Reviews
The hotel is praised for its convenient location near downtown shops, entertainment, and Pike Place Market. Guests appreciate the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, there are several complaints about the high cost of parking, noisy rooms, and poor service from the hotel check-in staff. Some guests also mention issues with the room heater and lack of enough towels.

The Charter was a modern hotel that was very well kept and tidy! Room was spacious and beautiful
- 4.5/5
Right near the market and we could walk almost everywhere but the zoo. Paid for the breakfast, but got a voucher which was not enough to provide breakfast. So never used it.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Great property in walking distance to everything in downtown. Rooftop bar was a great place to wind down at the end of the night.
- 3.5/5
Near restaurants, shopping area, Pike Market. Our room, 2 queen size bed room is facing the car park, an eye sore.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay!! So clean and accommodating. Staff went above and beyond. Mallory was a real stand-out! Great customer service is not dead after all!
- 5/5
The front desk staff were amazing! Location, location, location. And the front desk staff!
- 5/5
The accommodations was excellent. Your staff was very accommodating and helpful.
- 5/5
Great rooftop bar, rooms are very nice, good hotel
- 5/5
Loved staying here. Close to Pikes Market and rooftop bar is sweet
- 2/5
When we checked out, not only was there no mention of the discrepancy, they did not even ask how the stay was!!!!! Staff absolutely does not care. When we got to our rooms, the Air conditioner was broken and had to switch rooms, and they still did not give us the room we paid for. Such a disappointing stay.
- 5/5
The Charter Hotel was an excellent choice for our brief stay in Seattle prior to our departure for a cruise. The location was ideal for exploring the neighborhood. The area is very walkable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The entire hotel was extremely welcoming. I would definitely consider staying there again.
- 5/5
Great service, clean and comfortable. Food choices in the restaurant. Was looking for more like sandwich type choices at lunch. And dinner lighter choices. Had to go up to the bar for an appetizer pizza .
- 3/5
Room was ok, definitely a dirty area of Seattle, with dirt city views
- 3.5/5
The location is fantastic. Close to the Fish Market. The Fog (bar) was great with super views and great service. Compared to the Curio Collection hotel in Shoreditch (London) the decor was boring and very beige. I was expecting a much cooler palette.
- 5/5
This hotel was beautiful and was situated right in the middle of so many restaurants and activities. The room was so comfortable and spacious. The valet parking was always on top of getting our car and the staff was top notch.
- 3/5
The side of the sink had molds. The room they gave us had the view of the public garage.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
I liked the room and the location. I was overcharged by more than $100. I was told at checkout that it would come off of the final bill, but I had to pay it in it's entirety to check out. When I reviewed my final bill that arrived via email, it was not removed. The restaurant food service was terrible. I waited almost 2 hours for a baked potato. WHen it finally arrived, it was cold, and the melted cheese had congealed. The others at my table waited almost as long as I did for burgers. We were a table of 6.
- 5/5
The staff were so thoughtful and courteous, from the front desk to the valet to the lounge, and housekeeping was prompt when asked for a special request. The location close to Pike Place Market and public transit was exceptional. Even the weather was bright and sunny with mild temperatures--not the Seattle we have visited in the past. Our stay could not have been more perfect.

Location Room was not made up after requesting the maid to come back a bit later
- 5/5
Great hotel, large rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Nice sauna and steam room in the gym area that are free to use. Short walk to Pike's Place Market. Restaurant on the top floor with views of the water and great food.
- 5/5
Great staff and perfect location. The parking was a little confusing, but we figured it out.
- 5/5
Wonderful location, amenities, and staff! Great hotel.
- 4/5
Excellent location, really clean, helpful staff
- 5/5
Extremely comfortable with good facilities and a central location
- 4/5
Very good

Location was prime. So close to pike place market and some great shopping. Very expensive
- 4.5/5
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Menu's were great, feel there could have been a larger variety of meals, perhaps risotto or pasta offering... however we enjoyed the meals and also the tapas plates in the Fog Room. nothing to note
- 5/5
Great location, clean room, wonderful restaurant, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
No shower cap, small room.

Close to pike market area. No shower cap, small room.

