The location is good.. walking distance to Mercado and the central. The sitting area that is provided outside the room is spacious. I booked the basic room for the first night which I find too noisy whenever ppl walk past and the bed quality is bad. Can feel the string from the mattress. The second night I changed to an apartment which is spacious and with a small kitchen. Unfortunately the wifi was too weak to connect and the toilet room is moldy and smell from the drain. Both rooms have very bad shower water pressure and are hard to adjust to the Right temperature.

The location was good and the staff was nice. They had to move us to a diferent hotel It’s has a lot of animals at the hotel, cats walking everywhere, which isn’t nice for people with allergies, a parrot speaking all the time, the only bathroom at the hotel was on the last floor and was incredibly dirty. The room we stayed, had 5 people and 2 dogs before us, so evern after they clean the room, obviously was still dirty.

we stayed in the apartment and it was great to be able to cook oir own meals after 4 weeks on the road, eating in restaurants. the food in Chiapas has not been great, so this was a huge advantage. We checked out and left our luggage in the storage area. Then they called and we had to come back because they insisted that we remove our motorcycle from the otherwise totally empty, giant parking lot.

Hotel is close to centro san cristobal and you can easily wark around for sightseeing. I felt comfortable to saty in the hotel. saw some comentories about the hotel like wifi, hot water and so on but my experience in this hotel, everything was good and plus you can park your auto for free. I coundn't find

Nice lobby and restaurant, big bed, quick walk to Main Street, was was mostly hot. +extra and support for a lost item. no windows but that is very common in San Cristobal am.

The location. The internet NO HOT WATER They dont offer hot water in the shower. No one told me in the check in that you have to ask the recepction to turn on the healing for the shower and u have to wait, at least 40 minutes. The city is too cold these days ( november-february). I never saw this in my life!

It was located well and the staff were super nice We had no hot water and weren’t informed that we had to tell the reception to turn on the hot water when we wanted to shower. A bit of a let down.
