great location. Will be back!
- 5/5
Breakfast was so good! Loved the options they had, bar menu was amazing too!
- 5/5
Welcoming!
- 5/5
Close to literally everything
- 2/5
Small room, overpriced, noisy, and looking to charge you for everything.
- 5/5
We were upgraded to a king studio and it was absolutely stunning. The bathtub was to die for. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the firmness of the bed, but of course that is preference and nothing to do with the property itself.
- 5/5
A beautiful property where every detail down to the way the hotel smells is thought out! Perfect location as well.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and accommodating. The attached restaurant also has excellent servers (Hona and Shi— are the two that helped me), and is a sneaky nice benefit of the property. Literally across the street from Pike’s Peak Market, and within walking distance of T-Mobile Park. And excellent stay.
- 5/5
Check in was early and smooth, great staff!
- 4/5
Awesome restaurant. It’s a bummer that it closed so early— especially for late departures. The front staff were okay. Other than that, the hotel was awesome. One of the best I’ve stayed at in a big city.
- 5/5
The room was in pretty good condition (some chips in the wall, and a dim light for the bathroom mirror area are why I didn't choose the term "great," but the staff were excellent, the hotel restaurant food and staff were very good, and we very much enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
•AMAZING location. Once I understood the proximity to the market shops and restaurants I was glad we booked this spot over others. •Staff was helpful in holding our bags since our flight landed so early •Happy hour was a must, the complimentary drink had us going back for snacks and bevs. •Room was clean and had plenty of space for us. The hotel smells SO good. We really enjoy staying places that have an authentic experience of the city we are visiting like this place. Cons: •We are from a big city and live along a busy road, this area is extremely noisy. Also, if you’re from a place that typically has AC, I would double check yours is working or request a fan. We lowered the temp every night and I woke up hot every morning. •The text assistance seems super convenient, but when I asked for additional towels/pillows they confirmed that they’d be delivered and never were. I also had questions during my stay that just went completely ignored. They do have someone at the front desk 24/7, I would just stick to having in person communication. •Not sure if it’s a Seattle thing but overall I just expected a little more hospitality from a nice hotel (and really all retail/dining experiences). Would we stay again? Sure, would probably look to a larger chain first, but after seeing where the other local spots we looked at were located/the conditions of the buildings. Palihotel felt like a huge blessing. Would we recommend? Adding the text and AC disclaimer, absolutely.
- 5/5
The hotel has this pleasant welcoming atmosphere
- 4/5
An old, well cared for hotel with wonderful service. They need more hooks on the walls and better air movement (eg. Fans) in the rooms, but overall a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Cute decor, Clean room, staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and delicious.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Room was small but had a lot of character. Would definitely go back. Restaurant was better than expected
- 5/5
Staff was pleasant and responsive; bar had a pleasant bartender; room was very clean.
- 5/5
amazing location - cute room, great lobby
- 4/5
Excellent location. Close to transit, waterfront, Pike Place Market, Benaroya Hall, shopping.
- 4/5
We have loved staying at the Pali is the past, but this time left a lot to be desired. Our room was not as clean as I would’ve liked (stains and stuff on the walls, cracked glass on the shower door, etc.). We also never got house keeping the entire 5 days. One day we came back after a full morning and partial afternoon out, housekeeping came by when we were trying to nap so we asked if they could come back in an hour. They never came back. Overall the property is starting to feel worn and tired.
- 5/5
Love this place! Vintage vibe, great location, friendly staff. Terrific happy hour. No need for a car, you can walk everywhere.
- 5/5
Always a great experience for a solo traveler.
- 5/5
Super esthetic
- 5/5
The evening staff was awesome, they were very friendly helpful. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Seattle.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel, and prime location a block away from Pike's Place market (restaurants, coffee, etc). Nice decor, and helpful staff. I wish they had a gym, but this was a nice stay.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly made our stay perfect.
- 5/5
Location, location, location! The staff and property were great and worth the modest price paid.
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly nice, we got a larger room than anticipated, and the bathroom was so luxurious
- 4/5
Super friendly and personable staff working the front desk and in the restaurant downstairs. I love the aesthetic of the hotel and the rooms, with the dark green color palette and vintage style. We didn't know there was a parking area the hotel would point us to and I had already reserved a spot around the corner, so I can't speak to that service. The windows aren't soundproofed at all, and are fairly old, so at 6:30 we were woken up by the trash trucks in the back alley that our windows faced. There were also a couple crevices that we had to keep reminding ourselves not to let anything fall through in case we lost something for good. But overall, it's a fantastic location right across from the Public Market and near a bunch of great places to eat.
- 5/5
Great central area, close to all main attractions.
- 5/5
We simply love this hotel. Staff is amazing, location cannot be beat, style is so fun and ecclectic. Makes the Seattle experience complete!
- 4/5
The Palihotel had the best atmosphere, so cozy and vintage chic! Also, the staff were exceptionally friendly! The location was perfect for walkability to all the top spots. My only issue was that our bed wasn’t in great shape and probably should be replaced. However, I’d absolutely stay here again!
- 5/5
clean and vintage stylish
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel all around! Great staff! Great mattress! Great location! Great restaurant! Great service! I know! A lot of greats! But it really is a great hotel! Warm and cozy lounge! Strong cocktails and delicious food! In the heart of Pike Place Market! Walkable to many fun Seattle attractions! Can’t wait to come back!
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was great and it’s close to everything!
- 5/5
Always love staying at this hotel: it has a great vibe and the location couldn’t be better!
- 5/5
A rock throw away from Pikes, tons of great food options, Target for any essentials, and walking distance to Moore Theater where our show was! Restaurant & coffee shop in the hotel was AWESOME!
- 5/5
Very cool hotel with amazing design, greatblively bar.
- 5/5
Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant The Hart and the Hunter is fantastic! I was given early check in as well so overall my stay was 6 out of 5 stars.
- 3/5
super clean and cute place, i really think that and the convenience to pike is what you’re paying for. The room is a lot smaller than the pics make it seem. I think a holiday inn has better amenities with free breakfast and microwaves. but don’t worry they have the option to pay $5 for a twix or $13 for a water. There was also homeless people and people on drugs yodeling screaming and singing outside of our window ALLLL night. I was someone get arrested from my room so good entertainment bc you only can get the discovery channel on the tv lol. But the place was super cute and a quick walk to pike and nice toiletries.
- 5/5
Location is absolutely perfect, one block from Pike's Place Market and the waterfront just a bit further. It is two blocks from a light rail station and monorail station. The hotel itself is a cool building with classy rooms. My only complaints were a lack of a continental breakfast and the trash trucks at 4:00am that wake you up.