- 5/5
Great customer service. Room was very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Location Pricey
- 5/5
This hotel is in an excellent location, accessible to many of the major sites to visit in the city. It was clean, the room was spacious and staff very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
You We received a $25 food & beverage voucher per room to help offset the destination fee, which was a nice touch. We ended up eating breakfast at the hotel restaurant cinder & salt. It’s an à la carte menu, but prices were reasonable with everything considered. The food and service were great. Hotel location is like a 5-10 minutes walk to Pike Place. We originally booked this hotel because of the location, but we would come back because of the customer service and the hotel rooms / bathrooms.
- 5/5
The bar at the top had a great view of the ocean.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! Staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved how close it is to Pike Place Market.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Beds were a little hard and uncomfortable though.
- 5/5
This property was in a perfect location in the city. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I would stay here again!!
- 5/5
Very clean, spacious room. Loved the amenities of the sauna & steam room. Also loved that it’s walking distance from Pike’s Market.
- 5/5
Very accessible to link light rail, pike place, ferry
- 5/5
The service at the desk was impeccable! The rooms were well-appointed. The food in the restaurant (street level) and dessert in the bar (top floor) was solidly good.
- 4/5
The rooftop bar was fantastic with many views. It was a bit loud and chilly until staff closed doors. Dinner downstairs was very enjoyable!
- 5/5
Very convenient location close to stores ,pike markets and restaurants you don’t need to take a ride or a car.Everywhere is within a walking distance.also it’s very hard to find parking.
- 5/5
Loved the room setting , and the hotel felt welcoming.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay here!! Everyone was very attentive and helpful. The fog room has very good drinks and food with an amazing view so I recommend getting a table outside. The restaurant on site was pretty nice too! The avocado toast is 10/10!!
- 5/5
Nice bathroom.
- 5/5
Everything was very nice. If I had to give one negative it would be that the room was a little dark and didn’t have sufficient lighting. Amenities were great, room was comfortable and staff were all amazing.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and stylish - not to mention gloriously quiet. The location, just a few blocks from Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and shops/restaurants/transit made this hotel as good as it looked online.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Unfortunately the rooftop Fog Room was closed on the night we were there, which seemed unusual for a Friday night. It would’ve been nice to know that in advance as it might have changed our decision to come here.
- 5/5
Great location, comparably good price, kind staff, rooms were very clean and fresh. The other guests were respectful, not noisy, although we were there during the week. We did not visit the restaurant onsite, but it looked lovely.
- 5/5
Great location, beautiful rooms and friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean, perfect location for majority of what we had planned. Great rooms and service, minus one of the bartenders had very poor service but the rest of the staff made up for it and were extremely welcoming and friendly
- 4/5
Beautiful rooms and a fun rooftop bar. The resort fee of $25/daily can be used up there, which is great, but don’t we all hate the “spend spend spend” pressure of resort fees?
- 3/5
Close to Pikes, great location. Needed fridge in room, only had beverage cooler
- 5/5
Great place. Outstanding staff.
- 2/5
Overall, while the room was fine, the lack of customer service and support significantly affected our experience.
- 4/5
Nice room good location mediocre bed.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with lots to do nearby.
- 5/5
Perfection location to Pike’s Market. Fast valet service and easy early check in. Some channels weren’t available which was disappointing. The pillows could be harder but the room was great and bathroom was clean and very spacious. Overall, very please and will stay again when in Seattle.
- 5/5
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable. One of the highlights was breakfast at The Fog. It offered not only delicious options but also an incredible view that made the experience even more special. The location is also a huge plus, with convenient walking access to essential stores and Peak Market. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!
- 3/5
It's laughable that they're able to claim there's a refrigerator in the rooms. Not only is it not safe for perishable food items but it absolutely doesn't keep anything at all cold. Huge issue and had I known I would have booked elsewhere for that alone.
- 2/5
Expensive hotel instead of paying parking. Had to carry everything in and out there were no carts.
- 5/5
We were quite pleased with this hotel, both for the location and the amenities. The vouchers they gave to eat in the restaurant were much appreciated.
