    I booked like around 1:00 p.m. or so and got there at 11:00 p.m. they said my room was booked and that they had no space, And they charged me still and I was forced to stay at motel 8 employees were not helpful and I called the manager and he was rude and no help at all

    I stayed there with my wife one night the place was filthy dirty had cockroaches Furniture inside was falling apart and I have stayed at these places before and this is the worst one I've ever seen I do not recommend this I feel the franchise needs to shut it down and redo it the city needs to shut it down nobody should be living in this place and the staff was horrible

    Stayed here for about a week while passing through town. It’s a simple, budget-friendly place, but it was clean, quiet, and felt safe the whole time. The room was kept up well and I didn’t have any issues during my stay. If you’re looking for an affordable place to sleep without any drama, this spot does the job. I’d stay here again.

    This property did not feel safe and was dirty. There was hair in the bathtub, dead bugs in the kitchen drawers, live roaches on the floor and climbing on the wall behind the headboard. There was no one at the front desk nor did they answer the phone when I wanted to check out. This was my worst travel experience ever!

    Looked old but not too terrible when we first came in. Once you step in and look to the bathroom you can see the blackstains under the rim of the toilet. Not happy but it was almost midnight and we were exhausted from being on the road all day. Started unpacking and killed a cockroach running across the floor. They kept coming from everywhere along with small flea like insects. When I went to kill one that ran under the bed...the floor under tte bed was full of food crumbs, etc. so no wonder they have a pest problem. No one booking through hotels.com should be sold a dirty, bug infested room. NoWithin minuteAstarted

    The hotel is dirty, run-down, and feels unsafe. It’s a roadside property where it looks like people actually live there, which already made me uncomfortable upon arrival. The entire place smelled strongly of cigarettes, including the room. The room itself was in horrible condition: • The bathroom door was broken and damaged • The pillowcase was stained, looking like it could be blood • The bathtub was extremely dirty and stained • Overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable To make things worse, the front desk is NOT open 24 hours. When you arrive, you’re expected to call a random cell phone number to check in, which is very unprofessional and inconvenient, especially after traveling. Noise was another nightmare. The room above mine had people running, jumping, and dragging things until 3:00 AM, making it impossible to rest. There was no staff available to help or resolve the issue. My reservation was for two nights, but the experience was so terrible that I was forced to book another hotel at the last minute just to be able to sleep and feel safe for the second night. This stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and honestly disturbing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly suggest spending a little more money elsewhere to avoid this kind of experience. I’m writing this so others don’t have to go through what I did.

You have to go buy everything to cook in the small kitchens, never cleaned the room nor provided clean towels,wash cloths,soaps and etc. Had to take out your own trash.     When we got to the room, the tv remote was just an empty box that had chew marks on it. Took it to the front desk, which i had to call a number for someone to come back. Got a different remote. Went back to room. Saw a cockroach on the floor. The bathtub was filthy. Saturday night about 8:30 pm we turned on the lights and saw multiple cockroaches (see pics). The frontdesk is closed after 10pm. Really? ? The tv antenna was on the floor. Just overall filthy and bed was uncomfortable as well.

    Do not stay there at all it's definitely not worth any of your hard on cash or debit/credit cards. Restroom door had a hole. The room temperature was like you were in a sauna day and night. The front staff said they don't have a bell hop for years now on day one of check in. The only person decent inside was the one that collected trash and or did inform maintenance issues back to management. The elevator was not operable from the 4th floor back down to first floor. The elevator was operating from the first floor to the 4th floor. There were times the elevator was not operational correctly. I even got stuck in there with no cell phone. Luckily, the phone button inside I pressed the elevator it opened. But, for a min there of course I did panic because there would not be oxygen for myself afterwards. As well as check out this Manager for seven years did tell myself verbally he would call other Wood spring Suites to let them know about myself. This Manager did like to tell me I was being aggressive when I definitely was not once at all. Imagine if I did have audio on myself this Management would be apologizing so quickly. So, most definitely someone needs to audit this place entirely from the front desk staff as well as the interior and exterior of this property entirely. Apparently, with all past and present reviews someone needs to understand some lingo that maybe someone is telling it truthfully. If anyone was aggressive was the Management himself.

    This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The shower floor was disgusting ,the paint was coming off and there was a dead roach in there . Then when the lights were off that’s when all the roaches came out . They were climbing on my luggage and everything. Worst part is i checked out early because of these issues and the hotel didn’t want to refund .

