Services at the Mediterraneo Sorrento Hotel include a 24-hour front desk where you can book excursions around the Amalfi Coast. While the Vista Sky bar offers aperitifs with sea views 4 times a week, Dj sets and live bands alternate in the artistic programming of the summer. You can also hire a private yacht. From the hotel, you can directly access the wonderful lido below, La Marinella, which also offers dining services. Inside the establishment, guests from the Mediterraneo have free access to a reserved and equipped area. Beach services are guaranteed from May 15th to September 15th. Beautiful property! Luxurious but without being overwhelmingly large. Rooms were excellent (we did family suite 2 nights and 2 normal rooms 1 more night). We loved it so much we extended our stay there one more night. Unfortunately we missed the beach club (wasn’t in season yet). The staff is super courteous and friendly. Nothing :)

The staff were so kind and ? amazing! These Arlington is so comfortable everywhere. I loved their shampoo & Conditioner! The service at breakfast was very disorganized and almost too much staff tripping over each other. Overall the food wasn't as memorable as the staff, seating and great view.

View, service, facilities all exceptional. The spa was a little disappointing. And our rooms weren't together as requested but the rest was so beautiful it didn't matter.

There was even no chair in the room or a small table!! Our room was extremely below a five star standard hotel especially for the rate of about 800 Euros per night. I believe that room shouldn’t be offered to any hotel guests with a five star expectation and experience :(

A beautiful hotel with amazing views, a fantastic rooftop, and good pool and beach facilities. The complimentary shuttle was a great bonus, as the property is not located in town and the shuttle is needed to get there. Despite the hotel’s beauty, the high price tag was not worth the overall experience. There are many great alternatives available at a better value.

This hotel is excellent in every way. The property is beautiful. The service was amazing. The breakfast had so many delicious options. The shuttle is very efficient. We loved the access to the beach club and having a swim in the ocean every day. Didn’t want to leave. Thank you to Pina and the rest of the staff - they were all so genuine- kind, funny- so so friendly!! I could go on!

This property was in an excellent location with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The property was clean and had absolutely fabulous service! The staff were amazing and breakfast was wonderful! The shuttle service was a pus. The grounds was also beautiful. The beach area was breathtaking! It could be a bit noisy at night.

Nice location. Great shuttle that hotel provided to bring us in/out central town. Parking was included and provided.

The breakfast surpassed our expectations, everything from the service to the views. This is a must stay when visiting Sorrento. Honestly, the hotel has it all, service is impeccable, rooftop bar, pool, spa, private beach all inclusive and a yacht… what more do you want… close location to everything it’s a perfect stay, home away from home but better. Pick up service from the port.

The entire experience at this hotel is 5 stars. The staff, the room, the breakfast, the rooftop bar/lounge with music, and drinks, and small bites, as the sun sets is perfection. Quite literally one of the best hotel experiences I have had. A+ to the entire team! n/a