- 4/5
Great location between the market and Westlake. Comfortable bed, pressed white linens, marble bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Only odd thing, the toilet is enclosed in opaque glass, much like a shower stall. Odd European toilet had a light septic smell, even directly after cleaning. I had to buy bathroom spray.
- 3/5
We were recommended the public parking behind the hotel. A bit inconvenient due to elevator not working and having several bags to carry. Upon check in we were met with friendly hosts and check in went smoothly. Room was comfortable but realized our bathroom sink was leaking and pooling under counter. We enjoyed the gym the next morning. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location overall.
- 5/5
excellent central location
- 5/5
Comfortable, friendly staff and very close to Pike Place. Amenities were also nice.
- 5/5
during the down season the bar / restaurant is closed - but otherwise great hotel and great location, can dine shop easy to pike street market, miners landing, monorail, there is even target / walgreens walking distance.
- 5/5
Everything was nice and clean. however we did not have hot water on our first morning, it was fixed by the end of the day.
- 3/5
It was a beautiful place but valet was full and I had to park in a garage behind the building and the elevators were out once you get out of the garage the stairs exit leads to an alley, just didn’t feel safe
- 4/5
I am not sure where they found Mallory in reception but she ranks as the nicest, most thoughtful, helpful receptionist I have met and that is traveling the globe. She was the most genuine cheeriest person you could imagine, and gave us a personal mapped tour of what to see which *really* helped. Hilton is lucky to have her as an ambassador to their property. Take care of her! I had issues with the AC. It stopped cooling overnight one night, I think it thought the room was empty. Lost hours sleep. But stuff happens when you travel, you should put this property high on your list if you want to be at the wharf.
- 5/5
Property was clean but there was construction in the lobby
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Love that it’s located really close to everything, especially the waterfront and pike market.
- 5/5
Was missing microwave and kettle, the rest was good
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Superb staff.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious, walking distance to many places. Loved it
- 5/5
Nice property. Close to the Market. Walking distance to restaurants
- 5/5
Note: We do NOT recommend the restaurant. You'll get a voucher to the Fog Room. ($25 voucher for each night of your stay.) Use the voucher for a drink, but eat elsewhere. The food is way overpriced and both overcooked and cold.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room, helpful staff, good food!
- 5/5
Love the room and the staff were great
- 5/5
Very nice and large rooms!
- 1/5
I love you too
- 5/5
Really very good for the heart of downtown
- 5/5
The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Room was modern, well designed and clean. However, some lights are broken and cannot be turned on ( Room 812 ). It did not matter a whole lot though. It was overall a wonderful stay.
- 5/5
Mallory at the front desk was like a breath of fresh air. She was friendly, kind and super helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect and it's very clean. I really enjoyed staying at the Charter Hotel in Seattle.
- 5/5
Restaurant food was great and the staff always kept our room clean. Very helpful front desk
- 5/5
We loved our stay at the Charter. It was a perfect location, the staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful, in the room was spacious and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
the only thing the phone system didint work we didnt have no ac in the room

- 5/5
Absolutely in love and will be staying again. The staff was so friendly, the room was amazing as were the amenities
- 5/5
Came with my parter we had a good time staying at the hotel, clean and great environment.
- 4/5
No ocean view. Market and restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
The rooms are beautiful and well kept. The staff is amazing, day in and day out. Oceana went above and beyond!
- 5/5
View of the ocean was not visible from the room I had. The staff was unbelievably helpful and kind. The shops nearby were kind of a let down. Everything closed down early
- 5/5
Clean, pleasant, good location
- 3/5
9th floor corner room to the main roads is so loud. Sleep was disturbed so many times with road noise and how loud it is outside at night.
- 5/5
All of the things. Clean room, great staff (especially front desk), awesome amenities. Loved the hotel and location. My only beef is that the $25 daily fee is communicated as a credit to the Fog Room, and it is not a credit, so call it a fee. I spent money at the Fog Room thinking it was a credit.
- 5/5
Great clean hotel. Staff was very nice!
- 5/5
Clean room, great view and location, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The Fog Room had the best food and drinks
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly and took care of us once we stepped in the doors. Super clean room and the fresh slippers and bath robe was a special touch! The FOG ROOM was spectacular to start our night out. We used the $25 food/drink credit to grab a few Coronas.
