Staff was great. Service in Polar Bar was excellent.

Fantastic staff, beautiful room, wonderful amenities. Will stay again
- 5/5
Lovely hotel. You really can feel the history of the original artic club. Authentic. Correct period design and quite comfortable. Bed was perfect for my sore hiking muscles. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
First night I have 4 stars just because I heard a lot of fire truck sirens etc. When stayed after the cruise, only heard them once. Great place to stay especially if you like historic building. Breakfast was amazing for selection. Staff was also amazing. They let us go to room before check in since room was ready. Highly recommended. Close to all amenities in Seattle also
- 5/5
Great location, friendly, accommodating staff, wonderful food/bar. Room was large, though facing 3rd Avenue was a bit noisy. Loved the history of the place, and especially the original pool table in the bar! Our new go-to place in Seattle
- 5/5
The Arctic Hotel is a historic hotel that has been well kept and was really clean. Great location in downtown Seattle with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Lumen field and TMobile stadiums also walkable.
- 5/5
Hotel interior and rooms have character and history, unlike more modern corporate chains. Room was very clean. Bed very comfy. Decided to stay in for evening meal - good standard of food served. Complimentary breakfast buffet was adequate - I did miss bacon, but nevertheless, had everything else you would expect. Helpful staff. Only negative was not receiving my morning wake up call that was requested. Luckily, I did not have an early flight to catch! Hotel location was good, to be able to catch the hop on- hop off city bus tours at the Observatory tower.
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Delicious bread pudding dessert.
- 5/5
This hotel is gorgeous! So much history! Our room and bed was comfortable. Nice staff. View from our room was Columbia Center which we walked to and went up to the SkyView Cafe for drinks and dinner! Valet very helpful.
- 4/5
Location excellent for exploring Seattle
- 4/5
Lots of fire trucks and police sirens at night and there is no buffering of outside noises Beautiful historic building, great staff, comfortable beds and if you eat at the restaurant…. Get the sticky rice! Amazing!
- 5/5
Great buffet and close to everything
- 5/5
Breakfast was the best I ever had for hotel
- 5/5
Great location clean room

We had an amazing stay! Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING! So central to everything.

loved the decor and atmosphere....good location........double french doors in the bath!
- 5/5
Truly a gem.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and the location was superb. Very walkable hotel. Also conveniently located to transit system.
- 5/5
The waitress at the restaurant / bar with the colored hair was especially kind and very very good
- 5/5
Enjoyed my 2-night stay here immensely. The parking attendants were very friendly and helpful. The staff was wonderful and addressed my needs and concerns. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of items. Not much of a view, but the hotel makes up for that with its staff and amenities. I love the Light Rail and Bus System in Seattle, so there is no need to find parking. The Light Rail is in the next block south, and the buses travel 3rd Avenue without any other traffic. The bus stops are right in front of the Arctic Club Hotel for anywhere north or south, and Pioneer Square is only 2 blocks away on 1st Avenue. Plenty of things to do or eat in the immediate area, and the bar and its food offerings and drinks are nice as well.

Exceptional

My first time staying here and I will be back. I travel a lot and I really liked the vibe, my room was great, big corner windows, clean, staff were super helpful and friendly. The history of the building is pretty cool too. 10/10
- 4/5
The room is clean. The staff are all very friendly. We enjoy our stay at the Arctic club.
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing. Service was great
- 5/5
Beautiful place with old club style. Large rooms and beautiful lobby. I do enjoyed my stay I look forward to finding a reason to go back. Really nice breakfast and dinner too.