- 3/5
The location of the hotel is a 10/10. The room has a stained carpet and a completely useless tv so I would not put this hotel in the 4 star rating it claims to be. Overall our stay was fine considering we spent 80% of our time out and about anyways.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Very small.
- 5/5
The staff was great. I love the upscale “Indiana Jones” feel for the hotel. Harry at the front desk was particularly awesome.
- 5/5
The property right at the Public Market was wonderful, we would come back again!
- 5/5
I 100/10 recommend staying here and I plan to stay there next visit!!
- 5/5
The staff is super nice and helpful. They gave us a free drink to have at the bar at check in!
- 5/5
Amazing hotel, customer service and aesthetic. There can't be a better location to downtown Seattle.
- 4/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. A few issues with the room though, the shower drain would drain very slowly and the middle window came off. Staff were notified of window issue and it was fixed temporarily. Regardless it was a great stay, thank you very much for having us.
- 5/5
Great decor and it always smelled so nice....downtown location is good
- 5/5
Such a lovely hotel right downtown Seattle! Cutest old fashion vintage vibes while still being newer. Staff was amazing and friendly. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
Restaurant downstairs and coffee bar made coming back after hitting the morning piers easy!
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Friendly staff and great food and coffee. The decor is so cute.
- 5/5
Great hotel! Clean, perfect location, great price!
- 4/5
Location is great and staff were lovely and accomodating. Comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Attention to every detail; service, rooms, bar/restaurant ~ this establishment shines.
- 5/5
I wish I could give it 100 stars! The room I stayed in was huge and I love it! It was very clean. The lounge area is very cozy. The staff were the most helpful and kind. The location is perfect. I look forward staying here again!
- 5/5
Love this hotel so much will definitely be back
- 4/5
Hotel was a bit noisy, you could hear the footsteps of the people upstairs along with noise from the next room. Didn’t love that housekeeping would skip our room while cleaning daily too. Our fire alarm in our room was broken and they just taped it on the ceiling.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and the location could not be beat!
- 5/5
It’s a beautiful hotel very eclectic. Our view was beautiful just being ear plugs if you’re facing the road like we were it’s very loud.
- 5/5
Great place. Love it
- 5/5
Perfect location. Great room and staff
- 5/5
Clean and cute room, the staff was so kind and helpful with recommendations, the restaurant was delicious. Could see the public market sign from the front door. The only down side was the downtown traffic was super loud but they did provide ear plugs in the room to help with that.
- 3/5
Con’s- the location although convenient, can get really loud in the middle of the night, even with the earplugs that were provided. The space is really small, expected more from a deluxe room. There was no sink space to get ready, only a large sink and no room to put items to get ready which was very annoying when getting ready. The “nespresso” in the room was some kind of knockoff and the pods provided tasted awful. The toilet paper provided was extremely rough, I understand its an old building so there could be plumbing issues but it was terrible quality. There was a lack of shower pressure when showering. There were no outlets on the side of the bed so phone charging was inconvenient. The small SMEG fridge was full of overpriced beverages and there was absolutely no room to store anything. The tv in the room was extremely old and had no screen sharing abilities and the remote control was dirty. Overall, while the location was convenient, this hotel lacked the qualities to make it a great stay. I don't think I would return.
- 5/5
Clean very nice, continently located hotel right near pike place market. Only thing to consider is that the hotel is on a busy street and area and due to the historical building there is no sound insulation. So it can be noisy in the room. Really enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
The room was clean, and the location was unbeatable. I didn’t like the rather dim lighting in the room and in the bathroom. Also, the bottled water in the room was really expensive. I didn’t realize at first that it wasn’t free. The staff were nice and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the attached restaurant and bar. The bartender and a restaurant staff were so friendly. They were able to help us with all of our questions about the downtown area.
- 5/5
Love to rooms, great location 1 minute from pike place market, hmart actoss the street for snacks and drinks. Restaurant in lobby has good cocktails and food. Great spot!
- 2/5
I wouldn’t come back to this hotel or any of their other establishments ever after this inhospitable visit.
- 5/5
The room and bed were clean and well kept. The bar downstairs is great so the drink tickets were a definite plus
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Clean room, staff was friendly! The traffic noise was a little loud as we had a room facing the street.
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 4/5
Overall great stay! A couple of nuisances: The reception on the TV kept on coming in and out. The is the best hotel to be near the Pike Market and the Link station very central to everything. Wish the hotel bar could’ve stayed open till at least 11pm. They closed at 9pm, however they had the best dirty Gin Martini I’ve had in a while.
- 5/5
Only complaint was the TV in the room. It had issues. But I wasn’t in my room too often while I was there.
- 3/5
Cute but NOISY!! I could not justify the price I paid and the ridiculous additional fees. Room too small and layout not designed well.
- 5/5
All of the above
- 5/5
We were able to explore Seattle by foot and of we needed to go a little further, the train was only 4 minutes away. I will definitely be staying here again. Worth EVERY PENNY!
- 5/5
Great view and check in service
- 5/5
This was a great hotel The room was fantastic, the restaurant was great. The overall aesthetic was amazing and the location couldn’t be better. Will definitely be coming back!
- 5/5
Clean and cute room, friendly staff, and good atmosphere.
- 2/5
Too much noise. Went stay again.
- 3/5
There is a fridge in the room but it was full of drinks that were of course—overpriced and take up most the space inside. There is no microwave available. The shower and bathroom were very small so if you’re larger you’ll feel a cramped. The restaurant was probably my favorite part of the stay. Food was excellent and the wait staff was great. A little pricey though. The lobby was beautifully decorated and front desk will hold bags after checkout which was awesome. They gave us a card for 1 free drink which we used for coffee at the restaurant. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but it was interesting and RIGHT next to pikes place so that was a huge bonus.
- 4/5
The staff is amazing here. The building is super cool. Only down fall is it is an old building so the shower stopped working a few times but it comes back on.
- 1/5
Stayed 2
- 5/5
Helpful staff, clean rooms
- 4/5
Staff was great. Building feels a little old, shower pressure was a little spotty for example. Great location. Would absolutely stay here again.
- 4/5
Room was great, however upon arrival the front desk was not friendly or helpful.
- 5/5
Great hotel and friendly staff.
- 3/5
The staff is excellent, and the restaurants and bar are outstanding. The lobby design and lounge area are also very impressive. However, the rooms are a bit run down and have a very unpleasant smell. The carpets were not properly vacuumed, especially around the corners, and there was noticeable dust on the windows. Overall, I had concerns about the level of cleanliness, but the worst issue by far was the odor in the room - an old, stale smell reminiscent of aged linoleum in a basement that hasn’t been updated since the 1970s.
