    Hotel was very nice and clean and staff was very friendly. The pool was decent but it was very humid in the pool area no air circulation. The hot tub was not working. But our biggest complaint in the mattress, it was so hard. We could not sleep it was so uncomfortable.

    Excellent customer service and very clean. When we checked in it was 30 degrees outside when we walked in the room it was 45 degrees and it took one hour and a half to get warm. Then at 3:00 am the unit moved to 50 degrees and it was ver6 cold in the room. If that would not have happened everything would have been perfect. So we did not have a good night sleep.

    Housekeeping was inconsistent — on one day towels were removed but not replaced, and supplies like toilet paper were missing. The hot tub, which was the main reason I rebooked, is still broken, and there were no towels available in the pool area. Cleanliness and upkeep were lacking overall.

    Staff was courteous and helpful. Parking included was huge plus for us. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We needed a place to sleep for a few hours before continuing our 2 day drive. We checked out very early so cannot comment on the breakfast as we left before it was available. Spa was out of order which was very disappointing as that was one main reason for booking here since we knew we’d be checking in after driving all day and would have liked a soak. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

    I felt this hotel met my needs. The staff were very nice and we had a nice quiet room. The hotel is doing some renovating, but that didn't bother us. They have a very nice breakfast and the chef is very nice. I would use this hotel again.

    terrible front desk, safety issues with room. Before, I left the hotel they knew the issues I had and I told them I was unhappy. Not one time did they offer to correct, lady just said OK. After I left hotel, I called back to speak to a manager to voice my issues again and possibly come to a resolution. Each time I called and asked for a manager I was sent to a voicemail that was full unable to take my message. Now I made a formal complaint via email to guest services Hilton. Everyone's experience is different and if my issue would have been resolved that day I would be writing a different review.

    The hotel is currently being rennovated. The 3rd floor, which was the floor of my room, was an absolute mess with debris and construction materials stacked in the hallway. I have pictures of the mess, and I would like a substantial or full refund for the poor current condition of the hotel.

    This property was smelly, dirty, felt damp and not in a good location. I felt unsafe.The remotes to the outdated tv did not work neither did the phones. I Advise the staff who came and sprayed room refresher that was dove body spray. Under the circumstance we had to leave. The hotel would not allow us to cancel our next day reservations nor provide a refund. We gathered our things and left.

    Upon arrival and getting checked i to our room, we found the room dirty, dirty brown stains on the couch, dirty bedspread. Decided to pull the sheets back on the bed inly to find hair in the bed, and dirty sheets. Went and talked to the manager and requested a refund so we could go look for another hotel only to have him tell us we would lose our money for the first nigh because we entered the room and now it was considered dirty. I told him it was dirty to begin with! Never ever will I stay at this or another Hampton Inn.

    The first room the toilet was broken so they switched us to another room. The second room the heater was working we slept all night cold and frozen. The room is not cleaned very well the window curtains were disgusting in both rooms. The carpet felt sticky the pillows were very uncomfortable. But the indoor pool was really nice.

    The property clean , the agent at checkin was not informed of happenings around town and was very rude and lazy , There was not any hot water . I took a cold shower in the morning before heading home . The beds where alright the room other than the shower not having hot water was a nice room comfortable and clean . The shower being broken was not acceptable I rented a handicapped room for my husband who is a disabled veteran . Him also having to take a cold shower was very disappointing . The shower was in all sort of disrepair.

    The water in our shower was not hot. Room 211 beds to be discounted because there is no view from the window. All you see is a concrete slab! For $150 a night, it’s a bit excessive for the view. Breakfast was nothing more that basic items. No bananas, orange juice was watered down.

    I have stayed at many hotels and this was the worst experience ever. I got there the room was hot and the desk chair was torn and worn out. I went to a funeral viewing and came back and before I left I tried to see if I could get the room cooler by Turing the thermostat down to 60 came back 5 hours later and it felt like a sauna. I went down stairs to the front desk and they fixed it right away but still I had to move my family and a baby. Worst experience ever and like I said I have stayed at all kinds of hotels and motels and this was the worst by far

    Hot tub didn’t work, room and halls smelled terrible like backed up sewer. Had a hide away bed but front desk didn’t have additional bedding or pillows. Asked for 2 towels since the room only had 2 and the front desk person was terrible to us and others in line ahead of us. Tried to order food for delivery and was told it’s unsafe to deliver there and paid $138 for the night. GM refuses to call customers back that have issues.

    Pool was horrible. It look dirty and not well maintained. I stayed here to use the pool during part of our stay and wanted to give my son who’s in the army and hasn’t swam in months a fun opportunity to swim but the pool needed general maintenance e and a significant cleaning. The room was nice with good amenities (fridge, microwave) but the hairdryer was not very powerful. Bed and linens were comfortable. Staff were friendly enough but one gave us a little eye-roll when we asked for a late check out due to flight times. She gave us 30 extra minutes (not helpful at all). They had tons of availability and it was Monday - so I don’t believe they really needed the room and we would have even paid a fee if needed.

    We had trouble with keys. They kept going out and when my daughter asked for a new one they refused needing an ID. We were locked out a few times. Also we asked for new towels and they said they were all dirty. That was a first for me.

    Overall not a bad stay. My only issue was that I got a room that had bedbugs. This resulted in me having to discard a bunch of my stuff and taking a bunch of steps to keep from infesting my home upon return. The staff did come in and take it serious when reported. GM also gave me a refund but it sucked either way. If not for this inconvenience I would of rated a lot higher.

    When we arrive the front desk person decided they didn’t want to be at work anymore. There was a security guard trying to figure out how to check guests in, but didn’t have the log in information or the training. The GM was contacted several times in order to resolve the issue(s), and he never responded. We were never checked in.

    The front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. What we did not like is the bathroom. Overall, it needed a very good cleaning. The little drain circle in the sick was so gross. The floor around the tub was lined with heavy dust/dirt. The carpeting in the outside hallway is buckled and looks tired. Only one elevator was working and it was very slow. Usually we like Hampton Inn, but we would never stay at this one again.

    Clean, the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit! Staff was super nice, great location! Everything perfect except the beds, they need new mattresses, super hard. I would stay here again, but I would bring an egg crate topper!

    To start, there was a large stain one one bed spreads and a cigarette burn on the other. The walls were dirty. The sheets didnt look so clean. The room phone didnt work. When i asked for a new comforter, they just brought an extra blanket, and didnt take the previous one. Breakfast was so so. Potatoes were hard, bacon was salty. Lastly, there was four of us and only three towels. When i asked for fresh towels the next day, they said they were completely out and it would be 2 hours before they had any more clean ones.

    Staff was friendly and greeted us upon check in, area is not as nice or safe as advertised, room was meh, bathroom had a lot of mold/mildew, AC worked mediocre, bed was extremely uncomfortable (hard and wire spring feeling), all night party allowed a few doors down with loud guests and music.

    Hotel was great, comfy, and clean. Location was a bit scary at first but we made it through the night just fine. Pool was heated which the kids loved! Breakfast was good they had alot of options. Only issue i had was with checkin when I arrived the room wasnt ready and they also wanted a $75 pet fee for my yorkie. I had read online it was $50 . The lady did honor the $50 for me and i agreed to wait an extra 30 min for our room to be ready once I showed her where it was posted online. Unfortunately later in the night the guy who came in to work fromt desk called and asked me to come pay again as they had only taken $25 of the $50 needed. I was kind of irritated as i am sure that couldve been done at checkout but i still went and got it done. Overall i would say its a good place to stay and i would again.