location to public transportation no restaurants close by
- 5/5
It was very busy one evening and we discovered that the hotel hosts the very popular Candlelight Concerts. Worth attending if you visit the hotel or area. Some people might have safety concerns about the area, but any big city downtown areas require visitors to exercise caution at night.
- 5/5
The only downside is the neighborhood... people sitting on the sidewalk, singly and in groups. I actually saw syringes being used.
- 5/5
I loved how the room spoke volumes of authenticity in it and all the details of life and art popped out. Very neat and clean hotel, staff was amazing 5 stars isn’t enough for them. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
- 4/5
Hotel had a nice historical feel, nice staff, very clean and good food. Beds are a little lumpy and the price of water at $8 is way too excessive.
- 4/5
A little old but a good location. Breakfast was excellent. Staff could be friendlier.
- 5/5
Awesome 1 night stay after our cruise to Alaska. Would stay there again. They were very accommodating there. Front desk service to valet, staff for complimentary breakfast were all wonderful. Would stay there next time in Seattle for sure!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Our second stay here. We enjoy the hotel. It’s a good value. We enjoy the breakfasts and the coffee in the rooms (French press) is very good.
- 5/5
The Arctic Club was fabulous! Rooms were acquaint, comfortable and beautiful. The staff was sensational. The restaurant was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. The lounge area was just beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We travel often and this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in both locally and internationally. From check in to check out the staff including the front desk, restaurant and bar were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The location was perfect allowing us to walk to many of the Seattle sights!
- 4/5
This was a fun stay for us downtown! It was very thematic. The bartending staff were amazing! Very attentive and great drinks. However, since it is an older building, one of the people in our party was having allergies to the mold/dust/etc since the building is so old. Breakfast was great and very convenient, nice mix of classic and custom options. We also had some miscommunication with the front desk staff about a room reservation, but they worked it out for us.
- 5/5
The neighborhood is so incredibly walkable and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We had our vehicle with us and the valet parking was convenient and at $75 a day it wasn’t inexpensive but better than trying to find parking. A couple of the valet staff were a bit rude/unfriendly but otherwise the hotel and restaurant staff were fabulous and accommodating. We will most certainly return, and again, probably just to stay at the Arctic Club and walk around and enjoy Seattle. Definitely a terrific stay, highly recommend!
- 5/5
Beautiful property
- 5/5
I would highly recommend the show and the hotel surpassed our expectation’s. The food, drink and ambiance of the Polar Lounge was amazing and the complimentary breakfast was the best we have found in any other hotels. We plan to make The Arctic Cub Hotel our destination when we travel to Seattle for other events.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
- 5/5
The Arctic Club is beautiful. The staff is great.
- 5/5
This was our 2nd stay and it was once again delightful. Staff is so nice. Breakfast had some fun extras. The ambiance is so lovely. We loved our room with a bit of view of Mt Rainier. (And the sun was even shining!) We are looking forward to coming again!
- 5/5
The bedroom was smallish but everything was very clean and comfortable. It's an old hotel and you can tell, but not in a bad way. The bathroom was modern and clean. Staff were nice. The breakfast was actually one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had in a while. It was still a buffet but there were more hot choices that others have and everything was tasty. I'd stay there again just for that! The location is right next to a train station which is super convenient. But be prepared that particular area of downtown is pretty dead on the weekends and there wasn't much around that was open. I'm not sure I'd be walking around those few blocks by myself at night. All in all, I'd stay there again.
- 4/5
Architecture of the hotel and Polar bar and overall hotel and rooms. Great historical decor The hotel itself has been at the location for over 100 years . Unfortunately the neighbourhood towards king st st action and pioneer square was a bit seedy.so we didn’t venture out at night
- 5/5
Breakfast had a good variety of food and drink options. Room was nice and clean. Close to tourist attractions and transportation. Would recommend.
- 5/5
Loved the decor and ambiance, breakfast was delightful and room was very clean. Staff assisted with recommendations for eating and directions. Will definitely stay here again while visiting Seattle.
- 5/5
The bar/restaurant was expensive but I don't know if that is just this facility or all over Seattle. The menu could be expanded a bit. Valet parking was great but also expensive.
- 5/5
I give the Artic Club a 5 star review for it’s old fashioned charm, delicious breakfasts (included in the modest hotel price) and friendly helpful staff.
- 5/5
It’s in a great location - easy access to the subway. Beautiful and clean and large room. The homeless are everywhere around there - but that’s downtown Seattle. Overall it was fantastic and I highly recommend
- 4/5
The breakfast was superb. The hotel building is very old and I appreciated that the old character and charm were enhanced particularly in the lobby area. The bathroom was nicely renovated in an old and elegant fashion. Our main problem was the sofa bed. Very uncomfortable and old piece of furniture that it was difficult to sleep on. The view from the room was the adjacent parking lot which was an eyesore. Staff was wonderful. While I loved the old character of this historical building but the rooms can be lighten up a little by changing the curtains, wall colors and carpet. It was just very dark even during the day (and it was sunny outside).
- 5/5
Everything was great. Hotel lobby and room were clean. The staff were amazing. Every interaction we had with the front desk, valet and kitchen staff was pleasant. They were friendly, attentive and always asked if we needed anything. The free breakfast was great. We were impressed and will be staying here again. Can't wait to spend more time at the lobby bar next time! There wasn't a pool, which is usually a deal breaker for me. But definitely will make the exception again to stay at The Arctic Club Hotel.
- 5/5
Bar was nice
- 5/5
This is a very nice hotel, in an area of Seattle that is still struggling to rebound from covid. Many closed storefronts and empty lots looking for redevelopment.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean rooms, great breakfast included, overall a great experience staying here!
- 5/5
Staff were so kind and helpful. The room and hotel were beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
The hotel is filled with tons of history. The rooms are large and the bed comfortable. The bath is large too. The bartenders in the beautiful, historical bar, were amazing. Thanks to Michael! Very helpful with ideas to see in Seattle and transportation. Great hotel.

- 5/5
What a great hotel! We arrived in Seattle early and the hotel stored our bags so we could go and see the sights. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Loved the decor which tried to fit the atmosphere of the early 1900’s when the building was originally constructed. Breakfast included and was delicious. Enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar. Room was immaculate. So glad we chose to stay here!
- 2/5
We stayed two nights. they assign us a room on 5th floor which the building chiller was in front of its window. we could not sleep because of the sound of chiller which is like jet engine. Then we use the water dispenser on 5th floor to fill up our bottle, the water was so contaminted that whitin an hour or two, we got diarreah. Fortunately since we arrived late, we knew it was caused by water since we did not eat anythingelse. we report to the front desk and they assign aus another room on the opposite side of the building and they said they will test the water. The breakfast is regular and the best thing is its coffee. one of the best coffee in Seatle. The staff wete nice and very accomodating and the restaurant is very good.
- 5/5
Nice rooms and bathrooms, good location.
- 5/5
Great location, historic vibe, friendly staff!

Food could have been better the downstairs bar and dinning closed only breakfast bar available otherwise a lovely place to stay convenient to most areas
- 5/5
Well situated to explore Seattle on foot!
- 4/5
Surprised by a $25+tax daily "destination fee" which was not mentioned when booking with Expedia. Good central location
- 4/5
The breakfast was great. There was a good selection, the fruit was very fresh, and it tasted delicious.
- 5/5
Definitely would stay there again
- 5/5

- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing! Fresh! Great choices. Lots of room
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
we thought our room was beautiful!
- 4/5
Breakfast is very good. Coffee in the rooms comes ground in packs for cafetière which is a nice touch. The rooms are very comfy. I am unimpressed with the bar food on an evening. Quality not great and quite expensive. Generally a great stay. Quite step slopes outside so be aware it could be difficult for some. But there are staff on hand to assist.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Polar Bar had excellent service and plenty of drinks to choose from. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Super close to the ball field and the waterfront was within walking distance as well. We would stay here again!
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
great rooms, cool style and vibe, would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Nice hotel, lots of cool history.
- 3/5
Pictures deceiving on website. Definitely in need of a facelift! Free breakfast was nice although the restaurant was right out of the 70’s!
- 4/5
Nice and clean. Bed and pillows were super comfy! Food was ok, upset my stomach a little and a bit pricey but breakfast was really good. The balcony was very narrow and no privacy from the other rooms. But overall was a really nice stay.
- 1/5
I had stayed previously and absolutely loved the hotel . In booking this reservation I had a card issue because of a previously fraudulent card , I had to use a different card , in doing so it changed my check in date . Jason said he could help me . I had Expedia call him . Expedia canceled and refunded me , when I tried to rebook the exact same room for the correct day it was unavailable in less than 10 minutes . They were not helpful at all, and I loved that hotel . Probably won't stay again if that's how the courtesy staff " helps" you .
- 5/5
Great staff. Great food including breakfast. Close to downtown, tourist locations and pioneer square. Airport link line 1 train station to airport only 100 yards away. A historical hotel with big rooms. Not your normal bland hotel chain. Fantastic. Highly recommended.
- 4/5
Very charming. Will probably stay here again. Wish the shower had a bit hotter water but overall very nice