- 5/5
Great location. Great room. Great onsite services. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it was cute and popular. Had a great, complimentary drink at the bar. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Beautiful view. The room was very clean/spacious and staff were very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.
- 3/5
Service was decent, the hotel was clean and comfortable. A big caveat is that we were in a room facing the road, and the exterior walls/windows are paper thin. It was manageable with ear plugs, but forget sleeping if you don't have any. The windows could absolutely use some noise insulation.
- 5/5
Good communication and fast check in
- 4/5
All in all, very happy with our stay!
- 5/5
Great location and restaurant. Friendly service
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 4/5
We had an issue with the fridge in our room & we were able to get moved into a new room in a timely manner. Would love it if they had microwaves but otherwise their rooms are great. Locational is also optimal, just a few feet from pike place market & there’s also a H-Mart & Target around the corner which came in handy during our trip. Restaurant & bar was good, their sticky toffee pudding was especially delicious, I just wish they were open later.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful, room was wicked spacious, and my room was ready when I checked in around 11! All around, perfect hotel and the best location!
- 4/5
the mattress in my room was worn and uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Really kind staff allowed us to check in as soon as the room was ready. The hotel was really clean and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Loved the decor and cozy lounge area with fireplace. Amazing sheets on the bed, and the entire hotel smelled amazing the entire time.
- 5/5
Everything was great! The staff was super friendly.
- 5/5
It was good. Staff was friendly and helpful
- 5/5
It was very nice in general. I don't have any complaints.
- 5/5
Nice location and nice rooms
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and in a great location. Only thing that I didn’t like was paying all that money and looking out your window just to look into other people rooms.
- 4/5
Room was cute.
- 4/5
One thing I do not love is the $13 for sparkling water, would really have loved some flat bottle water that does not come with a price tag. Just as a thank you for staying here is some water enjoy !
- 5/5
Great location right next to Pike Place Market. Our room had a beautiful view of the Puget Sound and we enjoyed watching the Big Wheel and Ferries
- 5/5
Great , restaurant was not open though
- 5/5
The room was clean, staff were great! We even got a free drink voucher for the restaurant attached to the hotel, which was delicious. I was nervous about noise, as other commenters have said, but had absolutely no problems with this? They also held our luggage the day we were flying out so we could still see some of the city! Would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Walkable

Second stay in this hotel, first time was pleasant, loved the location that’s why we chose to come back. The first day was okay but on our second night my wife slipped in the bathroom and hurt her ankle (turns out she broke her ankle when we went to Urgent Care when we came back home). She called the front desk and she spoke to Andrew, she asked for a late check out so she can have an extra hours of rest. She asked for 0200pm he was then told by this power tripper that the latest check out was 1200pm, when she asked for a later check out Andrew then said at 0200 pm there’s a $50 fee, my wife then said how about 0100? He said there’s a $50 fee as well she then said 1200 is okay, this Andrew then said at 1200 there will be a fee as well. I offered to just pay the $50 so she can have the rest but my wife got upset she doesn’t want to stay longer anymore. I grabbed the car bec the parking was off site, my wife told this Andrew when she came down that the reason she asked for an the late check out was she hurt her ankle, and what did this power tripper said? “Do you want the receipt?” Happy Holidays to you Andrew of front desk, you have no empathy and don’t have the right attitude to work in this industry
- 5/5
This gorgeous place is literally 1 minute to the Pike's Place Market. The hotel restaurant was good but a little pricey. The corner room we had was okay size and had views of the neighborhood. Parking was a few blocks away and you can get a small hotel discount on the $36 or so overnight charge. Staff was efficient. There was a small difficulty parking in front to load/unload but it worked out if you're a little patient and assertive. Good place.
- 4/5
room was charming, clean, staff were friendly and accommodating and the bed was comfortable. The room was too warm and there was either a fire alarm or carbon monoxide sensor on the ceiling that flashes a light - both of which made it a little more difficult to sleep.
- 5/5
I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best biscuit I’ve ever had. The service is friendly and let me customize my meal. The atmosphere is gorgeous and we will return!
- 3/5
.
- 3/5
Room was VERY small.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, very clean, well located and wonderful staff, Chris the front desk guy that was when I checked in, was amazing! Very nice and helpful. The housekeeper does very good job. Room was very clean! Thank you for excellent service and hoping can back soo!

The staff were super nice and accommodating. We stayed in the king deluxe room with a super great view, and the shower was my favorite part. I loved the retro looking theme and really appreciated all the snacks and drinks that were made available to us. I would recommend staying here again.
- 5/5
The room is clean
- 5/5
Excellent experience
- 4/5
Nice location at a more affordable price.
- 5/5
Always love staying here! It’s so close to everything. The staff is always amazing… super helpful and friendly. The rooms are so quaint. Clean and comfy. My room this stay didn’t have much of a view but no prob, yucky weather anyway. I will totally come here again.
- 5/5
Room was hip, fun, contemporary and clean. Loved it.
- 5/5
Room was clean and very nice. I think the entryway light wasn't working and the bench was missing some buttons, and the TV is outdated and didn’t recieve a lot of channels, but the hotel is in a great location. Everything was a quick walk. The staff was amazing and made the stay great. I really enjoyed the decor and their lounge area was a nice area to catch up with friends. The holiday decor made it all so cozy and welcoming.
- 5/5
Thank you and we will be back!!
- 5/5
Super staff, wonderful room, cool vibe.
- 5/5
A really cute hotel, very clean and cozy. Very close to Pike Place and affordable parking nearby (“affordable” for DT seattle). The restaurant is fantastic and the cocktails were great, will absolutely stay here again!
- 5/5
Rooms are super cute and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. The mini fridge is an awesome bonus.
- 3/5
The hotel is really pretty. Location is great! The room was dusty and not very clean. The power pressure of the shower was awful. The water kept “running out “ while you were showering. We asked for our room to be cleaned the day of early in the morning and we were not accommodated. Will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Great location, easy parking alternative and lose to the lightrail for events, which really saves instead of using Uber
- 5/5
Best hotel ever
- 5/5
Great service and vibe. Perfect location.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and we were able to check in early, which was amazing! We loved being able to easily pop out and just head across the street to the Pike Place Market. We were there in December, and the lobby was decorated very nicely and was warm and cozy. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed a complimentary drink in the bar. I'd definitely stay again!
- 3/5
The room smelled like mold.
