The location was close to everything and I felt very safe. The breakfast was well worth the price.

Didn't like the self check in. Error message 'room was not ready' needed manual correction. Possibly a software error.

Everything automated with little staff aside from check in and out time. No cups in room for water. Very dark in hallways makes it difficult to get around.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Citizen M! Perfect location, 10-15 minute walk to the stadiums and 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market and the heart of downtown. The rooms are small but very clean and chique. The staff was helpful and kind. There is no parking garage on site but we used Spot Hero to find a nearby lot!

Everything was wonderful from the moment we stepped in greeted by a young lady that made it so welcoming. The hotel is ideally located near so many prime locations. Just a few minute walk to the Waterfront, keep strolling and youll be at Pikes Market, the ferry just across the ways from the hotel.

Super convenient location to the ferries and waterfront. Hip, fun decor and design. A little rough around the edges- rooms need some TLC: rust stains under the sink (accessible king em), missing a curtain, refrigerator didn’t work, would be nice to have some extra pillows, blanket and a top sheet. Breakfast buffet was nice but fruit and pastries were nothing to write home about.

Location of the hotel is great, many attractions are within walking distance. All staff members were enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful. Nice bar in lobby too!

They refused to let us stay even though it we had an emergency. There was no grace or understanding, despite it being 1:30AM. They were impolite. I was disappointed

The vibe was chill, artsy and eclectic. The staff was very friendly allowing us to leave our luggage until checkin time and very friendly during our stay. The decor in and around the property is awesome. Would definitely consider staying again.