Kudos to our bartender Hayley who remembered us from our stay 2 years ago and provided great service.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and so very comfortable! The staff was very accommodating and very friendly, and the property and surrounding neighborhood was so cute. We will be back next time we're in Seattle. Thank you for having us!
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Great staff, lounge was really nice
- 5/5
Great hipster vibe. Large room, exceptionally clean for a vintage property. Robes, great pillows, French press coffee in room plus minibar and snacks. We did not join the breakfast buffet party but it’s included. We did get more coffee near the front desk. Area is very sketch as you may imagine - not their fault.
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and so clean! Small elevators, but didn't kind it too much.
- 5/5

- 4.5/5
Breakfast was very good Neighboring empty lot is an eyesore from the room windows
- 5/5
Best breakfast I ever had at a hotel
- 4/5
Such charm in this hotel. Over 100 years old but that is what makes it great! The lobby, the breakfast, the rooms are comforting. Walking distance to downtown and piers. Take the Link to and from airport for $6. All service people were friendly and helpful. Empty lot across the street was gross and filled with trash and homeless people at night could be heard shouting all 3 nights(2am) I was there. I would totally stay there again though.
- 5/5
We just came up from Longview to watch a Mariner's game and found this gem. The room was very nice and breakfast was awesome.
- 4/5
2 night stay, a short walk down to the water. Hotel & room is Old World lovely;
- 5/5
Super cool building. Very friendly staff. Very convenient for events in Seattle.
- 5/5
Very large variety of foods to choose from for breakfast. Great atmosphere and staff.
- 5/5
I’ll make this short becuase I would prefer to write about my experience on my instagram posts when I get around to it, but the experience was basically 10’s across the board.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel! Will be staying again.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel and the room was beautiful. I slept like a baby!
- 4/5
Toilet wasn’t working. I had to call 5 times during my short stay there and the issue was said to have been fixed but in reality it wasn’t . There was no fridge , tea kettle or coffee pot ( as indicated in the room description) . Having said this, they did offer me another room, but I came back so tired from our tours that I just stayed in the room.
- 5/5
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Taking in the history of the hotel. Their ballroom was magnificent. The staff was very helpful and professional. We’ll be back 😎
- 5/5
The complementary breakfast was excellent. It wasn’t the typical cereal boxes and some fruit. They actually prepared some nice dishes. Very good coffee to boot. Definitely nice to start the day and save a little money for all the fun touristy stuff in Seattle.
- 5/5
Beautiful place to stay, good breakfast, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Greta staff
- 5/5
Awsone staff and beautiful place
- 4/5
Breakfast was amazing. Hotel was clean and quirky. Bar and food were delicious. Only issue is that the area around the hotel is a bit dingy, probably not safe to walk around at night but they don't have control over that. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
- 5/5
I have stayed at many nice hotels in downtown Seattle and I must say this is my new favorite. So clean!! Comfortable beds and cool old school rooms. Can’t beat the price! My new favorite. I will def be back…
- 5/5
Repeat guests, we love the arctic club
- 5/5
Great digs! Very funky hotel. Clean and comfortable. Great service.
- 4/5
The architecture was beautiful. The room was phenomenal. One of the best linens and beds. Felt like home! Great breakfast and coffee. The 1 Line transit system is literally across the street from the front entrance. We absolutely loved that. If you can take the Link Rail from SeaTAC airport in. Otherwise its a hefty 75 to leave your car with valet, daily! I read here afterwards that the other parking is cheaper. The surrounding area is shady. We didn’t walk further than the Link. Too bad this gem of a hotel is surrounded by a disheveled neighborhood. Mocktails and cheese and fruit plater is a must.
- 5/5
Very clean property with a really interesting history. great staff great history and great amenities
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Loved the french press coffee.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff and a beautiful hotel! We loved having a drink in the bar and wished we had room to try the food. We would come back for sure!
- 5/5
Very quiet and the staff was more than helpful
- 5/5
Amazing hotel. The valet is a bit expensive though at $75 usd per day. Amenities are minimal, but the bar is incredible.
- 5/5
The Arctic Club is my new favorite hotel in Seattle! We stayed one night for an event downtown, and it was easy to walk to and from my event and to and from the ferry. Staff were friendly. The room was nice. The breakfast was ample. It was pretty quiet, at least on our upper floor. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Good location for public transportation. Close to Amtrak station.
- 5/5
The best ever
- 4/5
was clean and nice
- 5/5
Staff was incredibly helpful, we loved our room. This has been my favorite place to stay in Seattle hands down.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast and friendly service. Nice furnishing and linens in rooms
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room and the entire staff made you feel comfortable. Mike and Matt were extremely friendly and you can tell they care about their guests. They took the time out of their busy day to share the history of the hotel. These employees exemplified hospitality at its finest! Keep up the great work Arctic Club!
- 5/5
Love the Arctic Club. Great area with cool vibe and comfy rooms.
- 5/5
Room was wonderful, unique, and clean.
- 5/5
Great room, great staff
- 5/5
Location is right next to light rail station. Its interior design is fun and plays up the history of the building.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel, fabulous architecture and decor, and great room amenities. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, happy hour was excellent as well.
- 4/5
Beautiful, historic building with a great story. Rooms were clean and service was great. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. I gave one less star due to the cost of the valet which is $75/day. As someone who travels a lot to the Seattle area, it is overpriced.
- 4/5
Funky, fun place- I lined all the historical stuff
- 5/5
Staff, room, location were all amazing. Breakfast was exceptionally good!
- 5/5
We loved the room! It was immaculate and comfortable. The staff was very courteous, attentive and kind.
- 5/5
Great staff, great location, great atmosphere. Within walking distance of lumen field.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and amenities; staff very courteous.
- 5/5
Everything was great, very clean hotel in every area. Staff was amazing, breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Room had a lovely 1920s feel, and staff was really nice! They held our bags for us all day after checkout, which was convenient. Hotel bar is beautiful, and breakfast was pretty standard for continental breakfast.
- 4/5
I would have given it five stars except that the water in our bath never got really hot. Too bad. Had a Jacuzzi tub. Service was great. Hot buffet breakfast was excellent as was their food at their bar - cioppino and Caesar salad were very good. Loved that due to being Platinum on Expedia, I was given a room upgrade and $30 credit at the bar. Thanks, Expedia!
- 5/5
location and laid-back atmosphere
- 5/5
Location history friendly staff
- 5/5
The hotel was a historical adventure. Beautiful, and our room very comfortable! The linens and towel were high quality. And imaginative cocktails in the Polar Bar area were excellent and the complimentary breakfast, delicious! We highly recommend!!! And the staff , very helpful and friendly!
- 5/5
The room was on point, the overall hotel was amazing, the staff was great and the texting service was the cherry on the top.
- 5/5
A wonderful old hotel that is beautifully kept up. The entire staff is warm and helpful. The lovely 'Dome Room' is used for small performances.
- 5/5
Historic hotel, centrally located
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. Be warned that parking in the area is super expensive, best to valet for $75 / night.
- 4/5
A former men’s club - interesting history.
- 5/5
Room was lovely, the staff was kind, courteous, and helpful.
- 3/5
The location felt somewhat unsafe, especially in the evening, which made it difficult to relax. In addition, I booked a balcony room without realizing that all top-floor rooms share one continuous balcony. This isn’t clearly mentioned, and it meant that other guests could see directly into my room and vice versa, which felt like a major privacy issue. The room itself was also very dark, even during the day, which added to the overall uncomfortable atmosphere. Because of these factors, I chose to check out early. That said, I want to acknowledge that the hotel staff handled the situation with understanding and courtesy, which I appreciated. With better transparency about room layouts and some improvements to lighting and security, this could be a much better experience.
- 5/5
Clean and so friendly
- 5/5
Awesome hotel with huge rooms.
- 5/5
The Arctic Club was on point as usual.
- 5/5
The room was well appointed and very clean. Centrally located in downtown a few blocks from Pioneer Square and the Public Market. I had dinner my last night, the seared tuna and it was very good. The snacks at the front desk are a little overpriced. I will definitely be back.
- 3/5
We had to wait a long time to check in and we were told they will text us when our room was ready. NO message came through as the desk clerks changed and information was NOT shared. We could of waited until Doomsday for them. We went to them and they said "Oh your suite is ready".
- 3/5
For the price, room was ok
- 5/5
friendly and helpful staff, swell rooms and groovy bar/lobby. All in all a charming hotel.
- 5/5
Really great hotel. Beautiful charming building, kind, helpful staff. Great breakfast. The Polar Bar was super- cool with lots of cozy seating options.
- 5/5
Amazing hospitality! Bar area is a must check.
- 5/5
Good vibes
- 5/5
Cool access to the deck.
- 5/5
Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is well maintained and the food was surprising good, both at the bar and the complementary breakfast. Must ask to see the Northern Lights Dome Room. Excellent venue. Easy walk to restaurants, Occidental Square, the Water Front, Luman Field, and T-Mobile Park. On our list for future trips.
- 5/5
Room was large and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good with and excellent dinner feel. Only thing not 5* was the polar club restaurant.
- 4/5
The staff was excellent, room was huge, and the breakfast was beyond amazing every day! It was buffet style with gourmet options and normal options for every taste!
- 5/5
This hotel is amazing! It’s got a lot of history. I love the old black & white photos of former club members in the lobby and room. I love the architecture with the walrus heads on the outside. Beautiful wood workmanship in the lobby and in the Polar Bar. Rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent, and the food in the Polar Bar is outstanding. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at.
- 5/5
We had a great stay and would definitely return.
- 5/5
The room was clean and welcoming and the atmosphere of the hotel overall was lovely, hearkening back to a less turbulent time. We enjoyed the Polar Bar a lot. The Smoke and Mirrors cocktail is tasty, and fun. Highly recommended
- 5/5
Staff was great as always. Even when the lounge was crazy busy after the game they all did their best to keep up ! Room was very clean and breakfast was great

