Large rooms Friendly and helpful staff Good location Really good food/restaurant Not really any dislikes, only minor observations: The rooms don't receive much natural light. Although I stayed in a room facing an inner courtyard with more natural light, even this room was a bit dark. In the bathroom the shower area and toilet area are divided with a glass wall, but it's lacking a door or something similar, so after a shower, the (cold!) floor on the toilet/sink side gets wet too, and the water doesn't run off somewhere making a toilet visit afterwards a bit unpleasant

Beautiful property - common areas very presentable. The restaurant food was excellent. The service - everyone was professional. The location is ideal walkable to everything. The mattresses need to be updated and some of the rooms have no outside sun light or windows.

The staff were warm and welcoming. They ensured my stay was super pleasant and were responsive to small accommodations I requested. The building is impeccably kept and the courtyard is one of the loveliest dining spaces I know in San Cristóbal.

Beautiful Spanish colonial–style building with a lovely atmosphere. The interior design blends modern Mexican style very nicely, and the garden is stylish and well maintained. The location is excellent, easy to walk around the historic center. The staff were very kind, professional, and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. A charming and well-located hotel with great design and attentive staff. A very good choice in San Cristóbal, especially if you plan early excursions. the breakfast menu options were limited, although the food itself was fresh and well prepared.

Worth mentioning lack of hot water an water pressure. But we managed and overall good experience

The location of the room was next to a very loud busy street. Luckily I am an early riser or I would have been requesting a room change because of it.

Overall a wonderful place with friendly staff in a convenient location. We had two rooms. One was more functional than the other, which had an odd and inconvenient layout. The staff was kind, but sometimes a little clueless. There was only lukewarm water in the shower, and the water pressure was weak. The parking lot is some distance away from the hotel.

Everything was exceptional, the location, the food, the service. They even contact me to send a taxi to the airport to pick me up. The decorations are beautiful.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff very welcoming. What made our stay perfect, was the top notch restaurant on site. I liked it all.

Loved everything the beds were super comfortable and all was clean The only issue was the water in the showers couldnt regulate the cold water seemed to run out

The staff is great The rooms are dark!! And have windows to the halls so you can listen everything. Honestly I couldn’t sleep because there are tours at 4:00 am and the neighbors make a lot of noise, even when I complain. The towels are dirty