- 5/5
Check it "Avery" (I believe) was great, pleasant & understanding
- 4/5
Location
- 4/5
Restaurant and bar calls last call well before 9, on a Saturday night even. Parking garage is a couple of blocks away. Rooms and bathrooms are very small but clean. Bottles of water in the rooms are $13 each. Friendly front desk.
- 5/5
great food and drinks
- 4/5
Really cute room. The whole hotel is pretty. Friendly staff. Only hangup is parking sucks since it's a garage a few blocks away.
- 5/5
Very warm ambience and lovely staff.
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean, ans stylish room. Very friendly staff. Super helpful.
- 5/5
The breakfast at the restaurant was, decent. Nothing to write home about, especially with the prices. Cocktails were expensive as well but tasty! Best espresso martini I’ve had in a while!
- 5/5
This was our first stay at the Palihotel and we loved it! The rooms are so cute, the street view was actually pretty entertaining and the hotel itself is just so cozy and friendly feeling. We will be back for sure!
- 5/5
Staff were warm, helpful, and so kind. Received incredible service + hospitality from the entire team, especially the Lobby bartender, Will. Highly recommend this property!! Such a convenient location.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, wonderful decor, INCREDIBLE restaurant (not just for a hotel, but a genuinely really amazing restaurant on its own- had the best short rib of my life there), and you can’t be in a more convenient location. 10/10!
- 4/5
k.
- 5/5
Excellent staff and great space!!
- 5/5
Great location, clean and quiet room, friendly staff, and a good restaurant/bar.
- 4/5
I loved the color green theme through the room.
- 5/5
Staff was so nice and accommodating!
- 5/5
Would highly recommend this hotel, one of my best stays in Seattle so far. Staff are exceptional, very friendly. *****. Love it
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, Clean room, polite staff, awesome location.
- 3/5
Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean, but the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Shower was about the same size as on a cruise ship. Restaurant was good
- 4/5
Great old building made into more modern hotel. Quirky, artful, comfy and nice. Operable windows which we love for fresh air, plus temp control. Everything was great except room service had a hiccup every day, and no microwave on site anywhere so great local foods or leftovers can't be reheated - nor can your coffee if you linger in the room. But, we'd stay here again!! Love the location, decor, comfy bed and room!
- 5/5
what a beautiful stay in my deluxe queen room ~ I truly wish I stayed longer than one night… Cannot wait to come back… Thank you so much for everything!
- 5/5
Charming hotel in a great location, walkable to transportation and across the street from Pike's. Very clean, well maintained and cozy. Lots of choices in Seattle but I would come back here.
- 4/5
Great location, close to everything
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
This is an excellent stay in Downtown Seattle, incredible service, delicious restaurant, unique cocktails, beautiful lobby, well appointed rooms with luxurious amenities, stocked mini bar with custom selections - inviting staff, smooth check in, 10/10 stay.
- 5/5
The corner room had amazing view, the front desk was fantastic, and the staff was very cleanly in the room upkeep
- 3/5
Not much service. No place to pull the car in front as cars were parked with too little space for others (2 cars in an area that should have easily fit 4). Concierge told me to pull on end but that would have meant our car rear end would have stuck out onto the street. Also i had 3 rooms and I had to remind him of that. he initially just checked me into 2. No offer to help with anything and the parking garage is far away so not convenient.
- 5/5
Cute hotel! Staff are very nice. Bartenders are the bar are the best! Drinks tasted great! Would definitely stay there again. A very convenient area and walking distance to all the attractions.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great views.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
One of my favorite places to stay in Seattle. Absolutely adorable, comfortable, and with the best-stocked room minibar in the city!
- 5/5
Restaurant was fantastic. Location is ideal, a few steps away from Pikes Market.
- 5/5
Staff and place was amazing!
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Parking is offsite and $33/day. Windows are single pane and noise from the busy street will keep you up
- 4/5
Needs better tv
- 5/5
There was a maintenance issue with the king room we reserved and we were given a bunk room. The staff was extremely pleasant and gave us a discount on our room and free breakfast vouchers and drinks for both days we stayed there. The Breakfast was absolutely the best, made from scratch. We will definitely stay there again!!
- 3/5
First want to say it’s a very cute and funky hotel. Staff was very friendly. The price for the room was great. The room was super cute but the lighting and use of space was TERRIBLE. The best lighting is in the bathroom where toilet and shower is but the sink area made it nearly impossible to do my hair and makeup…and my husband had a terrible time trying to put in his contacts. It’s got a large sink basin but zero counter space for makeup or hair tools. They have huge oversized photos leaning on the desk and end tables taking up the very little space available. While I appreciate the artsy decor, it’s not functional for the space. The desk area is a waste of space and should be made into a lighted vanity area so people can see what they are doing. This was my biggest issue. We had a few issues with the room that would have been easy fixes but we didn’t have someone come to fix it because we only stayed one night. The two lamps on end tables would not turn on becase clearly a circuit had been blown. Also our toilet seat fully broke off. Again, easy fixes and normal wear and tear. We stayed in a room that was facing an alley and it was very echoey and loud. Says the rooms are sound proof but this is not true. You can hear the pigeons outside the window and every thing that walked or drove through the alley. The hotel should really consider dual pained windows to reduce city noise. I did enjoy the hotel and location but wouldn’t give it a 9.0.
- 3/5
Lots of dings in the walls and the bed was a little warped to the middle but hospitality was good, and decor was also good
- 5/5
Very unique hotel with an excellent location.
- 5/5
Restaurant in lobby is fantastic. Close walk to Pike.
- 5/5
Location, staff and restaurant were amazing!
- 3/5
Everything was lovely except the shower completely did not work in the morning. Maybe 10 seconds of water flow, then nothing. Hygiene is an important part of accommodations. The staff was apologetic & waived a $20 fee in response but that felt inadequate. I didn't press the front desk further because that seemed the standard allowance they were permitted to issue for this complaint.
- 5/5
The location is perfect. It is next to the Pike Place Market. But the wall is not highly sound-proof. At night it was noisy. The room is clean and well-decorated. The staff members are friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean room, great atmosphere.
- 5/5
This was a great hotel to stay in downtown Seattle. Great location, small boutique hotel, 2 free drinks at the bar! Room was very nice and great shower! The bed was also very comfy. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Seattle.
- 4/5
The room was nice enough whoever it was very very very noise outsid
- 5/5
So cute!! The room has the most adorable details! The snacks, the fridge, the phone! I’m sad we had to leave too early and couldn’t enjoy the restaurant! We will be back!
