Management was nice and acted fast when I let them know that the carpet was soaked when we checked in apparently the AC unit was leaking. After they moved us to another room and this room had black mold, and the ceiling was ripping in the bathroom and when we first walked into the hotel, it smelt like dirty diapers. We actually had to go to the dollar store to buy some deodorizer and disinfectant for the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE.DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. This property is not as advertised. The hotel is old and run down. The hot tub was not running and hasn't for some time. The pool was considered by staff to be working but was milky colored, and the bottom not visible. The hallways were filthy. The elevator had spilled cereal and pistachio shells in the corners for the entire 4 days we were there. We were scheduled to stay an extra night but left early. The ac unit in our room worked well, but was loose in the wall and the front panel fell on me when I went to adjust the temps. The words "F*ck you" were carved into the plastic plate covers and there were stains all over the walls and ceilings. It is not an easy location to get to currently. The interstate is being worked on and the construction is a giant mess. Breakfast consisted of powdered scrambled eggs, tater tots, and slices of standard sandwich white bread. Some jellies, butter, and coffee. Even after expressing our concerns after check in, we were dismissed and no remediation was even close to being offered. Stay far away from here. I almost forgot! There's also black mold around the windows 😃

Nothing, the entire stay was horrible. The room was filthy. The entire hotel had a terrible odor. The AC in the room did not work. The breakfast was disgusting.

Check in was smooth, friendly and very well explained. The room had a lot of space and an extra sink with a mini living room area. The bed was comfortable enough and the shower had good temperature. Breakfast was okay, could be better and the pool was good. The jacuzzi was out of service but it was also dirty with some trash.

It was a good location and reasonably priced. There were plenty of food options around the hotel. The king suite was very roomy. The bed was very comfortable and they make sure that you have plenty of pillows to sleep. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful when you had questions. Wasn’t anything that would make me not stay again. Would go back in the future.

With housekeepers they still just come in you room when you didn’t ask for room service.

I loved the service. Thank you to Ace. He was extremely friendly and understanding. I loved the big room and how comfortable the beds were. I loved that there was no fee for parking. Parking was free. Breakfast included in the price. Very nice and affordable. Thank you highly recommend. The pool was empty and green on the little one and the big one was super full and also green tinted definitely not usable. This was disappointing because my kids were looking forward to using the facilities the site said were available and it was unlocked. Wondering if people actually swim in the green pool. I took pictures of it. The breakfast did not have waffles available for some reason also something my kids looked forward too. No yogurt or fruits or meat option.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; especially Ace in the front desk who personally made sure that everything was perfect for me. Also, my room was clean and well-maintained and I felt welcomed throughout my stay.

I love this hotel super clean, staff is so nice. Every time Im in town i stay here I feel safe n love how clean it is.

Very nice and attentive staff. They had a nice breakfast and the housekeeping was excellent although to get housekeeping you have to request it a day in advance if you're going to want it.

Breakfast was minimal only had scrambled eggs & tater tots. There was a bread selection only had white. No breakfast meats, oatmeal, yogurts, or fresh fruits. Cereal was either reg flakes or raisins brand. Juice had a wired taste. Building and rooms need a better remodeling & walls in rooms need to be clean as well as pictures hanging for decor. Tv was a bit small for size of room slept in. Air condition did work great & had room nice & cool that was a plus!

Could have provided more breakfast meats, like sausage or bacon but other than that everything was fine!

The bed was horrible and uncomfortable. Nothing was clean or smelt clean. Pool was gross hot tub was broken still had some dirty water in it. Breakfast was not good. Everything way outdated

It was an old hotel. In our room, the walls had been repaired, the couch had stains, the carpet was very old and had a strange odor. All the furniture was never updated, it looked like the original furniture from the 80s. Even the ceiling had the old style popcorn texture. The lobby has been updated so that throws you off, but the rooms needed a lot of updates.

