It wasn’t terrible dirty but it could be cleaner. Small flying bugs in the room I’m assuming from the pipes. The breakfast area floor has been neglected and was supper sticky. So was the elevator floor. Very thin walls and so many loud people. For a place to sleep for one night it was good for that. Beds are also loud and not very comfortable. Also mystery grease stain on head board

Our room was in the back and it was pretty quiet. The room was clean. Staff was superb.

Carmen was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We left very early for my son's Air Force graduation, the hotel made sure we received a paper bag breakfast. I liked the location of the pool, access was only available from inside the hotel. Nothing really. The bathroom could of been a bit bigger.

We were in San Antonio of for my sons graduation from Air Force basic training. The date was uncertain so my wife booked the res for 2 days more than the actual stay. I tried to change this online and in person and they would not allow. Please reverse charges for 2 days I did not use. $252.00 to my card of record it was an unacceptable property.

The room was beat up looking. Furniture had nicks all over, bathroom sink was cracked, light broken, stains on walls, and on our last day we had no hot water or water pressure.

The location to the air force base was great! Less than 5 mins away, very little traffic. The room we stayed in was very old and in need of renovations. Doors and frames were cracked and broken. Room was very ‘wet’ feeling. There was a rip on the couch cushion.

We stayed for my son’s graduation at Lackland AF Base and the hotel had grab & go breakfast ready for us one of the days which was nice.

Property was okay.

The proximity to Lackland Air Force base. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had a unique smell almost musky.

Location...snacks for graduation breakfast...customer service at the desk... Shower in room 216 drips instead of spraying with force...there were no TV channel guide to seek your special channel without searching for a guide on tv.

The stay was good and the room is very neat.

The location was a good distance from the places we planned to go. The hot tub and pool was clean and nice. The breakfast had a few options of foods, but was not good, the entire hotel was hot, and the staff didn’t attend us properly. The lady at the front desk told us to leave the room keys in the box and we could leave, but she left to do another task before letting me ask for my cash deposit back and ignored me when I tried to ask for the deposit. So I had to wait about 10 minutes for her to return to the front desk and then I was able to ask for my deposit and get properly checked out so I could leave. There was two other families who were also waiting to get checked out during that time.

The hotel has a great location for SeaWorld, however the pool area could use some updates and while we there the smoke alarm went off for about an hour. But was resolved.

It’s a knarly motel. It is what it is. The pool is kinda swampy. The sun never hits the pool so it’s cold. Hot tub jets don’t work but it is hot. The first 3 rules of the pool have to do with defecating in or around it so it makes you think they’ve had problems before. It no better or worse than most motels outside a military installation. You CAN get to the gate quickly from it.

If you are visiting San Antonio for a BMT graduation, the location is convenient . The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean , otherwise the hotel is very outdated and the breakfast is awful .

Great place to stay if you need to be close to Lackland AFB! Super comfortable and clean stay with friendly staff. Was safe too!

Pool and hot tub disgusting. Fixtures in room were rusting. Light fixture cover missing. Floor and bedding nasty. No top comforter. Room was humid even after adjusting thermostat. Bed sheet had a hole in it. Pillows were flat. Workers were not friendly or helpful. Heard other customers complaining. Fence in parking lot was broke and leaning over. Gates to parking lot bent and broken. Extremely dissatisfied. I wouldn’t even consider eating breakfast, oh cereal containers were empty. Don’t stay here!

Hotel confirmed I would have an ajoining room with my son and granddaughter to assist with her care. When I arrived, we found we were on opposite sides of the hotel. This was frustrating because I stayed in touch with the hotel to confirm.

The breakfast was decent, however, there was no bathroom door…it is in a pretty sketchy side of town…like I didn’t feel safe to go out to my car by myself at night and neither did my husband. Both the pool and hot tub were green and dirty looking. I won’t stay at this hotel again.especially for the price we had to pay.

