A beautiful peaceful property. The villa was clean and elegant and the decor was lovely. When we arrived, the room we were promised was unavailable which was very disappointing. The owners daughter came in and was quite aggressive about it, but at the same time, offered us a larger room. Our start was rough but once we were settled everything was great. The bed. It was quite firm but they offered a mattress topper which made it all good. There was nothing not to like about the property itself, itwas really beautiful.

Quiet, privacy, walking distance to downtown Sorrento Facility, the light fell off from the wall, door is difficult to lock with the key

Staff are delightful. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pool was great, lots of loungers and beautiful lemon trees. On site parking was good (although limited to three cars I think so book ahead). Breakfast was amazing. Location was excellent, Sorrento is a twenty minute walk and was very busy in May - both this and the drive to Positano must be mayhem in the summer. Sea view restaurant five minutes walk. Bathroom was fabulous. We loved our stay and felt we had uncovered a hidden gem. This is a matter of taste but the rooms could be more... elegant? They don't match the exterior or downstairs 'common' rooms. Ours (and other ones we saw on the website) was quite functional and a fair bit of plastic used in headboard and furniture coverings. There was no mirror over the table where there so obviously could be one. I am adding this as constructive feedback as we loved our stay but we had a garden room next to the kitchens which was a little noisy first thing in the morning (starting 6am), plus in the middle of the night a rather worrying sound of running water from through the wall woke us up twice. Also there was a fusebox in the room which emitted a virtually inaudible buzz in the daytime but at night was a bit annoying - this could have been disabled by taking the power key out (the power to the rooms is supplied by you putting a key into a socket) but then there's no lighting or phone charging etc overnight. There was a fair bit of rather voluble exchanges between staff around the pool in the morning too... although to be fair it was probably after 9am a) some people like to sleep in and b) no one really wants to hear staff being instructed loudly at any time of the day :)

Good variety for breakfast. Spacious Room. Very nice hotel with garden and swimming pool. Some stairs before reaching the room.

Luxurious villa in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful garden, well appointed facilities, spacious room and modern bathroom. Helpful staff. Wonderful pool and lounge areas. Long walk to Sorrento, but flat walk. Great breakfast in morning. Limited views from room.

Such a great vibe on this gated property. Loved how it was decorated, so clean and a great location (to train, restaurants and Sorrento) We just wish they had a restaurant for dinner or drinks!

Traditional and very well kept, the accommodation is beautiful, with lots of character. Dreamy interiors. So peaceful and the breakfast was great. It is further out from the main area of Sorrento; about 1.5km/ 30 mins walk. Tricky if you want to wear heels or aren’t happy to do that walk as taxis are expensive (we paid €30 one way). It was very busy in Sorrento old town so being out the way, especially in high season could be seen as a good thing.

Quiet and comfortable. Walk into sorrento was around 25 mins, but easy walking. Hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok- lots of choice, but the coffee was terrible, lukewarm and extremely weak despite asking for strong coffee.

Verry nice and quiet place. Beautyful garden.

We loved our room which had a huge private terrace with amazing views of the surrounding hills & out to see. Breakfast was lovely with cold & hot options of lovely Italian vegetables, beans, salads, cheese & variety of eggs. Also fruit, yogurts, cereals & lots of cake & lots more to choose from. The server worked had to ensure he attended to guests, getting their coffees & clearing tables as we grazed each morning. We visited in April & quieter season - at times felt like we were the only guests present in this beautiful mansion. The house & pool area were beautiful throughout. They were immaculate & very clean. Staff were all very attentive as well as helpful & our room was serviced each day. The grounds were enclosed by an electric gate which was operated by staff via camera to ensure premises were secure at all times. The location was good, a 20 min walk or short train ride to busy Sorrento. There is so much to like about this amazing place. Would love to return.

We couldn’t rate this property highly enough. We were made to feel so welcome, relaxed and comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely go back again. The staff were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was delicious. They even gave me a cake on the morning of my birthday. So kind and considerate. The beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t fault anything. Nothing

Beautiful property, nice decor, exceptionally clean and well presented. Well done the staff who provide this! Breakfasts outstanding quality and presentation. Comfortable bed, great shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Mosquitoes around the pool area, think the hotel could do more to prevent the amount by spraying or offering more repellents to reduce the amount. Staff also around the pool area to be encouraged to challenge noisy guests and those using foul language. Whilst I understand this is difficult there was a group of young American girls who displayed this unacceptable behaviour and it is not in keeping with the property. A coffee machine in room would also be a nice addition.