- 5/5
Extremely welcoming and helpful front desk
- 5/5
room was nice and the breakfast in the morning was delicious
- 5/5
A truly special hotel that feels like the “old” Seattle world in a well maintained and preserved way. Arctic Polar Bar is wonderful. Loved staying there.
- 5/5
Очень понравился отель. Все чисто. Персонал очень доброжелательный.
- 4/5
The breakfast was delicious however the fresh fruit was near the fire making it very warm and not appealing but the hot foods was delicious the hotel itself is very beautiful with lots of charm very friendly customer service the room is also very charming but the bed was quite uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Amazing staff
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, noise cancelling rooms, whirlpool tub was GREAT, beautiful view with a large balcony! Will definitely return
- 5/5
Free breakfast was terrible awful, it made me sick, ruined my day. Better meals at the bar upstairs lounge reception ground,.I love the Arctic Club Seattle for accommadion but no free breakfast
- 5/5
The room was pretty, with warm textiles throughout, & the bathroom amazing with tub jets, separate toity-room. IMHO the penthouse king was not as striking as the corner kings. Deck had limited appeal in early January. Location! 1/2 block from the light rail to SeaTac, only a few (steep) blocks from the ferry terminal. There were some folks living rough on the streets nearby, but I never felt unsafe walking outside and the hotel security is too notch. I've stayed here before and I hope to again. They treat you like gentry. It's lovely.
- 5/5
The bar offered great selections as I am plant-based and do not drink alcohol.
- 5/5
Great service from all staff
- 4/5
Breakfast was delicious !!!!
- 5/5
The Arctic Club is a Seattle classic hotel. The Polar Bar has comfortable seating, great cocktails, a pool table and portraits of Club Members back in the nineteen teens. The room was large with a very comfortable bed, large fluffy pillows and a wool blanket across your feet. The bathroom had a large jet tub and shower. The ballroom on the third floor is stunning. We went to a Candlelight concert in the ballroom. Absolutely stunning!
- 5/5
Great staff - helpful at valet and check in desk
- 4/5
Breakfast was delicious and many varieties.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and beautiful room. Staff was amazing. Would recommend 100%
- 4/5
Loved the history surrounding the hotel. Bed was firm and sheets soft. Extremely clean and felt very safe with security at every entrance. Walked to event area in evening with no problem.
- 5/5
Great old historic hotel. Lots of charm. Classy bar area.
- 5/5
The staff and hotel were wonderful. The hotel was beautiful. The room was clean and cozy. The whole experience was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and the bar area for some cocktails.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
Wonderful stay - great staff and facilities.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the front desk person was so sweet. I don't know her name, but whoever the young lady was at our 6pm-ish check-in, she was amazing!!! Please let her manager know.
- 5/5
Overall, great experience.
- 4/5
Great room, good breakfast, and really enjoyable and clean throughout. Great place to stay for a concert.
- 5/5
The front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful from simple questions to the check-in and checkout process
- 5/5
I love to stay here. The staff are great, the facilities are fun, the breakfast is tasty, and you can walk to the stadiums.
- 5/5
We loved our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were so helpful. It’s a perfect location if you are on the light rail.
- 5/5
Very fashionable old-time atmosphere. The staff were wonderful
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Amenities and cool room. Very friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean room. Comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Lovely view. Great kind staff. Great location. Down pillows! Balcony room was epic. Polar bar food was great
- 5/5
It was great. Clean, fun and good amenities
- 5/5
Room was spotless and even had a towel bear on the bed! Bed was super comfy and the food was excellent. We loved the photos of the past members of the Arctic club.
- 5/5
Playful and fun in a steampunk way. Convenient LINK access. Great for UW parents visiting and not wanting to get gouged by Pineapple hotels in UDistrict. Awesome breakfast too!
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
We love the Artic Club. It is a warm and inviting space with wonderful employees and fun spaces.
- 4/5
The Arctic hotel staff were all super nice and friendly! Our room was clean and we were able to check in a little early. Parking to valet was really easy check in and out process. No complaints and would recommend a stay there.
- 4/5
The hotel building is beautiful and very clean. Something that they could improve is staff’s attitude and attention to detail. The only parking option is valet for 75$. We had to leave the car to go find them because nobody was outside to assist us. During check out we had to wait for 25 minutes to get our car and the staff member was rude when I asked for the keys back which is very strange for a 75$ a night parking. I would prefer parking it myself for that money. Another disappointing thing was the advertisement of room service on the website to which my partner and I were looking forward to when booking the hotel to which we were told they don’t actually have that. Once again overall hotel is good but wish staff was more attentive and had a better attitude for the price.
- 4/5
We ate at the Polar bar. French dip sandwich was good. Had the chicken curry soup, which was good, but a “bowl” could feed 4 people. Read the menu carefully before ordering a the Caesar salad. It isn’t a Caesar salad. It is made with balsamic vinegar reduction rather than Caesar salad dressing. The room smelled a bit musty and old, but it is an old historic building, so shouldn’t be a surprise.
- 5/5
What a great experience. A beautiful historic property perfectly located between Pike Place market and Luman Field just a couple of blocks from the waterfront.
- 5/5
Very cool old hotel with lots of history
- 5/5
Lovethe historic feel of the property. The staff is very attentive. Food and drinks were good and the room very comfortable
- 5/5
The room was clean, staff was extremely kind and informative. Check In was easy. Breakfast. Was great! Loved the Polar Bar. The downside is the bar tab forces a 20% tip on every tab. Now the service warranted it but still don’t like the forced %. Seems that’s a Seattle thing.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were very helpful and responded quickly to our request for a replacement hair dryer. The Polar Bar staff were likewise responsive and notified us when our to go order was ready. The room itself was very clean as well.
- 5/5
The Artic is a great place to stay. Beautifully maintained, gorgeous architecture, comfy rooms and beds. Staff very helpful and kind, bar and lounge is great. We will be back!!
- 5/5
Unique and historical vibe
- 5/5