- 5/5
Beautiful room with a nice view. Great location convenient to so much that you could actually just walk to. Helpful staff who went above and beyond.
- 3/5
Room was ok, you can hear all of the traffic outside, the service in the fog room up stairs wasnt good at all. We were treated pretty poorly several nights by a slender tall waitress, with tattoo on neck. Outside of that, the rest was great.
- 5/5
Staffs great, splendid amenities, and the room was amazing. It's location can't be beat.
- 5/5
Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. The hotel is in a perfect central location — everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, which made exploring Seattle effortless. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet at night, so we slept great. We also appreciated the modern design and overall atmosphere of the property. It felt both stylish and relaxing. Overall a smooth, enjoyable experience and we would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
Rooms were big, clean. Hotel close to everything. Valet parking easy.
- 5/5
The charter hotel is in a great location just down from pikes market and the pier's with lots of shopping and great dining options. Seattle is very walking friendly but bring your umbrella! Parking is always hard to find and expensive and this hotel offers vallet parking or there are a few lots around, however vallet offers free in and out parking while many of the lots around are one time in and out. Honestly using ride share apps may be more convenient if your spending a lot of time in this area.
- 4/5
The location is perfect! I was able to walk mostly everywhere. Clean hotel I stayed in the suite the room was amazing! Great view! That staff was 50/50. They offered to fix my refrigerator but never had someone look at it and the person checking me out wasn’t very pleasant. I did like that they give you coupons to offset the mandatory fees. The Fog rooms breakfast was gross but service was excellent. I went in the afternoon and service wasn’t so great! Because you’re downtown be prepared to hear sirens and street noise if you get a room facing that way. I still enjoyed it overall and would stay again!
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean with a great view. Staff was courteous.
- 4/5
Stay was great, everyone was very friendly. A couple points for improvement, I thought the bed and pillows could have been better. But overall I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Everyone was kind and courteous, the service was excellent and the room was lovely. I really enjoyed the amenities as well.
- 5/5
yes beds were hard and chair was smelly and cushions tired. beautiful room. nice hotel
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and we lived the steam room and used it every day!!
- 5/5
Angel greeted us when we first walked in. From that point forward she was excellent. She was able to meet all our requests.
- 5/5
Excellent location! Perfect location to walk to many tourist attractions and close to public transportation as well. Very clean! The Fog has amazing views and a pretty good menu. It's a little pricey but good nonetheless. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again!
- 5/5
One of my favorite Seattle hotels. I love the size, the rooftop lounge was fantastic. The staff was incredible aswell
- 4/5
I did not eat breakfast in the hotel.
- 5/5
Room was nice and staff was the best
- 5/5
Very vlean
- 5/5
Great location and good service
- 4/5
Perfect!
- 2/5
While the room itself and the staff was nice, it seemed some sort of noisy construction was going on above us before even 8am. The main reason for the hotel was for me and my partner to sleep so if i had known we wouldn't be able to do that i would have chosen a different hotel. There was also not enough body wash for us to take a shower and the lighted mirror in the room did not work as well as random outlets not working. I am overall disappointed in the stay here.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
They double charged me.
- 3/5
The hotel it’s self it’s nice and the rooms but the amenities like the restaurant not much food selection and then valet went on a joy ride with my rental. When we went to use it they had left a drink and a charger. So unprofessional
- 5/5
Great service , clean rooms , and the Fog room had tasty drinks .
- 5/5
Yes

Room was clean and nice. Staff were amazing and helpful. Close to downtown. Great location and great hotel.
- 5/5
Staff is friendly
- 5/5
Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and updated rooms.
- 5/5
We had a great stay, the room was lovely and clean and the location is very walkable to the nearby Pike Place market and shopping. We totally enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Great location, steam room was amazing, lounge on the 16th floor was a bonus.
- 4/5
Rooftop bar was very expensive and had very mediocre food compared to other places we chose to visit during our trip.
- 5/5
Room was clean, food was good and good service, staff was courteous
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the views are great, and the atmosphere feels upscale without trying too hard. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay feel personal. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seattle.