Place is in need of repair on nearly everything. Owners were friendly enough and the hotel was conveniently located next to Fort Sam, but the highway noise and train whistles were over the top. Hot tub inoperative, which was frankly the biggest reason I chose this place.

AC worked fine. Never used the hot tub. Hotel is been not been well maintained.

They were very accommodating to my situation (messed up flight and had 2 bookings) close to the airport and the river walk! Not fancy but nice and a really good value! Rocky was on point with the check out! And the girl that seems to work 24/7 was so sweet and very helpful overall a really good stay! Just don't park under the trees the birds and bird poop was really bad lol

One of the reasons I booked the hotel was for the hot tub and the pool and hot tub were closed no sign or anything saying that it was closed or when it would be back open. You should not advertise an amenity that you do not currently offer that’s called false advertisement. And also the breakfast is super basic for the price of the room no meat no bread options other than white toast

The morning breakfast was bad the waffle machine was burning the waffles and only one waffle maker for the hotel. The coffee was cold. Staff were not friendly. In the morning. I’m a morning person. Last time I stay at la Quetta Hotel .

Hash browns were not fresh. Just not at all a good selection of food. Bed was fine. Hotel is old but not bad for a nights stay. 2 vehicles were broken into by shattered glass in the back parking lot.

The lights in the room worked the first time I turned them on as soon as I turned them off then turned them on again they didn’t work. Had a lot of trouble with our door lock not accepting the room key.(did not touch key to my phone). The elevator took forever to open the door needs worked on.

The elevator is missing peices, and no ac, the light doesn't work to let you know what floor your on, and the inspectionsticker in conveniently not located in the elevator. Hallway smells worse than entrance. Have to use extra card key to keep the room Power on.Wires exposed on the wall. Floors not vacuumed nor have the vents or ceiling lights been cleaned. Lighting is horrid, just 1 yellow light bulb in the lamp. Bathtub was not clean, looks like maintenance is working on something. Bedding had dark stains on it and ant bodies on it. The walls have suff marks all through out. The door latch has been broken in half.

The pool was "closed to maintenance"

The room and facility were not clean. The toilet was clearly used upon arrival and the hallway carpet smelled of mold.

Pool is out of service and would not provide a refund. They were lying about why the pool was not working. Day and night receptionist had different stories. All the carpet throughout the hotel is visibly old and damaged. Lobby, elevator, hallways and 1 of our rooms were hot. Told the receptionist about the hot room, she said the maintenance person would check it but never arrived. We went and told her again after several hours and she said to give it time. We had already been there for 6 hours. The A/C was not working. The A/C on the other room was leaking and carpet was soaking wet. One of the clean white shower towels had brown stains. Ice machine had no ice. This was simply a horrible 1 night stay experience. They offered to give us a discount on the next stay but there will not be a next time for this hotel.

The bathroom and shower had not been cleaned. Trashed had not been taken out from previous people. The shower had hairs on the wall from previous people. We had gotten there too late that all we wanted was some rest. But it would have been nice if the room had been cleaned prior our arrival. Only thing cleaned was the bed made

I have never been to a hotel this bad. The sheets and pillows were stained and had burn holes. The couch was so dirty you couldn't sit on it. The tv in the bedrooms was small and low to the floor ypu couldn't watch it laying down. Outside people walking around wanting money and stuff made it feel unsafe when you are alone. The door was not sealed all the way and it made me feel like someone could be peeping in on me. I stayed 1 of 3 nights and still waiting doe manager to call me or refund me. 😒

Given a room upon arrival, no lighting in bathroom, dirty sheets with stains, possibly bugs under mattress. I asked for another room and the 2nd room needed vacuuming, only 2 table lamps for lighting in the room. No lighting in the bathroom only a standing lamp. 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for 2 people. The elevator was dirty and felt unsafe. The hotel was dirty all around, carpeting, walls, and odor. The swimming pool was out of order, no hot breakfast and was not told any of this upon arrrival.
