Great property and extremely friendly host. Very clean and modern property in a good location. Highly recommend Gate was tricky to operate!

Very comfortable room, nice balcony, great view. Very spacious room. Very safe neighborhood. The bathroom was the best we had in our trip to Italy. The shower was perfect! There was a smart TV. Very friendly staff Luigi. -They say there’s a coffee machine available every day for breakfast, and coffee pods. Well, we stayed there 4 days. The coffee machine was not there in any of the days. The coffee maker was there only on the day of check in (at night), when the staff Luigi showed us that room. - The shower area wasn’t properly sealed, and water would spill out into the bathroom while showering (Positano room).

The room was good, the bed was comfortable, included. Breakfast was very nice, hosts were very nice, Wi-Fi was good, getting into the property was easy, I was meant by a host who showed me the property and explained everything, staff was very nice and accommodating Train in the shower was really bad. I had to use a very low pressure to make sure the water would not spill out of the shower… water temperature was really weird, it was very hard to get the right temperature.

I had the large room, which was spacious with a large bathroom and balcony. I would be happier if room was cleaner, especially bathroom. I do not like to see someone else’s hair.

We were welcomed by an extremely courteous host, and checking into the apartment was very easy. He even allowed us to arrive earlier than the official check-in time. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, with a small balcony offering a lovely view. There was a large table with chairs, plates, cutlery, and glasses in the shared area, so we could comfortably enjoy cold meals. A kind lady even did the dishes for us. We knew it wasn’t located in the center of Sorrento, but we accepted the minor inconvenience for the more affordable price, which meant taking the bus to get back home. The bus stop is just 200 meters from the accommodation, and a ticket costs €2. If you want to get down to the port, you’ll need to take the bus anyway—unless you're up for a steep staircase or a lift that often involves waiting in line. The train station is also very close to the apartment, making it easy to reach Herculaneum, Naples, or Pompeii Water leaks from the shower into the bathroom, a small repair would be needed.

Very clean and new. Amazing big shower with great water pressure. Location is close to the shoreline with a good amount of restaurants and cafés nearby. The room had a shared “dining area” where cutlery was available and you could make yourself tea and coffee anytime. Alessandra was a great host. She took the time to personally welcome us, show us around and answer all our questions.

We always found paid parking right in front of the building. The property was very new and well-maintained. It was better than the photos. We really liked the shower. Be careful about the check in time which is limited until 7pm.

The property is just as photographed, dark rooms with the blinds, great bathroom. The requirement of putting the key card in to have the power work is annoying because the rooms get so hot and need time to cool down. The procedure to get in and out is extremely unclear from the owner and they need to make more clear instructions. Also, they aren’t the most friendly to work with. We were extremely delayed and exhausted and getting in was a bit difficult because they weren’t there and sent really disorganized instructions. And then they only gave us one key when we both needed keys to get in and out.

Amazing property. Rooms are spacious, service are good. Location amazing. Beach nearby. One word - fantastic!!!

Easy to find. great location to walk to Sorrento while still good restaurants around. Alessandra was very kind and welcoming to us. we got a balcony which we didn't expect and so glad we did. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean which is a big plus! only issue would be in the shower as the water did kind of go onto the bathroom floor even if you have a towel down but it was always dry once we came back from our day out. thanks to housekeeping.

A large uncluttered room with stylish bathroom and a good size balcony. Maison Tonina is in a quiet location a pleasant, level 1 mile walk into Sorrento. More places to put things down in the bathroom, towel rails etc.

Beautiful room, sparklingly clean. Exterior of property was not great and not well signposted, we walked past property twice.

Amazing communication with host, she attended to all our needs. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed so always very clean. Room is big and spacious and balcony was so nice to sit on. Aircon worked well. Mini fridge was great and could use plates and cutlery from common area. Approx 25 min walk into Sorrento town, very easy and flat walk. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a slightly quieter area just outside of Sorrento Nothing

Beautiful room, bathroom and balcony. Great location right by the ocean where you can swim. Close by a grocery store. 25 minute walk to Sorrento centre, but less tourists in Sant Agnello and cheaper food. We used it as a base to see Capri, Positano, Sorrento and Pompeii. Allesandra answered fast on WhatsApp, and our room got cleaned every day.

Superb

Well located in charming Sant’Agnello, with easy access to bus for sorrento (5 min. bus) or the circumvesuviana. Beautiful view with Vesuvius in distance. Shower, while updated and beautiful, with a giant rain-style showerhead, is very nice but a bit tricky to figure out so that water doesn’t leak out onto the tiled bathroom. I had some trouble with it. Might ask for explanation.