Not coming back.
- 5/5
The complementary breakfast was wonderful.
- 5/5
Beautiful building, great lobby/bar. Amazing service. I would absolutely stay here again.
- 4/5
Comfy beds but a bit too soft for us. Welcoming staff and nice room
- 4/5
Breakfast was great.
- 5/5
It was a lovely experience.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, room was clean and perfect
- 5/5
nice place
- 5/5
Beautiful historic hotel with a delightful atmosphere. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. A bar with a variety of food and drink to tempt almost any taste, with gf and vegan dish options also. Continental breakfast with a plethora of choices to fill a person to start the day. Definitely a place to stay in Seattle.
- 5/5
Clean room, plenty of space
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
Short, one night stay-cation while attended an event in the ballroom. Enjoyed our visit & the event was epic.
- 5/5
What a special place. From the moment we walked in to when we left everything was perfect. Thanks to the very helpful and kind front desk as well as the Valet. Already looking forward to next year.
- 4/5
Room was nice- great decor- comfortable bed- The only thing was the lighting was really dim and yellowy. It made it hard to read and get ready. Breakfast came with the room which was a benefit. It could get a little loud at times with sirens and some yelling as it is in the city- location was good though. The bar was great! The decor was wonderful and the food delicious! Staff very helpful and friendly! Overall a great stay!!!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, rooms are very comfortable, location is convenient. This is our go to spot when we're in Seattle for a game.
- 5/5
Exraordinary staff, room was large, comfortable, well-stocked with everything including French press coffee pot.
- 5/5
Great location , ambiance of the gentlemen's club, room 911 corner unit with dual aspect windows was spacious, comfortable and had an amazing view . Stuff was very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
This is such a special hotel. Classic and rich with a historic feel. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Friendly staff. We stayed in a balcony room which was interesting to step out but maybe not the upgrade you might imagine. Regardless, our room was beautiful, bed and pillows comfortable. The bar has a great happy hour from 3-5 with great food and drinks. Bartenders and staff there are engaging and kind. We stayed over for a candlelight show in their dome ballroom. What a beautiful overall experience. This is our third stay.
- 5/5
Nice staff and accommodating of any needs/requests.
- 5/5
E petting was amazing
- 5/5
Staff were very nice & accommodating. Nice atmosphere. Very clean.
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 5/5
This was a great hotel, exceeded our expectations. Our corner room was clean and had a peek-a-boo water view. The whole hotel, including our room, had a nice old school classy vintage vibe. We had yummy appetizers and drinks in the hotel lobby bar area which had comfortable cozy lounge seating. Overall, we would highly recommend this hoteland would return again.
- 5/5
Staff was very polite. Room was very clean
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room
- 4/5
Great aesthetic in a historic building. Warm and inviting. Loved having coffee by the fireplace in the morning after my workout. Staff was friendly and accommodating
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!
- 5/5
Hotel was super nice and comfy. Very clean. Room was huge. Hotel is located on a hill - FYI for drivers that are scared of hills.
- 5/5
Beautiful building, great rooms, and lovely staff. Polar Bar closed earlier than advertised but it was a very slow night. The lobby smells amazing!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
The room was uncomfortably very cold throughout the night, with the temperature at 61°F (16°C) and cold air continuously blowing. The front desk staff was kind and assisted by stopping by at 3AM to check and then to bring a portable heater. Maintenance assistance was not available until the morning. The hotel did provide a refund for one night upon my request. There was no shower curtain, but it was put up upon request the next morning. The bathroom knob fell off when I pulled it.The hotel is not situated in an area suitable for walking in the evening. I would choose a different hotel.
- 5/5
Breakfast fresh. Clean rooms. Good service. Definitely will be going back again for future trips
- 5/5
Old charming property, friendly staff and good breakfast! Excellent location.
- 4/5
Also, poor lighting in the room. Breakfast although included in the stay, was far from being considered outstanding, although there were hot items. Location was good, in central downtown Seattle.
- 5/5
The room was clean, and they gave us an upgrade for my vip status.
- 5/5
The staff was outstanding and responsive to our requests.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms and great decor.
- 5/5
Fantastic breakfast, clean and comfy room. Loved the style and history of the building. Good in the lobby restaurant was delicious and loved the seating options to hang out with a drink, play games or read.
- 5/5
Everyone there is great. Especially the bartenders. Top notch service from everyone. Rooms are clean and cute. Love the walruses on the room numbers matching the corbels outside. So many details. Been here many times and still discovering. My personal favorite place to stay especially in one of the suites. There are fancier places to stay but this one has a lot of personality and charm. Breakfast is very good.
- 5/5
The staff at the Arctic is just the best. They're friendly, engaging, and always helpful. They're definitely one of the reasons we'll always come back.
- 5/5
Our room faced Cherry Street on the fifth floor—reportedly haunted due to the tragic suicide of Congressman Marion Zioncheck, who fell to his death there in 1936. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, complete with a minibar (which we didn’t indulge in). It even overlooked the spot where he was said to have been found. I didn’t sense any lingering spirits, though—it felt peaceful. The Dome Room provided the perfect setting for a Candlelight Quartet performing Halloween classics. You can even order drinks and snacks during the show, which was a nice bonus. Fun fact: scenes from the Stephen King miniseries Rose Red (2002) were filmed there! After the performance, we had dinner in the bar and lounge. I enjoyed a delicious crispy Brussels sprouts and shishito pepper appetizer, while my husband ordered a Caesar salad—good, though a bit simple. I paired my meal with a glass of Noughty sparkling wine, and my husband had a cocktail. Sitting there, I could easily imagine gentlemen of the early 1900s gathered in their top hats, smoking cigars, and sipping brandy. It was such a cool experience—I can’t wait to go back!
- 5/5
A beautiful old stately hotel. You could tell the minute you walked in that it must have been a classic gentlemans private club at one time. And it was. Lots of history, huge dark wood cozy sitting area upon entrance, and a beautiful inviting bar area. I would recommend this hotel in a second. You are downtown, and very close to the train station.
- 5/5
Only view was of homeless people
- 5/5
Charming vintage hotel . Professional, courteous and helpful staff. Beautiful corner rooms with amazing views is the city and water. Five min walk from the light rail. 15 mins to Pike st market. Delicious breakfast!!
- 4/5
It is a charming place. The staff are friendly. We just happened to be celebrating a birthday and didn’t realize that there was going to be a wedding that evening which closed the bar for 2.5 hours and even though we were on the 8th floor, the reception party on the 3rd floor could be heard when we were going to bed.
- 5/5
This hotel is beautiful and has great service. We really enjoyed our stay and it was more that we expected. We definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here for future travels to the area.
- 4/5
Good location for Seahawk game hotel....overall nice staff and good size room for Seattle.