- 5/5
Yes! The room was very big.
- 5/5
Great staff! From the time we checked in and left. Awesome staff in the restaurant as well!
- 5/5
Yep
- 5/5
Room was spacious, clean and great! Service was helpful including the valet.
- 5/5
Room was nice size and a huge bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was a great location. Enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
great and friendly staff, everything was great
- 4/5
Why does the bar have a huge gay pride flag on the wall?
- 5/5
Loved the rooms. Bed was soft and the staff was friendly!
- 4/5

- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
Fine
- 5/5
The location was perfect for anyone wants to see around without spending money on transportation. Very friendly staff, wonderful beds and very quiet at nights.
- 5/5
everything spectacular
- 5/5
Overall a very good, quiet, safe and well maintained hotel, Strongly recommended
- 5/5
Clean rooms great staff, convenient to bars, restarants and attraction
- 5/5
dynamite location can walk to pike street market, Seattle monorail - then space needle city centre, target, wallgreens, underground light rail then two stops to China / Japan town, or other direction to Univ Washington. Great saloon on the top with great sunset.
- 3/5
Good location and comfortable rooms. Valet parking was slow and difficult on a busy street. Waited 20 minutes to drop off the car. Check in staff was similarly slow. Room for training.
- 5/5
Great hotel in the restaurant food was fantastic
- 1/5
Baker was great. Daytime receptionist was good. Fog room service was awful. 25$ voucher was “mandatory” and absolutely ridiculous. We paid 400+ for a woom looking at a parking lot, under stocked room, inattentive check in staff, room for four with one outlet by the bed. Very disappointing
- 5/5
Nice place. Close to Pike’s Market. Reasons lose to space needle. Angel at front desk was great. Nice rooftop bar.
- 5/5
The shuttle was awesome! I can’t say enough about how helpful and sweet he was! Made sure our stay and our rides were safe and excellent driver!
- 5/5
We arrived a day early to stay in Seattle to see the sights. Hotel has great location to walk to restaurants and Pike place market. Went to top floor bar the FOG ROOM. Served watered down drinks, even the waiter said premade. Four big sips and it was gone, $25. Four drinks cost $108 with no tip. Smoked fog drinks are served during the fall. Bedroom clean, your name displayed on the TV for a greeting, shower and bathroom large and well lighted. Nice view of the street in front of the hotel from our hotel room. Comfy bed to fall asleep quickly. Hotel can call for transportation, either taxi or limo car. We took the limo car, thought it was provided by the hotel, but there was a fee of $65 without tip for 4 people with 8 luggage.
- 2/5
Great centralized location to Pike Place market, great upper floor bar with open air view, don't get cocktail as they are premade and watered down. Friday check in went fine with 2 rooms together and high floor. Next check in after the cruise on Saturday, we dropped off luggage at 10:00am after cruise and checked in. 12:00 room not ready, went out for lunch. 3:00pm which is check in time, they say room not ready, meanwhile you see them giving rooms to other people checking in. 4:00 we were given one handicap room with plastic shower curtain, a bed light that won't turn off due to broken switch. The second room, the shower did not work, plastic shower curtain, AC did not work. What the heck happened? There were also new faces running the hotel. They comp with food and drink, so that meant we were eating here instead of going out on the town. We checked three times thru out the day to see if the room is ready, who dropped that ball? Frustrated from lack of sleep due to heat and lights gave the vacation a good ending note.
- 3/5
The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly, it was gross. Our queen room literally faced a parking lot, no joke. This should be disclosed when booking or checking in. We kept the curtain closed all weekend, there was no full length mirror in the room, at all. The hostess at the Fog bar upstairs was so rude and aggressive toward us on Saturday night because someone else sat us and not her, the “host.” She literally came up to us and aggressively asked “who sat you here?”
- 4/5
A nice hote in a location that is walkable to almost everything Seattle has to offer. Our view was of the parking structure, so that wasn’t worth opening the curtains for. We enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar.
