Amazing staff. Classic building. Central location. Everything is always amazing here. We Stay at the Beacon at least once every year.

The room was perfectly designed with a large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom had everything I needed and the TV was great too. The location was ideal with plenty of shops and places you could walk to. Bathroom bench space could have been bigger.

The Starlite was awesome and top-notch and the bed was comfortable, I liked that we had a room at the end of the hall also The toilet did not work and the room was extremely expensive

Beautiful historical hotel near everything you would need or want when visiting San Francisco.

The bathtub had several chips in it and the already-annoying half way glass "shower curtain" inexplicably had a hole cut out so that the sink would get soaked during a shower along with the floor at the back. The TV was mounted at a very odd angle downward and could not be viewed from the bed. The illy coffee is one step above 7-11.

Older feeling property in a busy and loud part of town. My window wouldn’t fully close so there was a lot of noise super late and night from trash trucks etc.

Beautiful old fashioned 1920s decor, very well kept. The room was kind of small for the price.

Room was clean and spacious. We had one issue with the mini fridge making a sound and it was resolved by staff quickly. Elevator was fast and the hotel had a nice restaurant and cocktail space. Conveniently accessible to shopping and other touristy spots. Safe!