- 5/5
My all time favorite hotel in Seattle. Conveniently located near ferry terminal and lite rail. Excellent breakfast and lounge.
- 4/5
It's not the greatest area, but we felt safe. We appreciated the unique character of the place. But we had trouble with the safe and we could have used a refrigerator.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable stay, great staff, awesome breakfast!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Friendly staff good breakfast ideal location
- 2/5
Front desk staff were extremely rude. Cleaning service forgot to close our door after they were finished so it was left open all day.
- 5/5
Good hotel plenty of character in a great spot to explore the ciry
- 5/5
Loved the hotel! Great staff, room, food and very close to everything.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Close walk to the stadiums
- 5/5
Excellent location close to Pike Market, transportation and the sports fields.
- 5/5
Stay was good.
- 5/5
Check in was quick, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was hot with a good variety of options.
- 5/5
The best hidden gem in Seattle
- 5/5
Good staff and food
- 5/5
We really like the unique decor and vibe of the Arctic Club. Our room was beautiful and comfy, the bar area was inviting and interesting to be in. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed. The staff were excellent. This hotel is steps from the exit to the light rail for getting around Seattle, useful as ubers were very expensive.
- 5/5
Bar and front desk staff were super friendly
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Do remember you are in the city and you will hear traffic at night ( if your room is on the road side). It is unfortunate that the opposite lot is vacant and has been used for a garbage dump ( no fault of this hotel).
- 5/5
We had a great time at the Arctic hotel
- 5/5
great, friendly staff!!
- 3/5
The drinks at the lounge were good, the dinner was ok but it'll a LOUNGE not a dinning room so the tables are small with no condiments without asking. Also, the waiting staff doesn't have a "retreated" little area to drop the dirty stuff and it was extremely noisy. Absolutely nothing up to the standard they want to offer. In contrast, the staff cleaning in the breakfast area were quiet... The whole hotel was very clean.
- 5/5
Clean room and the French press in the room was a really nice touch. Breakfast was FANTASTIC.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Old building but they've decorated it accordingly. Beautiful! The staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room was small, but had everything we needed & again was beautifully decorated. The area was great for walkability & lots of dining options nearby. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Really enjoyed the property. The building and lobby were unique. Staff was attentive. Room was clean and good-sized. Breakfast was a welcome surprise.
- 4/5
I loved the bar and appetizers. Free pool table and affordable valet.
- 5/5
Extraordinary property -- my new favorite place in Seattle. the historic bar was so fun to enjoy cocktails in - the room was outstanding - the bench seats at the windows, old light fixtures, Edward Sheriff Curtis prints -- just made for a truly exceptional experience. Breakfast was outstanding too -- lots to choose from, regardless of your diet. The only 'off putting' part was the "$25/day Destination fee". This is not a resort. The young lady at the front desk it was to cover the "complimentary" breakfast, robes in the room, etc. I found that off-putting. Just raise your rates $25/nt but don't give with the left hand and take with the right.
- 5/5
This hotel is a little gem from out of the past in downtown Seattle. Everything was excellent. The beds were more comfortable than ours at home, the service was so friendly, and overall, one of our most enjoyable stays. The food at the restaruant was particularly yummy. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Great selection of beer, wine and cocktails and breakfast was very good
- 5/5
Love this hotel. Has rich history and great ambience.
- 5/5
Just a wonderful time.
- 5/5
Great!
- 1/5
The room was fine. The breakfast area was filthy. The noise from the streets- people screaming and fighting, staff clearing people off sidewalks using a bullhorn at 1am- made sleeping impossible.
- 5/5
Very cool vibe. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Enjoying staying there. Comfortable bed. Wonderful breakgast.
- 5/5
This was our second stay. We liked both, but first stay was a 10 out 10 this stay was more of a 9 out of 10
- 5/5
Breakfast was great!
- 5/5
We stayed at the Arctic Club for a couple nights to attend sporting events. It was about a mile down to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park, so we could walk to the games. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, very comfortable and the breakfast was great!
- 3/5
our balcony look out to a hugh big hotel that took up half block ugly view

