Upon arriving,was greeted with a rude man telling me I couldn't check in until 3pm and to go somewhere else,when I show him my reservation and date he accepts it and I ask him why is he being so rude and he tells me to go somewhere else, again.I tell him I have already paid and request a room that I have stayed in before he responds with no it's blocked if I don't like it the go somewhere else.Finally I get a room and go to sleep upset that he could have kicked me out.

Safe, as clean as can be given the facilities, responsive and understanding staff, and everything works, all for a reasonable price despite having booked at the last minute? This is the perfect place to sleep and not have to worry about the details or the price, especially for the area. It’s a classic roadside motel; there are going to be a few stains and you’ll have to leave the A/C on all night in the summer. But the sheets are immaculate, and everything else is as clean as possible, with no sign of motel wildlife in sight!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The owner/manager started off nice, but a few days inn and watch out! We were staying here waiting for our apartment to be finished. They charge and charge and charge late fees -- and the amount changes according to their mood. And do not ask for towels, toilet paper, sheets, or anything else that "housekeeping" would normally do, if the door to housekeeping is closed. Even though that door is right outside if the owner/manager's back door. They will bite your head off! The owner/manager lives on property. Every hotel I have stayed at, you can request anything at anytime without a problem-- that's what you are paying for. And privacy, you DO NOT get that at this hotel. They watch the cameras 24/7 because you are not allowed visitors! They insist on daily housekeeping service to be nosey! Our microwave started shooting sparks and I took it to the manager and he said i broke it because it wasn't clean. Because of this they wanted to immediately inspect the room. The microwave doesn't shoot sparks out of the side because it's dirty. My partner was sick on that day and after being accused of breaking the microwave, I lost it and so my partner gets out of bed while sick and goes to the office. When he was telling them about the microwave, they asked why he was sleeping all day. He said he was sick and had a medical/disabling condition, which he willing disclosed to them. AND WHO CARES IF I AM SLEEPING ALL DAY! I PAID FOR THE ROOM! ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! At that point they went to get their daughter, whom works in the "medical field". Claiming she knows about his condition/disability and that wasn't the problem. But they still insisted on an inspection. FINE! The manager brought the microwave to the room, with daughter in tow.

Its cheap, right in front of a bus stop and close to few restaurants but the room smelled really bad, plus the water in the shower had some smell. The bed sheets and pillow cover were so dirty. With stains. If the basics have been taken care of this motel can be so good

It was easy to find, pretty quiet. The beds were comfortable. The rooms smelled of marijauna and there was hair all in the bathroom and floor.

It was horrible not enough toilet paper we shouldn’t have to buy our own. We ask for a handicap room because my husband is disabled, and the manager said the room that we got was handicapped. I ask for my money back because we didn’t stay the whole 5 nights. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. See the pictures cigarette burns in on the blankets nasty stains on the floors.

Today at checkout asked about staying another night. Man tell me $91. Went on line shows $54. Getting in car man goes u not staying I told him no cause of price. He goes $80. Nope I paid $64 how about $70. No thank you.

Which it wasn't the housekeepers fault because if it a non smoking room than it shouldn't smell like that. We stayed because other places were sold out at that time. Thank God for my Poop Purri spray that I had that it saved us from staying in the car.

Its a quiet area, and its a small hotel.. very peaceful.

We booked a non smoking room but the whole thing smelled like stale cigerette smoke the whole trip, and there were multiple burns on the pillows and blankets. Limited parkimg and onlynone way out. The staff was friendly and did room service. Happy about that. The ac was cold at night. It was ok overall. Probably wont stay again. Paid too much in my opinion.

As soon as you drive in it's a nightmare only one way in and one way out no security no windows it looks just like a place to make a horror movie. Someone opened my door I was not secure. I paid too much. Not worth it. Not safe. Unhappy...

The room was clean, but outside quite a few other rooms had stuff (chairs, shoes, trash) outside of them.

This place was horrible we felt unsafe and the owner made us give him $50 cash on top of what we paid hotels.com to stay. All other hotels were booked so we had no choice but to pay the additional money

My stay at Travel Inn San Antonio was good. The only issue I had with them was that they couldn't find my online reservation at first and gave me a hard time about it. But they were able to find it and it was good afterwards.

Location was very bad, rooms stunk like cigarette, asked for a non-smoking, last room we got moved to was very dirty, had to leave to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

Property showed a pool which it did not have.

Very dirty and rude staff

The staff checking is in was pleasant. However, you do not get your monies worth. The duvet had multiple holes from being burned. There was also a giant roach and exoskeletons of other bugs/ beetles. It smelled old and although the site says wifi, we were never able to connect.

If it were not the only room available in San Antonio that I could find, I would have left when I realized the air conditioner wasn’t working. Never again will I trust Expedia unless I know the property.

This place was terrible. Normal rate is $49-$65 a night but for some reason the room rate had jumped to $250 a night. For a $250 a night hotel I don’t expect someone using the parking lot as a personal mechanic shop. Not to mention the “call girl” getting out of a “callers” car. We still gave the place the benefit of the doubt only to find cigar burns on the bed sheets. The “non-smoking” room smelled as if it was a “smoking” room. We only stayed in the room 5 minutes before we decided to leave and just drive back home, which is a 2 1/2 hr drive. I turned in the key and let the night staff know for reason stated above we wouldn’t be staying. We then left the premises. I called for a refund and was told by the manager I wouldn’t be getting a refund because she went and looked at my complaints and things to her were fine. I asked her about the mechanic in the parking lot and she said “if my car wasn’t working what would I do”.. I told her I would be calling roadside assistance and have my vehicle towed. She then told me not everyone can do that. To make a long story short I would not recommend this place to an enemy. I can’t believe @Hotels.conmwould even consider his place to be a reputable place to partner with.

I didnt like anything about the property the rooms smelled crime all around the area and got woke. Ip by the sound of bamging on the door told it was checkout time