The location is close to the Lackland AFB. Quiet part of town. They knew we would be up and out early for graduation, so they provided goodie bags of snacks to take since we would not be there when breakfast was served.

The breakfast was good and fresh. The rooms was clean, the workers was great. The only problem I had in my room was the microwave didn’t work or my refrigerator. But when I told them they came right away and took care of it without and attitude. I love the stay because it was like 4 minutes maybe to the Air Force Base. My son will be there til August so I will be coming back to stay there

ONCE I ARRIVED SAM AT FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEN I WALKED INTO MY ROOM AND I SEEN MY TOILET SEAT HAD URINE STAINS. I QUICKLY WENT DOWN STAIRS AND NOTIFY SAM AND HE SEND HOUSKEEPER TO CLEAN ONCE AGAIN. THE POOL WAS GREEN AND THE HOT TUB, THE PERSON WHO IS IN CHARGE SHOULD MAKE THE POOL AREA A LITTLE BIT MORE APPEALING. OTHERWISE THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY STAY 1 NIGHT. BUT SAM IS A GREAT PERSON AND ON IT.

The breakfast room was slightly clean. The bar stools fabric was busted up; gross. Only one 1/2 decent thing at breakfast, the waffles; that my granddaughter enjoyed making. The coffee was awful! The hotel was nothing like the pictures! It was dirty! It is in a horrible area! The view was horrible! There was dirt in the corners of the floors of the hotel room, the bathroom, and the breakfast area! The bottom of the air conditioning unit was broken of exposing wiring and dirt! I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HOTEL AND THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THE PICTURE ON THIS PAGE OF THE HOTEL IS A LIE!

Wish breakfast was earlier knowing a majority of their guests are there for the BMT Graduation.

This was a great choice close to Lackland AFB. I will be recommending it to others. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. My only real issue with the hotel was that the bathroom was always wet. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the floor never dried completely and the towels never dried completely. There was no mold though. So it was just an inconvenience.

I liked the location how close it was to the airforce base, I also like that they had a refrigerator and microwave,, and they had items and snacks that you can buy I didn't like the linen. My sister and I itched and scratched both days from two different beds. The hotel itself smell funny where there was carpet, lyrics for clean towels only left out the first day and I had to call back again later on that night for fresh towels, pool dirty, went to get hot water for tea and it came out Brown like they just switch the coffee and teapot and then clean out either one. We worry the Bell to check out the receptionist lady was in the back sleep the only way we got her attention is because the security guard came from outside throwing in the bell and calling her name.

Mold spots in the shower, dust spots above the bed and rust on the table lamps.There was no iron in the room, they sent me back to check after telling them. Went back to say no its not there, they gave me one they grabbed from behind the counter took it to the room and it didnt work. I took it back to the front they said they would bring one to my room. 10 hours later and the next day I had no iron into the next day. I went to front desk to where staff responded as if I was bothering her and not telling the truth. She gave me an iron but the water cover was broken which leaked on my clothes. I was given only one wash cloth in the bathroom and the wall light had no cover on it which was super bright and blinding. I paid $35 extra to check in early which was at 1:30pm in which I feel was a waste of money. I initially didnt stay my second night, I put my access key in the express checkout box because no one was at the front desk as I waited and even rang the bell.

This place was ok to stay in for 1 night. Wifi was down and so it took a long time to get checked in. Our room had silverfish bugs and was overall very worn.

My room was quite clean and staff was always quite responsive and nice. But...there was no blanket on my bed so I had to ask for one. There was no extra toilet paper so I had to ask for some to be sent to room,so had some when I ran out. I would have liked just a plain soap bar for washing my hands. But everything was in containers that you had to figure out how to use located on the shower wall. Television didn't work so called and they came and found it unplugged. Again, though, I would recommend this place just for the kindness of the staff adn cleanliness of the rooms and area. I only ate breakfast there once...it was fine. I was there for my grandson's graduation from basic training at Lackland and had to leave very early in AM. They made a snack bag with a small water since it was before they served breakfast. I thought that was very thoughtful!!