My husband and I enjoyed staying the night. Beautiful hotel with great history. Everyone was friendly, courteous and welcomed us. Food and drinks were top notch
- 5/5
Kind of sketchy at night outside the hotel.
- 5/5
The Reception and other staff were great! Really enjoyed the stay
- 5/5
I love staying at the Arctic Club. The hotel has amazing historic charm and fun style. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, and the location is great for accessing the stadiums and Bell Town.
- 4/5
The architecture is vintage and lovely. The hotel lobby has a pool table, bar, lounge area, and nice dinner tables. The food in the lobby was excellent. The room and bathroom were nice in a dark turn-of-the-century way.
- 5/5
Nice rooms, friendly staff
- 5/5
Spacious room, clean and brimming with old school style. Staff there are welcoming, professional and knowledgeable! This is our second stay here and it’s now our go-to whenever we stay in Seattle!
- 5/5
What an amazing, gorgeous hotel with equally friendly and helpful staff. Great location - near the train station and on bus line - Pioneer Square is only a few blocks away. Lovely bar and great NY bartender! Breakfast is spot on too - no plastic anything - actual plates and glasses & mugs round it all out. Looking forward to next stay at the Arctic Club!
- 5/5
The hotel was in a great location for the game we were attending at T Mobile stadium, but was a bit inconvenient for No on-site parking. The valet was great. But even then the vehicle was not parked on site.
- 5/5
There are shops nearby. Restaurants nearby. Everything is good.
- 4/5
We were only there a very short amount of time - 12 hrs or so - so any criticism may be unfair. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Lobby area and elevators could have been a little cleaner. But again, we were there very briefly and that was just a moment in time.
- 5/5
Walkable to waterfront as well as pioneer and international districts. Staff so friendly. Loved the history on display in the lobby
- 3/5
Nice front desk and valet- noisy area at night and bar didn’t have great service after the baseball game- hotel, regardless of its deep history, was quite dark and not updated ( lighting and decor in rooms)
- 5/5
Pleasure
- 4/5
We were skeptical because of the area but really enjoyed the property and the staff. Breakfast was great. French press coffee in the room was special. The staff was all very helpful from the valet to the desk to the housekeepers. Thank you!
- 5/5
Great location to walk - Market and light rail very close. Historic hotel with breakfast included! Very cool happy hour.
- 5/5
Ilana at the front desk was rad. The room was great. Comfy bed. Great chair. It was easy to relax and get comfortable.
- 2/5
The room was very good. The only restaurant is the lounge which has good atmosphere but the food offered is basic pub fair. However the area where the hotel is located is full of homeless people strung out on drugs. I don't usually do these ratings but in this case people need to know. I suggest they look elsewhere for accommodation in Seattle.
- 5/5
The Polar Bar happy hour is not to be missed.
- 5/5
I can't say more about this property!!! It was totally awesome. The rooms were great and the staff especially Emily at the front desk!! She was great!!! Thank you for everything!!
- 5/5
Great location in a great city, There is plenty to do after a short walk.
- 5/5
Many dining and shopping opportunities within walking distance. Also convenient to city transportation.
- 5/5
We were doing a 2 night stay prior to boarding our ship to start a 19 day cruise. The location was perfect and the staff we all very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Spacious, comfortable room. The coffee press in the room was much better than a capsule machine.