- 3/5
Walking distance to many attractions
- 4/5
It’s a beautiful hotel, staff was really nice and wish rooms had microwaves… other than that had an amazing experience…! Everything was beautiful…
- 5/5
Amazing customer service and friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable rooms and convenient amenities
- 3/5
No room service available, gym overlooks the parking garage. Noises in the pipes all night. Won’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Great access to everything you need. Great rooftop bar.
- 5/5
Rooms were quiet but tv channels were limited
- 5/5
Beautiful and clean
- 4/5
Close to everything.
- 5/5
Amazing safe location.
- 5/5
oh! and amazed… this is one of the few hotels that still gives out slippers… 👏👏👏
- 5/5
Paying $26 dollars for early checkin for 30 minutes sooner...NOT worth it! Other than that, perfect hotel in great location
- 4/5
Very walkable, staff was friendly. Loved the fog room, but was unable to enjoy the patio due to a private party.
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and very clean. The location is excellent—within walking distance to the waterfront and major attractions. Staff were extremely friendly, and the restaurant breakfast was convenient and delicious. We would gladly stay here again!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Great staff!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and close to waterfront, easy to walk around.
- 5/5
Great area close to every thing
- 4/5
Towel was dirty. Hallways smelled like grill smoke from the restaurant. Front desk staff not friendly
- 3/5
Hotel is cool. Fog has hookers and people snorting coke and molly. Im ok with it families may not be...
- 3/5
I didn't like the fact there was not a real gift shop in the hotel. Some of your staff didn't know answers to my questions. The restaurant staff was great along with your valet attendants!. Bed too soft and felt worn out which acted up my back pain. I rarely write a bad review, however, for the price we paid, i expected excellent customer service.
- 5/5
Lauren and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The food and service at Patagon was very good. The suite was quite nice and very clean.
- 5/5
Beautiful property and easy walk to the market
- 5/5
Perfect spot to walk to all of the things to do.
- 2/5
Well the hot water was broken on our first night and wasnt fixed till the following morning so that was unfortunate. There was also no mention of the parking garage directly outside our window. Car alarms went off throughout the night and city trash collection started at 5am in the alley behind the hotel in between the garage and hotel disturbing our sleep on the second night.
- 5/5
The hotel was perfect. Walkable area, convenient location, valet parking and good restaurant inside hotel where we had appetizers and drinks. The food was a good and service was excellent.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and very clean. I liked the fact that it’s just two blocks from the waterfront and I could walk to the public market.
- 5/5
Incredible place to stay close to EVERYTHING
- 5/5
The stay was great and we were able to check in early without an issue
- 3/5
The front desk staff was not friendly, seemed overwhelmed when I was asking questions. The rooms were dated, and dusty. Daily room service is not offered. On the other hand, the hotel is close to many attractions.
- 5/5
The hotel was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly. It was very convenient to walk to the Pike Place Market.
- 4/5
The room was awesome, clean, and big. But the wait at the restaurant for breakfast was ridiculous. We left after almost 20 minutes just to get a table, and I can't even imagine how long it would have taken to get our food.
- 3/5
Way over priced for what it is only one reception it’s in and the over staff watching the que of people
- 5/5
The place was very nice and the staff is amazing. Steps from the public market and shopping and bars and restaurants. We also walked to the space needle which was a short nice walk.
- 5/5
The Fog Room roof top bar was very cool and the view at sunset amazing!

This hotels sits close to Pike Place market and various other attractions. Food options nearby are obviously exceptional, but front desk staff vibes were weird, valet was understaffed, if you have to rent a car and bring it be ready to deal with major traffic in that area and poor parking. You will have no choice but to pay for valet. The room didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. We had views to the parking garage and the room never really felt cold although we lowered it to 65 degrees. The rooftop bar views are great but good luck getting drinks on time or water, and it was also very warm there. You must have a waiter to serve drinks if you have a table, which is fine, but wait staff was super busy and understaffed, so drinks were slow. Also there is a service fee they charge at the rooftop bar, which would be okay if we were told about it and if service was decent, but neither of those happened. Amenities are okay. Location is great, but it’s just not worth what we paid in my opinions which was $1.1k for 3 nights.