- 5/5
Fantastic location right next to Pike Place. Hotel was quiet and comfortable
- 2/5
I had an interior room and you could still hear the noise from the alley and street. Also you could hear the footsteps from the floor above. Too noisy too sleep. The shower was very skinny and although I am not tall I could hit the wall and shower door with my arms. There wasn't any space to put toiletries.
- 5/5
Great location, clean, and great staff!
- 3/5
TV didn’t work. Changed batteries, but that wasn’t the issue. Turns out the power cable wasn’t seated all the way. No water pressure in the morning. Was told that I had to deal with it because everyone was using their showers preparing to check out. Just a spit f cold water for 10 seconds or so and then nothing for 20 seconds between 8:30 and 9:30 in the morning. It was hot and full after that. Good thing I didn’t have anywhere to be. Also, I booked the Deluxe Queen and this room was smaller than the little double room that they gave. I asked for an upgrade and they told me that I was already in a deluxe room.
- 4/5
Stayed here for business; excellent value for the price point. Highlight: dinner at the restaurant (food was great, good ambiance). Lowlight: room was VERY noisy... kept me up all night, and I'm a very deep sleeper. My room's window faced an alley, and I swear there were extremely loud / heavy trunks unloading or loading ALL night.
- 5/5
Awesome stay, highly recommended
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is decorated beautifully.
- 5/5
From Felipe to John, the head chef, and the person behind the front desk. Everyone was absolutely amazing. The food at the heart and Hunter was amazing as always. Specifically chef John made us feel right at home. He came out to greet us and he remembered us from the last time we were visiting in Seattle. By far the Pali Hotel is our favorite place to stay in Seattle.
- 4/5
Clean room and the staff was great
- 5/5
Nice location. Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
The Staff, the room, and the Location were excellent
- 5/5
Great vibe. Helpful staff. Unique. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Front desk was amazing, she was so friendly and let us check in early wjen we arrived, such a great experience.
- 5/5
The room and hotel we're clean, the bed was super comfortable, everyone was nice
- 5/5
Loved the funky vibe.
- 5/5
Room was very nice.
- 5/5
Really fun and nice hotel! Very clean and the location could not be better.
- 5/5
Very happy with my hotel stay. My room overlooked the main pikes market place . The view was amazing. Hotel staff , Christopher Andrada was beyond exceptional. He answered all my questions and assisted me with all my accommodations. The hotel was
- 5/5
Kind staff and nice room
- 3/5
I was double charged for parking as the lot would not read my app so I had to take a ticket. Had to pay an additional $37.
- 3/5
Room was ok and looked like what I booked but it was right above an alley with constant car noise and people noise at all hours. Good location, nice bar and lobby but terrible sound insulation between rooms and also the exterior. They also have something weird with the AC. Kept trying to turn down temp but the AC never seemed to kick in.
- 3/5
The hotel location was great but the alley nearby was extremely loud.
- 4/5
Nice property with lots of charm. I will say the noise level through the windows is very loud. If you don’t mind it it’s not too bad. Some parts of the rooms need some upgrading or fixing. Our bathroom door would not lock. The restaurant and bar are a good area if you don’t want to venture far out. We were able to take the train and ferry’s from a walking distance. Good location obviously be aware of your surroundings, just iffy about it at night we did not venture out of the touristy areas after dark.
- 4/5
It’s a beautiful hotel. Nice staff and an excellent restaurant. It is downtown and it’s an old building, so expect some noise from the street.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure staying at palihotel
- 5/5
Me and my friend got the two twin bedroom. It was adorable. The staff was very friendly best lemon drops we’ve ever had good food will definitely be back.
- 3/5
The room was very small and our view was of the roof of the next door building.
- 5/5
This was our third time in this hotel. We enjoyed it the most this time. Will plan another trip here next year and will stay here. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Good trip
- 5/5
clean room, staff was great, they locked up my bags when I needed a late check out, they were able to accommodate an early check in, highly recommend
- 3/5
The staff and room were great. The noise from the top guest and the side guest were disturbing throughout the night. In addition the outside noises were also very loud. The noise level sounded as if it was right outside of our window.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, great amenities, cute boutique style hotel
- 5/5
Close to Pike Place and tons to do
- 4/5
Room service was great and they have fully stocked mini bar.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, beautiful and funky hotel, excellent location, nice that they gave us free drink tickets for cocktails or coffee.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Absolutely beautiful hotel just blocks from the market. The restaurant was also incredible- we will definitely be back!
- 4/5
Check in was easy, appreciated the free cocktail tickets, location was wonderful but the AC didn't seem to work great, the TV was spotty, and lots of noise from the busy area outside, but it's cute and smack dab in the middle of downtown.
- 2/5
Water available…unacceptable. Had to walk across the street at 9 pm to buy a bottle. Finally, one of the worst nights of sleep because our room faced an alley and there were deliveries all night long (unbearably load banging noises)
- 5/5
Wonderful stay
- 5/5
Friendly, clean
- 4/5
Although the hotel is very nice and has a good location, the room we got was smaller and not as comfortable as we thought.
- 5/5
Very walkable and clean
- 2/5
Amazing location! Amazing building and wonderful style. But paired with the TV that wouldn’t work for more than an hour, the most worn out, uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on, and the shower/sink/toilet that had no water 50-60% of the time. Could be one of the best hotels in Seattle, but the negatives really added up unfortunately. Would not stay again.
- 4/5
Needs a lot of maintenance. Pillows were ok. Chipped paint. Dated flooring. Loose faucets toilet paper holders. Very cozy and bed was comfortable. Only one robe for two people
- 4/5
Only negatives: parking garage was not super convenient and you had to pay but it wasn’t too bad. Space to drop off luggage and check in at the hotel is available. Pretty noisy with outside sound being heard through thin walls and original windows. To be expected with the hustle and bustle of the location but don’t expect the best nights sleep. Overall for the price and location, this spot is a win! I would totally stay here again!
- 3/5
My room my incredibly loud at night. There was a truck dumping bottles every 2 hours.. no attempt at sound proofing the room. For the price was pretty disappointed.
- 4/5
We loved the hotel and cannot beat the location. Our only complaint is the noise. It was so loud from street noise that we did not sleep well at all. Our room was facing an alley, so I don't know if other rooms were quieter. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
- 5/5
Our room reservation changed due to scheduling issues but Palihotel did a great job of making it right. The complimentary drinks at the bar were also excellent.
- 3/5
To make things worse, the parking situation was a mess. The “recommended” garage was closed for construction, and the hotel staff had no backup option or real guidance for where to park. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and communication. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of our past visits, and it’s made us reconsider staying here again.
