Only stayed 1 night and it was a great place to crash!

What made this especially difficult is that my wife has a medical condition called vasovagal syncope. Sudden stress and being abruptly awakened can be particularly challenging for her, and this incident triggered symptoms related to her condition. We are not blaming the hotel for the alarm itself, but we hoped there would be some understanding and compassion regarding the impact it had on our experience. After contacting Expedia to request consideration for a refund or partial compensation due to the circumstances, we were disappointed to learn that the request was denied. We were even more disappointed by what we felt was an unprofessional and dismissive response from hotel management. We recognize that emergencies happen and it's good that there's alarms. However, the way situations like this are handled and how guests are treated afterward matters. Acknowledgment of the inconvenience and a willingness to work toward a reasonable resolution would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would be hesitant to stay here again.

Exactly what I needed. A place to rest my head and reset. Not sexy, but surely accommodating and availability fir the $$$?! Can’t beat it No parking unfortunately but they and now I, recommend parking on 7th and Market. Best bet for your dolla

Overall, this is about as no-frills as it gets, which would be fine if the rooms and sheets and shower were nicer. For what you get, it's overpriced. Everything was a little depressing. There's no staff. Everything is code locked, which is ok, but maybe they could then try harder to make the actual rooms nicer. Sheets were weird material that did not feel good. The shower was like a vertical coffin that took 5 min to get hot, with the cheapest curtain possible that leaked water on the floor. Also, cleanliness was not amazing, but there were no bad smells. All that said, I had no problems getting in and would probably stay here again in a pinch. But I'm sort of rugged like that I guess. I think a lot of people would be unhappy with the general vibe.