Great hotel, and staff. On-site restaurant, and staff were excellent. Especially, our waiter. But, the charge at same was ridiculously high. The most we have ever been charged anywhere, for a meal for two. But, again, the older age waiter, white male, made our dinner, and our occasion, a very special one, for us! From the front desk staff, the manager, the porters, and the waiter, our stay on 05 Jul 25 to 06 Jul 2025, and our return stay on 13 Jul to 15 Jul 2025, with a free upgrade, was Exceptional.

Really nice and perfect location
- 4/5
Receptionist was very rude and argumentative, even in front of the manager. She never acknowledged us when we arrived or while waiting in line.
- 5/5
Cleaning was good

Hotel is beautiful and in a great proximity to ideal locations. Able to walk to the market, space needle, and waterfront park with kids. However, it was recommended to us by hotel staff to use the self park behind the hotel to save some money versus valet. Our car was broken into, damage, theft and the hotel provided no compensation. They gave us a phone number for a window repair service and said good luck. Very frustrating when this hotel was $400+ a night while we were there.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff. Bottled water a bit pricey.
- 4/5
The front desk staff could use a bit more training- I received conflicting answers to questions asked. They do not have enough luggage carts and the customer service was mediocre at best- except for one waiter/ bartender at the downstairs restaurant who was friendly and excellent. You definitely need to read the small print around additional fees with valet parking being 65 per night and the additional daily downtown location fee. The location being walkable to pikes market and pier makes it worth the location fee. The wood fire pizza oven makes the entire hotel smell of smoke. The shower was wonderful and room was comfortable.
- 5/5
Love it! It's a great location close to everything! The front desk lady , was so sweet and went above beyond. I recommend stay here if wanna be close to Dowtown!
- 3/5
Air conditioning did not work and it was late when we got in. Told staff the next morning so no one else would have issues. Offered points for inconvenience.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Amazing rooms and staff. Everyone was helpful. Great facilities.
- 4/5
GREAT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING The Pike Street Market.
- 2/5
Air conditioning was not working in our room and they did not fix it.
- 3/5
I left my black carhart jacket in the closet of my room 1003. And called and asked them if I could arrange to get it shipped to me and I have stiil not heard anything. A week later. I also left a phone charger and hair dryer, but I am more concerned with my jacket.
- 5/5
My husband and I watched a show at the Moore Theatre and the place is just a short walk to the theatre. Will come back
- 5/5
Great staff, large clean rooms and right next to pikes place
- 5/5
Clean, spacious and very friendly helpful staff
- 5/5
We stayed here while attending a concert at T-Mobile park. We walked around Pike Place and other shops, walked to the concert and back. Lots to see and explore in downtown Seattle area.
- 3/5
Valet was an absolute disaster. The valet lane is adjacent to the intersection and traffic is insane and gets back up quickly and other drivers were honking, yelling and angry. One parking attendant working, doing the best she could. She asked the front desk to comp us one night of valet because our arrival was so bad, and we were billed for two nights anyway. Room was quiet and clean, though the air conditioner could not keep the room cool. Front desk was called about this issue and issue was not resolved. Upon check out when I asked for a receipt, front desk mocked me publicly making comments about chopping down trees. This was disappointing as our trip was in celebration of our son’s 17th birthday.
- 3/5
The hotel was nice and near the market. They also held onto our luggage after checking out so we can explore the market before our cruise. But we got in late the night before because our flight was delayed. We had reserved two beds but they were all out when we got there. It was me and my husband and our two daughters. They put us in a one bedroom suite but the girls had to sleep on the pull out couch bed which they felt the springs all night. They offered two king rooms but they were in separate floors. They did what they could but our experience wasn’t the best and

Preserved a city view and got a view of the parking garage. One block over appears to be a popular hotspot for the homeless and drug population. Staff wasn't particularly helpful.
- 5/5
What a find! Great facilities close to everything-restaurants shops and the Link to access the airport. All great!
