Location Nothing

Location near main plaza and stores Wood from upper bedroom was very noisy, also room 301 (Family Suite) is located at the corner of the street and you can hear all traffic.

It was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and kind. They recommended us with the best tour guide!! FYI If you go out there ask them about the tour guide contact they have. His name is Julio and he is amazing and affordable for all the tours you’d like!! The facilities were accesible, we didn’t get to eat there but the food looked delicious. The only reason I did not give it a 10/10 because the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and hard.

The room was quiet and quite lovely and spacious. The safe wasn't working in two rooms. Therefor the room we finally got was an upgrade, but had no Wi-Fi reception. Staff were decent, but not overly hospitable.

The hotel is just one block away from the central square. The place is magnificent giving a historical ambiance. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay more days but the other places wait for us... But definitely will come back here.

Central location Room extremely far from main entrance, poor sound proofing

Excellent location and beautiful property. Comfortable and warm rooms. The lady working during the day was particularly helpful - we were especially grateful that she was able to check us in a few hours early when the guy before him said not until 3pm. Paid buffet breakfast was great, nice pressure in the shower. The inconsistencies of helpfulness of staff. The lady was way more helpful than her male counterpart who often spoke more English.

The staff is polite. The hotel is very pretty and clean! Perfect location in the heart of san cristobal. But i wasn't impressed... People talking loudly at night, sounded like they were in the room with me. I had to sleep with headphones on. The next morning a group of people kept walking up and down the corridors talking so loud they woke me up and went on for 2 hours. I know this is common education and they didn't have any, but the hotel should prevent these issues. I paid full price to sleep and rest and relax, nobody gave me a discount for not enjoying my sleep. So please, be more attentive!!! I think also some of the screaming came from the cleaning ladies.
