The hotel was in a great location. It was possible to walk into Sorrento in about 20 minutes, or there was a regular, free shuttle bus. The pool was lovely. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms are in serious need of a makeover - I don’t think it’s been done since the 70s! The walls were paper-thin - I heard every word of arguments in neighbouring rooms on 3 nights of my stay! And there was only one single socket in the whole room.

This hotel is in a lovely location just 25mins walk from the centre of Sorrento. Although the hotel is a little dated, everything was very clean and well kept. The hotel offer a shuttle bus to and from Sorrento every 30mins and this is a fantastic service! The hotel staff were very obliging. When we were out for the day, if I needed to book the bus or change to a different bus, I just phoned the hotel and there was never a problem. The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection - lovely fresh melon and pineapple, hams and cheeses and cereals - there was a selection of sweet cakes and sweet bread but there wasn't any fresh crusty bread - also the croissants were a long life variety and not the best. If you ask, they were always happy to provide a freshly cooked omelettes or eggs. Lovely coffee served with a jug of hot milk every morning. The beds weren't the most comfortable

We had a wonderful time at this property had everything we needed. It was clean and a great location. Also had complementary shuttle service to the town of Sorrento, which was a 10 minute ride. The breakfast was very good and service from the staff Excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Tourists from USA and Europe, a little bit of an older crowd. we did not see any children because it was September and they were all back in school. Property could use some updating.

The staff in the restaurant were amazing and Luca on the front desk was very helpful with organising shuttles. They didn’t change the sheets when we stayed for five nights. And some of the staff on the front desk weren’t so helpful- we asked for help in booking something different to do because ferries were cancelled and they literally gave us no options. That was pretty disappointing. It seemed like we were a bit of a nuisance

Well located - short walk into Sorrento and a lovely cafe/bar at the bottom of the road with spectacular views across the bay of Naples. It was clean but not what I would call spotless!

It was within walking distance to everything. Perfect location. Place was clean. And food was great. Also gave good recommendations to other restaurants around that were fantastic. Beach was walking distance and gorgeous. Free shuttle to Sorrento. Was super helpful. Everyone that worked there was warm, helpful and very professional. Nothing

Free shuttle bus to and from hotel every half hour. 4 minutes into centre of Sorrento. Pool was lovely and always space to sun bathe. Maitre D at the breakfast and restaurant was very welcoming and pleasure to deal with. Room was nice with a balcony. Breakfast was lovely, loads on offer.

Good breakfast, shuttle to Sorrento was convenient. The property pitches itself as a 4-star, but it did not meet those standards imo. I had to complain twice about hairs on bathroom sink before they did anything. The shower area was so small I kept bumping into the walls (and I am a small person) and the shower did not drain well, causing a puddle even after taking the quickest shower. I also found hairs on the bedspread. To top it off, if you are on the side facing the pool, you will not sleep until after 11pm, because until then they blast music so loudly that my room was shaking. On top of this (not necessarily the hotels fault unless the cleaners open the windows when they clean), I got stung in 10 different places by a mosquito during my stay.