- 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay at the Arctic Club. The staff were excellent….friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location was within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to visit. While our room was a bit small, we would definitely stay at the Arctic Club again.
- 5/5
Really cool hotel, full of history and character but also with modern comforts. Great location downtown/Pioneer Square.
- 5/5
This is a nicely maintained older hotel that retains its historic elegance. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, for a fairly expensive hotel we were extremely disappointed in the condition of the room. The handicap accessible roll-in shower has the shower head at the complete opposite end of the shower than all the toiletries (which I will say, the manager did have fixed before we came back the following week after our cruise out of Seattle). The bathroom also tilts downward towards the opposite side of the room from the shower and the drain didn't work properly. By the time I opened the shower curtain and noticed this, the whole bathroom was flooded to the point there was almost an inch of water against the opposite wall and it was beginning to leak out onto the carpet of the actual room under the bathroom door. Then the dust ruffle on the king bed was also badly torn and hanging off to the point that when my sister got out of bed, she almost took a terrible fall. The immediate surrounding area was not a good area at all. We were definitely uncomfortable walking any distance after dark. The manager was amazing. She did try her best to help but sadly it just wasn't enough for us to ever stay there again and I wouldn't be quick to recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for the price.
- 3/5
was Ok, I didnt get anything as Gold member of Hotels.com, no room upgrade, no late checkout
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay. I loved the old world feel and the bathroom was beautiful. I slept very comfortably. The breakfast needs improvement, most of the food was cold. The carpet in our room was patched and could be replaced and we didn’t have housekeeping. Overall, not worth the price.
- 5/5
We were met before at the bottom of the steps and immediately had our luggage whisked away for us and taken right to the front desk to check in. From that moment on and for the rest of our stay, we were treated so kindly, and every request we had was met! Amazing room upgrade with balcony access, and the jetted tub made our anniversary getaway absolutely wonderful! We would absolutely stay again!
- 5/5
Amazing hotel. Easy walking distance to everything
- 5/5
Cute old-timer feel with all the decadence of a luxury get away...
- 5/5
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar staff make excellent cocktails! The hotel is a historic site but the rooms still felt renovated and new. Great location to stay if you're attending a game at Lumen or T-Mobile. Quick walk to the waterfront area as well. Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
I Tried to check in at 3:50 and but our room wasn’t ready and was reminded that check in is at 4pm and come back in 20 minutes. At 4:15 I tried to check in again was told our room wasn’t ready and come back in 15-20 minutes.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and excellent customer service. Great location to walk to the stadiums and Pike Place. I would stay there again.
- 4/5
The authentic 1900's charm felt warm & comfortable. The front desk service was excellent - friendly, helpful, always a warm & personable welcome. Received no hospitality service, but it was only a 2 night stay so not a big issue. Would consider staying again.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel, perfectly clean, awesome bar, awesome food. Great atmosphere and plenty of seating areas for meetings. Love the rooms and the staff is so friendly. Ilana was especially welcoming and friendly, had a small issue and she immediately went above and beyond to assist. Will be staying here every time we come to Seattle.
- 5/5
Staff and service were excellent
- 5/5
Wonderful little bar with delicious food and drinks. The rooms were very clean and so cute and comfortable. Lots of little details like a water station, complimentary breakfast (which was yummy and lots of options) and we were even greeted with champagne!
- 3/5
in terms of how much i personally enjoyed the stay it would be a 1 out of 5 (terrible) but i gave a score of 3 out of 5 because some of the things that i hated could be good for other guests.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Location was good.

Road noise as we were on the 5th floor facing the street - south. Nice to be able to receive savings thru booking with Expedia.
- 5/5
This is a great location with a fabulous history. The lobby bar is amazing and the service was excellent!!

The Philly Cheese Steak sandwich was delicious! The ice-cold champagne was magnificent. The Bartender was informative about the Club’s history.

Very nice Hotel, super friendly staff, attentive to our needs and excellent included breakfast
- 5/5
Great property with great amenities. Perfect to stay in for a game or event at Lumen field
- 5/5
The Arctic Club is my preferred hotel and the sole accommodation I choose when visiting Seattle.
- 3/5
The hotel was old and dirty. The elevator cab mats had not been vacuumed all weekend. The room was tired. The car parking valet was short staffed and took a lot of time to get our car each time. There are better options!!
- 4/5
Friendly staff! Good breakfast! Close location. We did have to drive around a couple times though to be able to pull up to valet to check-in since so busy & the restaurant was so busy that it took a while to get anything even ordered
- 5/5
Amazing. Beautiful historic.
- 5/5
Super neat boutique type hotel.
- 5/5
Great anniversary trip. Enjoyed the old world feel of the property but with modern amenities.

Beautiful old hotel next to the light rail station near Pioneer Square. Staff are personable and helpful. Room decor was warm and peaceful, and no clutter! Everything you need is provided, but cleverly stored out of sight, leaving lots of room for your toiletries. Beds were comfy…everything was perfect. Love this hotel!

Excellent staff, but hotel is a bit dated and outside area seemed a bit unsafe at night.

Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel is older but it is comfortable and cozy. Tuesday a live band was playing in the Polar bar and it was a great place to hang out and relax while listening to some great music.

Was there early but they didn't check to see if there was a room available until pressured after 5 hours of sitting. No coffee for early people that left early.

The elevator carpet was filthy. Front desk was rude. No water provided but cost $8 to buy one in the room. Neighborhood is a mess and sketchy looking.

The staff was super friendly. The building although beautiful, architecturally, is old and the rooms weren't great. Poor lighting, defective curtain rods so they were hard to open/close, and the stains on the sofa chair were major turnoff. There was also a funny smell throughout the property.

The breakfast was delicious each day and the everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed cocktails every evening in the bar before heading out to dinner. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Seattle with lovely staff and delicious food. The interior design is immaculate and I loved the touches like the walrus in the room! The gym was great too with a peloton machine. Loved breakfast- special thanks to Jason for making me an omelette since as a a vegetarian my options were limited.

Oozing old world charm. It's like a film set from a western movie, but it's not a film set and the staff are not acting they are genuinely kind and helpful. Our room was equally quaint, but with quality sanitaryware and an uber comfortable bed. The local street racers and emergency services were particularly active right through the night. We were on the 5th floor facing 3rd Ave and they kept us awake. It's not the hotels fault but there might be quieter rooms. I would certainly ask the question if we were to stay again.

Very cool place with great history, wonderful staff, and excellent in-house restaurant. We had a great stay and the staff really goes out of their way to make it the best for the guest.

Very nice suite room and excellent breakfast.

Room was good and clean. Area is a little shady, not their fault and we didn’t have any issues!!

Rooms with two queen beds seem a little bigger than average, especially for an older building. Beautiful rooms and gorgeous lobby. Staff were wonderfully welcoming and gracious. I booked two rooms which ended up on adjacent floors; being on the same floor would have been nice. Valet services were understaffed when we checked out on a Saturday. Only one person was juggling all of the valet requests and it took about half an hour to retrieve a vehicle. Bearing that in mind I will be happy to visit again.

The staff were friendly, and accommodating and the continental breakfast was delicious!

The Arctic Club hotel was nice and clean. The decor was a little out dated. The staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was very good.