- 4/5
The hotel was esthetically beautiful but not not functional. Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom and poor lighting. Great location though surrounded by so much to explore.
- 2/5
There was no water pressure in the bathroom. The temperature of the room was not able to be regulated. The system was not responding to my prompts well and I told staff who just thought I didn't know how to use the touch system. The mini fridge was so stuffed with items I had to remove things to put in my own purchases. Most of all the wifi was terrible going out a few times while there. It was a clean hotel and people were friendly, especially the bar and coffee attendants in the restaurant but overall not a good place for a business stay.
- 5/5
Amazing experience! Highly recommend:)
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Fun, retro style hotel.
- 4/5
Great hotel, awesome location. They need to work out the WiFi situation but other than that, it’s a wonderful hotel in the Pikes Place area. Very convenient.
- 5/5
Perfect for a weekender lodging!
- 5/5
The hotel was nearby to everything we like to experience about Seattle.
- 5/5
Room was decorated very nicely. Bathroom was beautifully tiled. Overall room was small, but we were only there for one night. One block from Pike’s, walking distance to our venue, Showbox. Staff was excellent. Bar was really nice too. Hotel reminded us of boutique hotels in Europe. Will definitely stay there again when we need to be in downtown Seattle.
- 4/5
The only negative is the water pressure
- 2/5
Nosiest hotel i have ever stayed at. I got very little sleep. Room was very small, only 10 inches on either side of the bed. One curtain was broken so half of window covered. No counter space, lighting was horrible. Every time i got in the bed it sounded like it was breaking.
- 3/5
Overall, we had a good stay. We really didn’t spend much time in the hotel because we were only there one overnight and spent our time exploring Seattle. The common areas were fun looking and unique, which is why I picked it. The staff were super helpful and even the parking situation which I had been worried about worked out just right for our needs. The location is very convenient for visiting the market and waterfront (though there are a lottt of unhoused people clearly using substances on every corner, do better to help these folks out, Seattle!). I gave fewer stars because our room was so darned tight on space and smelled musty enough that I wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked. The mini fridge was so full of the mini-bar items available for purchase that there was no room for my own things I needed to keep cold. In-room coffee was a tiny espresso… The bathroom and shower were nice though, and roomier than the main part of the room. I knew it would be small, but my husband and I were tripping over each other, and we’re small people. Would have been fine for a single traveler.
- 4/5
The property is nice, staff friendly, the wifi was an issue. The location is superb, centrally located to Pikes Place and close to the Coleman dock.
- 5/5
Easy walking to major attractions. Clean. Friendly staff. Excellent food in the attached restaurant.
- 5/5
Great hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay here again
- 3/5
Rudest staff. Arrived fairly late and asked restaurant suggestions. It was a Friday at 10:00pm downtown Seattle but they said “I don’t know . . .” Which is how they responded to everything during our stay. The room was filthy, didn’t want to take my shoes off. It was also cold so you didn’t really want to shower. Not enough table space to even set a plate of food. Just AWFUL.
- 1/5
When we initially checked in we had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. We had to go to the restaurant to ask someone to help us. We waited over 5 minutes for the elevator to arrive and it was disgusting. The carpet was worn and it was dark and dingy. The first room we were given was in the middle of the hotel facing a tiny courtyard with rooms on the other side as our view. We could see a guest changing in another room, only about 25’ away. We immediately requested a room with more privacy and we were given a different room. We opened the door to that room and when the door opened it barely grazed the edge of the bed. The room was smaller than any college dorm room we’ve ever seen. Two people couldn’t walk between the end of the bed and the wall. The sink was on the opposite side of the room from the toilet and the plugs were covered by pictures that were nailed to the wall. We initially booked for three nights but we only stayed for one night, and that’s only because we didn’t settle into the room until 9:00 PM. Fortunately, Expedia was able to work with the hotel to cancel the final two nights and refund our money. Pass on this hotel. Book the Marriott Courtyard or another reputable hotel. That’s what we ended up doing.
- 5/5
The hotel is eclectic and clean
- 2/5
Staff at check in was generally rude and unprofessional. She was constantly on her phone and did not offer help for early check in (although we requested ahead of time over the phone).
- 4/5
The hotel and rooms are nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Cute hotel located very close to Pike Place market, and convenient for all the ferry piers and the bars near Union Square. A few minutes walk to Westlake station (train to/from SEATAC) and the monorail to the space needle
- 5/5
Lovely. Can’t wait to return
- 5/5
Hotel itself was cute
- 5/5
Great little gem in a convenient location
- 5/5
I had a great stay at the Palihotel. It's very conveniently located and the staff was great.
- 4/5
Great location and staff.
- 4/5
Great room, my only thing was the one of the mattresses in the double room felt like it was sinking in due to use.
- 4/5
Noisy. The first night the traffic noise disturbed my sleep, but by second night, barring sirens or shouting, the traffic noise became white noise. Room was bare bones and kind of funky, which made it interesting.
- 3/5
I really like this properties style. I definitely thought I’d get a better room for the price I paid. It was smaller than I thought it would be and very loud really early in the morning. But the staff were very friendly and kind. It was very clean and the farmers market was literally so close making it easy to walk for food and activities. So we paid more for the location than the room itself in my opinion.
- 5/5
Great hotel… Staff is super helpful, friendly and nice… location its super convenient to Pike market, cruise terminal and train to the metro… Surroundings feel safe, lots of great options to eat… Best hotel for me in Seattle
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay very close to Pike’s market. Constantly checked in to make sure stay with going well. Would love to stay again! Restaurant next door has the best biscuits I’ve ever had!
- 5/5
The room was super cute very clean it was right next to market place that was really nice.
- 5/5
Convenient and unique
- 2/5
There location is excellent but the street noise frequently disturbed our sleep even with earplugs. One window and one blind were broken. The room was very small. The bed was okay but not as comfortable as even a budget chain hotel.
- 5/5
Such a quick walk to Pike’s Fish Market. The books and library were beautiful. The food was delicious.
- 5/5
Great location! Lovely hotel and staff. Loud at night but they provide ear plugs.
- 5/5
Walking distance to the Pikes Market, longer walk to Space needle and Chihuly glass museum and garden. Great location for cruise port. Awesome front desk staff! Very friendly. Room was available earlier than normal check-in. Dropped luggage and went exploring. They texted us when the room was ready.
- 5/5
Cute room and hotel.great area for the distance to pike place. Yes they're homeless in addition to multiple hundreds of people walking to the market.