- 4/5
This was a very nice hotel and close to Pike Place. It had a really nice roof top area. They checked us in a little late but did give us a late check out ( after complaining)
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 5/5
Great location. Room size was great.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean, rooms look to be recently updated and the staff was helpful but the beds were really uncomfortable. The area was very convenient to the monorail and pikes market/the pier but the homelessness and open drug using is a massive problem in downtown and while that’s not the hotels fault, for travelers, especially those who are solo, I would not recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Clean. It was a wonderful stay.
- 4/5
nice convienient property
- 4/5
Great stay overall.
- 5/5
Great hotel. The area is fantastic and the staff amazing!
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful!
- 5/5
A very pleasant stay ! Staff are very helpful and cheerful ! Highly recommended!
- 5/5
My family and I stayed here for 2 nights before boarding a cruise. The staff was amazing! Saylem and Angel at the front desk were just a delight to deal with and made checking in and out a breeze. Both were able to answer any of our questions. My mom and I enjoyed drinks up in the Fog Room which was cool and had great views. It was very close to Pikes Place and had good links to the train. I would not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend to anyone looking to stay in Seattle.
- 2/5
Staff was very lovely though. Just disappointed in what I paid vs what I got.
- 5/5
Location was awesome
- 5/5
Had a great stay and will be staying here again in June!
- 5/5
Great location, and staff provided great customer service. Hotel was very clean and pleasing.
- 5/5
Great hotel, clean and located in a great location, minutes from Pike Place and great restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
This hotel is so close to pikes pier, and that was such a bonus. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows were not the room was extremely spacious clean lots of room for five pieces of luggage and four people will stay again.
- 5/5
Place was great, the AC was a bit loud at times in the night but you couldn’t hear other rooms or anything
- 5/5
Nice rooms, friendly staff, walking distance to dining options and shopping.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient hotel.
- 5/5
Great property for being in walking distance to many of the sights of Seattle!
- 3/5
The good: The bar - 5/5 the bar tender we had was awesome for the couple times we went down to grab some drinks and food. Power Connectivity - 5/5 had plenty of power ports for USB and to plug power adapters to if needed. Access to food - 5/5 it's right next to several great breakfast spots (I can't stress how good Ludi's is across the street), plenty of other spots that are easy to access. Cleanliness - 5/5 Rooms were all really clean and housekeeping was on top of it for needs. Wi-Fi 5/5 honestly had good connectivity to Wi-Fi The not so good: Beds - 1/5 honestly, they look thick but it was like sleeping on camping pad - no one in the party liked the beds Maintenance - 2/5 this may be picky but I think relevant, last day there one of the toilets stopped working, they never fixed it while we were finishing our stay. Luckily we had a second room but just left a bad impression for leaving. It was a Saturday so giving 2 instead of a 1. Final verdict - Would I stay here again - sadly no. The pros for me personally just don't outweigh the main con of not having a comfy bed. If they solve that I'd recommend giving it a go.
- 5/5
Wonderful property, can’t wait to stay here again!
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly. Hotel is walking distance to the Space Needle, Pike's Market, and a lot of shopping businesses.
- 4/5
Better clarity on when we could use the credit would have been greatly appreciated, instead of leaving us feeling like we were being taken advantage of for $25.
- 5/5
Choka at the front desk was excellent!!!
- 3/5
The roof top bar was closed for a “private party” this was a selling point for me when I booked because we were only 1 night in Seattle. Shows that money talks. The 25$ voucher was a joke and only covered the taxes on the resort fee.
- 4/5
Our group didn't feel safe leaving the property to walk around in the evening. The staff here are amazing except for the staff up on the roof bar. Those employees were very rude.
- 5/5
We loved the location. We got in late and the roof bar was still open and we were able to get something to eat.
- 5/5
Close to everything and clean
- 4/5
Is the perfect spot for visiting the Public Market, Seattle Aquarium, TMobile Park and other sites.
- 3/5
Not happy at all about that. The room was very comfortable although I was not crazy about the parking garage view. The bathroom was the best. Water pressure and temperature were both very good.
- 5/5
Professional staff. Courteous check in. Has steam room and nice fitness area. Walk to Pike Market
- 5/5
Close to Pikes Public Market.
- 3/5
Terrible breakfast at the hotel. Reception staff great checking out but average on check in
- 5/5
Great location to get to hockey game and baseball game