    Property looks if it was an Extended stay type of motel, Lobby or checking area has room only for one or two. You must have a key to enter after you check in. Several sign around stating that the property is not responsible for your car, which is understandable. The whole property gives you the sense that you are not safe there. Oh, Bring HotShot or Raid. In short you get what you pay for, never again.

    The room was covered with roaches which would climb into wardrobe and on u while in bed. Toilet did not work the ENTIRE MONTH STAYED AND MANAGER IS DICRIMINATING AND HAS A NEED TO NOT LISTEN TO COMPLAINTS AND EILL VIOLATE YOUR RIGHTS AND HIPPA LAW JUST TO ACCOMODATE WHAT MAINTENANCE THAT HAS BEEN IGNORED YOUR ENTIRE STAY. HE WORKS WHEN HE WANTS TO, NEVER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FIRST. WILL TELL U TO LEAVE IF YOU SPEAK UP about issues and let him know his work ethics are terrible.     The Girl at the front desk gave is room 311. When bringing out belonging to the room, I noticed that the striker on the foot was bent and probably was not working. So I slammed the door to check if it locked and she edited the room across 311. I told her that it wouldn’t lock. Her response was ,” it’ll lock from the inside.” What the hell does that mean. You might want to check for theft from her and acquaintances. Just saying.

    Checked in at this horrible hotel, you walk into the facility and it has a horrible smell, walk into my room and the bed sheets and pillow cases where full of hair. Like the last person just checked out and they just did the bed, and didn’t change out the bed sheets. Virginia front receptionist stated she trusted her cleaning people to have the room clean but did not clean the room at all, I had a bad experience at this hotel. Never booking with them again!!!

    I booked for a week and did not stay one day after seeing the room. This is a roach hotel. Roaches were in the room and in the hallways. There was an unaccompanied bed just resting in the hallway sitting in front of the elevator. They charge for extra towels. And they make you sign a nonrefundable form to avoid giving refunds for those unsanitary and dirty rooms. In addition, the countertops were old, burnt and the room was outdated. I would NEVER book there again. I checked into the hotel around the corner and was informed that 2 other guests left from that hotel as well.

    I stayed for 4 nights with my Son and although the room had a 2 burner stove, there were no dishes. We noticed the side of the fridge had probably never been wiped down, the entire hotel smelled funky, questionable people around made us feel unsafe and when I asked for fresh towels I was told by the desk clerk they didn’t do that and I would either have to pay or wash them myself. The only ok thing is everything we needed to get to was close. We ended up toughing it out since we couldn’t cancel.

    Made my reservation online with Expedia and was charged $70 smooth and effortless as always. Got to my hotel to check in and the lady claims she has no proof where I paid even after showing her my receipt and confirmation from Expedia. So I get charged an additional $60 after she told me my card wouldn’t be charged twice. Finally get checked in and when she hands me my room key she also hands me a can of spray deodorizer and says I’m being honest with you your going to need this. I’m thinking it’s just a smokers smell but omg it smelled like death. The smell was so strong in that room it gagged me and made my eyes burn. I go back downstairs to the office window to tell the lady I CANNOT stay in that room cause of the odor to find a clipboard with big bold letters that says DO NOT SELL 208. so after we exchanged conversation about how she couldn’t refund me and how there were no other rooms available I get put in room 419 which smelled as well. The whole 4th floor smells awful. The room was dirty and full of roaches. Thank god I didn’t have baggage, no telling what I would have taken home with me. Went to the store and bought air fresheners to try and mask the odors. Super noisy street traffic and trains all night long. Stopped in to rest before finishing my 7 hr drive home. Didn’t sleep cause of the smell, bugs and noise. Got taken for $130 which I will probably never see my refund. Just to note I’ve stayed here before several times with no issues but guaranteed never again.