- 2/5
The color scheme and interior is nice, but the room is very small. My biggest gripe was the incredibly creaky, loud floors. If you have any body above you it will sound like somebody is constantly stomping. The walls seemed to sound-proof voices, but I could hear every footsteps and door opening next door as well. I was awoken several times during my stay and I'm a pretty solid sleeper who enjoys their regular 8+ hours. It also seemed like the cleaning was subpar. I opted for no maid service for the seven days I was there, but there were large corners of the room that looked like they hadn't been dusted in over a month (easy to see on the dark green wall coloring). Lastly, the service just seemed to lack anything genuine. Nothing crazy, but the atmosphere just felt very pedestrian for what should be a nice boutique hotel experience. Overall, a nice location and a solid restaurant, but I'll def be staying somewhere else next time I'm in Seattle.
- 5/5
asking what time to expect us. Checking in our stay. It just made us feel cared for. Not like the bigger hotel chains. Nice feeling
- 5/5
Pikes Market is walkable destination
- 3/5
Room clean, decor depressing, noisy, no view. Would not stay there again.
- 1/5
- The windows are original to the building, thus you hear EVERYTHING outside. There were cars rev’ing all night, street construction from 1-5am, every horn and beep and yell was crystal clear from the room. Not even ear plugs or background sounds in the room could help us sleep. If this property wants to provide a comfortable experience for its guests, it needs to invest in new windows. - The hallway smelled profusely of urine and the room also smelled of it. - The room carpet and hard flooring was sticky. After a horrid night, my husband and I were desperate to check-out despite having booked a 2-night stay. The receptionist listened to our feedback and said she’d give it to the manager and refund the second night we booked. I would have paid money to have not stayed here the one night. We were refunded the one night we did not stay.
- 5/5
Great location. Clean room. Staff was great. Food and drink were great too.
- 4/5
Room was nice, bed was hard and not the most comfortable. Bathroom was very nice!
- 3/5
The hotel is well located and nice inside, although my room was a bit dingy and had a window going into an internal section. The wifi in the hotel was also terrible, which was annoying as I was there for business.
- 5/5
Great hotel very centrally located.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel. Lots of character
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay at Palihotel! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and clean, creating a welcoming vibe. The bar serves fantastic drinks, and the breakfast options are simply delicious. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend this hotel!
- 2/5
The only nice aspect of this hotel is its proximity to the Pikes Place Market. Our room had multiple stains on the furniture, the in-room fridge that housed the mini bar was not cold, the heater/AC was mildly functional, we were given "free drink" tickets to their hotel bar that was closed, and as our room was facing the street, we heard everything through the single pane windows. When we inquired about the fridge and the AC, the person at the front desk told us that the fridge may have been turned down (it was not), and that sometimes the AC didn't work that well. Upon check out, the person at the front desk did not even say a word or ask about our stay. We were also disappointed to discover that the parking garage they recommended/had a contract with, was several BLOCKS away. We've had a positive experience with this brand of hotel in the past (in another city) but were left disappointed during this stay.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Loved it, it was nice, and convenient to everywhere we were planning on going. The room was was a bit small in the but I already knew that from looking at the pictures. I would stay here again due to convenient location
- 5/5
Could not be easier to get to the Market, train, ballpark, shopping, and great food. This area is obviously also full of illicit activity... always has been, always will be. Welcome to Seattle! Never felt unsafe, and came home late from a concert. Staff always present and rooms secure. Laughing seagulls will be your natural alarm clock!
- 4/5
Rooms were unique, but not very functional, lacking in counter space and outlets. Bed was comfortable and water warm. Bar service was slow and seemed not very well run (manager arguing with busy staff to push tables together instead of just doing it himself). Front desk staff were great.
- 3/5
Just the opposite with the person that was on that night. Can't remember her name but she had the personality of a wet rag! I put my time in and go home. There is extremely limited loading and unloading parking in front of the hotel. Very difficult. Double park and never mind the horns blaring at you. Maybe someone should enforce the time limit parking with the limo drivers catching a snooze!! Disappointed in not being told that the bar and restaurant was not open after 3 pm. ! Room was Ok, but found the bottom sheet had a tear in it. Housekeeping should have seen that! Also be aware there is no top sheet, just a Duvet. Don't know when it was last changed but hopefully it was before we got there! The room is typical big city room. Very small. One side of the bed was against the wall so if you have to get up during the night, you are crawling over your partner! Our room faced an alleyway, which we listened to the Garbage trucks go ;up and down half the night. Area around the hotel is littered with homeless and drug addicts. Hunched over like zombies! Walk by the alleyways and you have to hold your breath with the urine smell. Wake up early but don't think you will get coffee. Doesn't open until 8.
- 5/5
Food at restaurant very good.
- 4/5
Very close to Public Market and other points of interest. Staff super friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Loved the fact it was close to everything, amazing bar attached to hotel,
- 3/5
Check in was great. Room was great, but there were those small issues that make
- 2/5
The smell in the hallways and the bedroom was so disgusting that we contemplated just leaving
- 5/5
Nice hotel. This is in the heart of the city. Very walkable to Pike's Market.
- 5/5
Perfect location and the coolest vibe
- 5/5
Great location. Would stay there again.
- 3/5
Hotel looks grumpy, needs an update. Check in was easy, received two drink tickets for our 1 night stay, just was not told that the bar was not open that night. Ran into quite a few people with same issue Rooms are small but adequate. Great location.
- 5/5
We enjoyed most breakfasts onsite which was so delicious! Hannah was our waitress and provided excellent service. Their bartender was amazing! I asked for drinks off the menu and he delivered excellent drinks each time! The front desk attendants were very helpful. Adrienne made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful! We also enjoyed relaxing in their charming library/fireplace room. We loved the hotel and service so much that we rebooked rooms after returning from our cruise.
- 3/5
Super location.Buiding is a bit old and very noisy.
- 4/5
Property was clean and front desk was helpful. The only thing is they didn’t clean our room after night 1 so I had to ask for more towels & our garbage and towels piled up
- 3/5
The service was great, and everything was clean, which we really appreciated. That said, the hotel does feel a bit outdated, and the bed in our room was definitely broken, which made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped for such a special occasion. With some upgrades to the rooms — especially the beds — and maybe a small remodel, this hotel could really shine. The charm and location are already there, it just needs a little refresh.
- 5/5
So cute and unique
- 3/5
The elevator was down our entire stay. The staff was helpful getting bags up and down, but we were given three different timeframes when the repairs were to be done yet nada. Parking was available but confusing. Only one robe provided in room for two. Bed was pressed against the wall so it was hard to get in & out. Great location but very average accommodations.
