The staff was amazing. Every person we saw was smiling and genuinely happy to help you. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out we felt comfortable and very happy to be there. The bed was so comfortable, as were the pillows. We slept very well. The shower had plenty of hot water. And the room was big and roomy, just as the pictures show. We especially loved the beautiful garden, which always smelled of sweet lemons. The patio, and the pool, were perfect spots to relax before starting our day, or when returning after a busy day of sight seeing. The breakfast was plentiful, and an excellent way to begin our day. We loved staying here! Not a thing. It was ideal...

Excellent location. Breakfast good. Near to restaurants and metro. Our a/c it wasn’t working good! Just that!

The room was a little small, but perfectly functional if you are organised and smart about it. Aircon was also not very strong. If you get a top bunk, it’s a little difficult to climb up and down.

The accessibility to the train station was ideal! This should be promoted more with your property as it is extremely convenient. The room size, amenities and comfort was wonderful. Breakfast had great options as well. The touch pad next to the door was not working well when it came to turning on do not disturb and please clean and our room was not cleaned. We were only there for a short time but this may be inconvenient for longer stays.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable

Hotel Reception is nice, so we had great expectations initially.. too bad nothing worked out after that. There is certainly everything unconventional about this hotel. From the moment we checked in, things were not great. First of all, we booked 2 rooms as we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young teenagers)... They gave us rooms in completely separate floors! They claimed they didn't know who the reservation was for, despite being all listed in the booking confirmation (ages included). Then, neither of the rooms got serviced after our first night. They said it was not normal and apologized but did nothing about it. When asked to speak to a supervisor, the lady said she was the supervisor (laughing) - as if to say, I am IT and not doing anything about it. Finally, breakfast is included, however, be aware that the serving sizes feels like they are feeding smurfs and not grown up humans.

Clean, friendly staff, very accommodating for food allergies. Breakfast was great and rooms were spacious with a nice bed.

Great staff, very clean, and nice breakfast/snack bar. A little far walk into town but a shuttle is offered for a price.

The staff made me feel very welcomed. The hospitality in this hotel is top notch. Best Ive seen. Especially Antonio the driver and John Marko and the friendly gentleman that works in the dining room. I look forward to coming back one day. 30 min walk from sorrento but there is a shuttle provided by the hotel.

Nice garden and pool area, The rooms were pretty clean as well. Breakfast was delicious. When we got there, they put us in a room that appeared that was really run down and right across from reception. We thought that was weird. The shower door in the bathroom was broken and didn't even close so there was water all over the floor after each of our showers. Because of the room location, we could hear the staff and guest conversations at night and in the morning. After complaining, they changed our room so that was good.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They had an electric shuttle that took you to and from the centre (booking required) which made exploring so easy! Pool area was awesome and so was the breakfast.

The front desk staff were very helpful with knowing the best ways to arrive at Pompeii and how to get to Capri. Breakfast service was great as it was one less thing for us to worry about. There was a shuttle service that the hotel offered for transportation directly to the center of Sorrento that we used daily to and from the hotel, Antonio the driver was really nice and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Everything was great.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and spoke perfect english. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. The place was in a great location and very quiet. Bed was super comfy. My balcony was not actually part of the room, it was in fact shared with another room.