San Antonio Woodbridge, I saw too many roaches in my room! Yuck. I stayed up all night. I did not have a relaxing night. The bathrooms, floors, refrigerators and all appliances were old and outdated! The towels looked germy and not fresh. The same thing for the neighboring company, people greeting guests upon entrance with their "Clifford the Big Red Dog Wanna Be Greeting"! Me Tinks Not! How rude, to block the entrance trying to cause a commotion with your big 100lb dawg! No! I didn't even have a relaxing shower. The bed linen was too thin, like paper! Everything screams get out of there as fast as you can and don't look back! I will never stay at the Wood Spring Suites in San Antonio ever again. What a waste of money, time and energy!? I am so disappointed. Hated every moment. I didn't even sleep. Saw two bugs crawling on the wall. One little one by the television. One tried to look at me while I was showering, crawled out of the wall by the door! Almost crawled on my showermat! (NightMare On Elm Street) And someone said that's what I get? Really! Never again. I probably would never stay on this strip on hotels again, bad area. A lot of riff raff around and on the premises. If your driving a car, maybe ok. But, I'd keep an eye on my vehicle 24/7! I wouldn't recommend this particular location

    Well first of all. The tv there was none. And when I went and got one at front desk the lady even put new batteries in it and it didn’t work the Tv. Usually when we stay in WoodSpring there is at least a hair dryer which there weren’t.

    Staff was nice. Room was filthy. Greeted in my room by 3 roaches. Had to bring my own broom and mop. Loved that it was pet friendly. The stay itself was acceptable. Only complaint is the filthy room we got.

    The place was dirty, elevator smelly and disgusting. Walls were damaged, trim falling off, and paint chipping. No trash cans in room. Toilet seat broken. Ring around the tub. We cleaned surfaces off and left the smelly place. We filed a complaint with Hotels.com.

    Well the restoom bathroom door in 131 was broken. The door sumoly did not close. The room looked too antiquated with minimum upkeep. I would not say this is 3 stars hotel, but 2. Overall, the price was competitive, but i would not stay there again.

    The bathroom door was kicked in, there was no TP, no bodywash, or shampoo at all. It was all dirty. I went to the front desk to get a refund they changed my room instead. It was better but would not stay here again.

    This hotel is mainly for people that are between housing and not for vacationers like we were. Yes the kitchen area was very nice. But not if you are traveling for vacation.

    DO NOT STAY HERE! When checking in, the staff was completely rude, asking me to stand in the hall and wait, not very friendly, and closing the window in my face. The first room we had was so infested with roaches that we left and stayed at my moms house for the night. There were also roaches in the bed. The A/C did not work, neither did the microwave. The wifi does not work. There were stains and hair on the bedding. It took 2 days to get replacement linen. I changed the sheets myself. When the problems were told to the front desk, the lady told me she was the only one there and would take care of it and I never heard from her until I called back. There was dog poop in the hallway. The room key deactivated every single day and there is never anyone at the front desk. The power went out and it took management 5 hours to move our room. The second room was better but this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a hotel.

    The front desk person was friendly. Upon checking there was police outside escorting people out of the building as well as there items. After checking in walking through middle entrance had a bad smell. The room itself was infested with cockroaches. In the bathroom on the floors and coming out of cracks in the wall. In the middle of the night a guest was screaming for about an hour in the hallway and then was later escorted out on a gurney strapped down. Definitely not a family friendly place. My daughter was horrified. The only reason we didnt leave in tbe middle of the night was because i was afraid to leave the room. Loud music was played in the parking lot all night and people were going in and out all night.

    My daughter (9) and I had what I would call an almost traumatizing experience for me and definitely left her traumatized. The manager was extremely verbally aggressive on two different occasions and physically on the second. The issue? We requested to exchange dirty towels for clean ones and toilet paper. I was told that clean linen and toilet paper were only if we paid for the "upgrade". The second time when the manager became both verbally and physically aggressive was when I requested a roll of toilet paper. My daughter and I were locked in the elevator until another guest was needing to go up! I made two separate complaints with Homewood Suites but due to there being no name, address, or phone number listed for complaints to the franchise owner aside from sending the complaints to the manager (who was the manager the complaints were against) there wasn't much else to be done.

    Took 45 mins for front desk to get off her phone. Then i got a room wirh no shower curtian Bar of soap in the tub. Poop on the toilet wall. There was small roaches all over and under the desk. I got no help. No refund. I regret. Rushing out and not takijg pictures. Wife dint want me going to jail on are vacation

    Staying in the woods would have been better. I felt like I was in an halfway house. I saw roaches in the bathroom. The tv remote only had one battery in it. The room smelled like old Smokey clothes that was left in the heat overall a really terrible place to stay in.

    The staff was good. Didn’t like the surroundings of the actual hotel. Suspicious people hanging around the property. Would of been nice to have a bit of security. The lighting wasn’t that great outside. Booked for 2 nights, but wound up checking out a day early.