- 2/5
Very close to Pikes market. Definitely noisy at night (which didn’t bother us too much but more than we were expecting. Rooms are small and cute. I was surprised when they didn’t try to discount my room or give me a break. This is a cool spot but just ask questions.
- 3/5
We were put in a room directly behind the elevator it was difficult to sleep with the noise and dinging (they did provide ear plugs and you will need them) . The bed was comfortable, there was no dresser or place for folded clothes. The bathroom has very little space for your toiletries. The room was unique and nicely decorated to look older. The shower had plenty of pressure. It was a fine stay but I would ask from a room away from the elevator. The parking garage is a block over $33 per day to park. The garage is not owned by the hotel and it is quite dirty and smells just be aware if you bring a car. It is in a great location for the market, downtown shops and ocean Boardwalk. So if you are staying in that general area no need for a car you can walk almost anywhere. We had a good time an enjoyed the convenience of the location. One more unrelated to the hotel but worth mentioning- shops including the market and most restaurants open around 9/10am and close around 5 so you can plan your day around that. Most of the town outside of bars is closed by 9 including most restaurants. One last recommendation in regards to the hotel, ask for an outside room as well otherwise you’re looking at the guests directly accross from you.
- 5/5
Greal Location!! Staff is top notch! Would recommend 100%%
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Great location for a first time Seattle tourist. Walking distance to water front/market (directly across the street), downtown and space needle (20 min walk-explore along the way).
- 5/5
Our room was amazing and the hotel part was great. I would not recommend the restaurant. We sat for 30+ with no acknowledgment and even after we got our drinks no one ever came back the entire time we were there.
- 5/5
We actually stayed an extra night because we loved it so much.
- 5/5
Only issue is that the only elevator broke and we had to take the stairs.
- 5/5
My favorite go-to hotel everytime I visit Seattle. The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need to feel settled in.
- 5/5
We were notified in advance of issue with elevator. Staff was wonderful and assisted with getting our luggage upstairs to our room. Very comfortable bed. The only downside was some street noise but other than that a great place to stay. Proximity to Pike Market was a big plus.
- 4/5
This is a lovely boutique hotel, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is steps from the Market, so if you’re visiting for that reason, it’s ideal. The staff was friendly and accommodating, room service was quick and everything was perfection. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were nice. The Nespresso coffee maker was divine! Hands down the best hotel room coffee I’ve ever had. The stoneware/ceramic (?) coffee cups and saucers were a nice touch. My only negatives were the bathrobe in my room was a little threadbare and had a frayed hole on the left shoulder. The toilet paper holder was coming loose from the wall, and almost every surface except those regularly used, had a thin layer of dust (outlets, picture frames, lamp shades, etc.) Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great staff, very nice rooms, and probably one of the best locations to experience seattle
- 4/5
Unique boutique hotel in a prime location. Loved having access to shops, restaurants, and Pike Place. Rooms on the small side with not much storage but comfortable. Parking is extra but in a safe garage. Street noise was my biggest complaint.
- 5/5
Good property and very centric to the market and the aquarium
- 5/5
Great place in an excellent location
- 3/5
Not sure what VIP ACCESS got me! I had a teeny room with bunk beds. Parking garage is a few blocks off property. Noisy neighbors kept me awake. But it was clean, and in the heart of downtown!
- 5/5
It is an older building, but nicely decorated and well maintained. My room (including the bathroom) was spacious, comfortable and clean. I turned off the WiFi since I think my T-Mobile service was stronger than it. I did not visit the bar/restaurant in the lobby, but it appeared to be a decent scene. They were happy to store my bags prior to check-in and after check-out. I would stay here again if the price is right.
- 5/5
I loved the location & decor.
- 4/5
Sometimes it’s challenging to get around an older building. But they do it with grace.
- 2/5
While the property itself is in a great location and has a great vibe
- 5/5
Only issue was noise since our room was on the alley side of the hotel. Homeless making noise and trash can pickups what seemed like all night.
- 5/5
But for us, what truly sets Palihotel Seattle apart was the staff. Check-in/out was a breeze. At check-in, we received clear instructions for parking and received two drink vouchers. Checking out was so easy; we turned in our keys and were asked if an emailed receipt was okay. I do not need or want anything more than this at checkout. What really stood out was the staff of the Hart and Hunter, the restaurant located within the hotel. We were treated with such kindness and care that it left an impression, and I cannot wait to go back. They really are helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. They are the reason to come back again and again.
- 5/5
Such a cozy chic boutique feeling hotel… close to all…will be back!
- 5/5
Great spot
- 5/5
Amazing historic hotel....great first class restaurant....comfortable rooms...and lobby...very welcoming staff from check in to wait staff at the restaurant....walking distance to lots...convenient parking garage....loved my stay....
- 4/5
Great location, comfy lobby area, but unfortunately many rooms smell like wet dog.
- 4/5
Did not like the noise. Windows should be updated to minimize the noise.
- 5/5
The hotel and the room are super cute!
- 4/5
Loved the location and the hotel service. We had an issue with the door to our room not staying shut. We were out for several hours for dinner, a show, and nightcap and came back to the door being wide open. Nothing was stolen, thankfully, despite our tablets being left on the bed. But we discovered it came down to an alignment issue with the door and latch. There were other minor issues/inconveniences like hardware being left in the windowsill, only 1 robe offered instead of 2, and it took 4min to get hot water in the shower. But otherwise it was fine. We only stayed one night and it’s a good option if you’re not trying to spend a lot of time in your hotel and care more about location and being central/walkabale to activities.
- 3/5
The staff were very nice, the location was excellent, and the hotel was very nice. However, there was a garbage truck that loudly collected trash starting from about 4am then each hour after. I could also hear everything from the room upstairs starting from 2am. Definitely more sound prodding needed!!!
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, if a bit small.
- 4/5
,
- 5/5
Great trip
- 5/5
Loved the charm and ambience of this hotel
- 2/5
Was not told about housekeeping procedures.
- 4/5
The vibe is there but the service and hospitality was lacking in comparison to my other experiences at Pali San Francisco, Santa Monica and LA.
- 4/5
Showing its age. Elevator was floor was filthy
- 5/5
Cool hotel with excellent location
- 3/5
Great location, comfy bed, friendly staff. Dumpster was emptied every 2 hrs!
- 3/5
Room cramped. A/C not good. Staff non existent
- 4/5
The staff are really nice and accommodating. The rooms are good but the water pressure is low at best especially on the higher floors due to old pipes. The AC takes forever to cool off a room. Other than that the place is nice and very centrally located.
