Is close to stores, restaurants and general this a great place to stay ,I add one more night. ,the mattress was not even ,only one bed the other one was good

Hot and cold water was available outside the room for drinking and hot tea. Beautiful plants and pond. The restaurant opened at 7:00 AM and the food was good. Great location! No Heaters, room and restaurant were cold.

The hotel is lovely with the classic colonial architecture and with a pretty indoor garden. The room was comfy, spacious and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The internet connection was better than any other place I have stayed in San Cristóbal. The bathroom was pretty small and was not as clean as I expected. The dryer didn't work properly and had mold inside it. Finally, it is not located on one of the main streets of the downtown and it is farther than expected from it.

Nice building with lush internal courtyard gardens that make for a pretty view from the room! Location is great, just off one of the main pedestrian axes and easily walkable to everywhere we needed to get to while being very quiet and peaceful. Quite an 'old school' hotel atmosphere (decor, set up etc.) which we enjoyed. Bathroom was small, dark (window gave on to an internal shaft) and occasionally wafted bad smells from the drain but we didn't find this to be much of a problem especially keeping the door to the room closed.

Great location. Central to everything. The staff and management are super friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and very quiet. No breakfast included which is fine as there are plenty of place close by for that. A complimentary coffee would be a nice touch. In April it can be very hot but the room had no fan. The upstairs room cooled down by midnight so it was okay but a fan would go a long way.

That we stayed in their other building while our reservation was for interior green space location. Apparently it is being renovated…..