That morning, they probably cleaned and rented that night. Breakfast was precooked sausage left in a crock pot. Trash in hallway. Someone had thrown chicken bones in the hallway that was there midday when I was there to get something in room and later that night returned and still there. Location was great for going to graduation at Airforce Base.

Its a very acceptable hotel. If you go in with regular expectations then it delivers. The pillows/ bed and sheets are all acceptable. The 2 queen bed room accomadates 4 easily. The tv is large and mounted. The bathroom is alittle interesting of a design, the shower head is waterfall and excellent pressure(though too close to the wall) making it a slightly awkward affair. The breakfast is okay, there's juices, grains (bread bagels) protein(eggs, sausages) good coffee. All in all it was a brief but comfortable stay. My only complaints were mentioned and they are slow to reverse deposits(still waiting on mine)

This hotel was extremely accommodating and provided all the extras for families of airmen. They made us feel special the minute we walked in providing flag pins and congratulations. The biscuits and gravy were great! My only suggestion for making things better would be to provide larger trash bags or receptacles due to the periodic cleaning schedule. This property goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property was not what was described . We drove into the location and someone has crashed into the gates. The place looked very run down with no pool like In the back. Photos on line are not what it looks like.

Bathroom had some black mold which I did report. Someone had smeared what looked like snot on one of the walls. Lack of upkeep in general, stained carpets, strange smell from AC unit.

The property is very close to Lackland AFB, which was why we chose it. There is a Denny's restaurant less than a mile away. It is about 15 miles from San Antonio so the only reason to stay would be to go to the base.

Our stay was nice. Staff were nice for the most part. There was no blow dryer in room and they couldn’t help me with that. We had to ask several times to get help but other than that it was ok. Thanks

Everything was great except the elevator. Was having issues and my sister has bad knees so uncomfortable for her. Staff was amazing though!!

Pool/spa was not clean.. the couch was being held at one corner with a rock our door was hard to lock. The gym one of the trendmills belt was ripped.

We had an issue with the shower on the first night and made them aware and they got right on it the next day.

Property is outdated. Not very clean.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very convenient for a wedding we attended in regards to destination.. we will definitely book there again if we travel near the area.

Rooms were nice and clean. Front desk were super nice and friendly breakfast was decent. The only thing it would of been nice fresh towels daily. I staid for 3 days. But everything else was nice.

We had a most enjoyable stay at Country Inn and Suites! Everyone was friendly and accommodating to our travel needs. The only problem that one of the beds in our room was very squeaky. Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice location for base

Pool was closed every day but the last day we was in San Antonio would have been a great place besides the pool being out of order!

What really stood out, though, was the pool area. It was well-maintained, spacious, and had a relaxing atmosphere that felt more like a resort than a typical city hotel. There were plenty of loungers, and the surrounding area was landscaped nicely, making it a great place to unwind. If you’re looking for a reliable place to stay with a surprisingly impressive pool, this hotel is a solid choice. I’d consider staying again just for that.

The property was generally pleasant and comfortable, and the service was satisfactory. However, the bathtub shower was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the bed comforter and one of the pillows had noticeable yellow stains, which was disappointing. Given the price paid, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and overall quality.

The location of this hotel is recommended for those who are attending the BMT graduation. A go to hotel for airforce trainees and families.

In a sketch neighborhood. The room was dirty with old furniture. The bathroom tub finish was chipping and all over the floor. The toilet was cracked. Walls had marks all over them. In the bathroom it looked like poop was on the wall in several spots. The breakfast was decent scrambled eggs and sausage patties, Bagles, and waffles. A few kinds of cereal. Hot tub was closed but pool area was pretty dirty so we didnt swim there.

Pool was green entire 3 days we were there. There was garbage outside the pool nobody ever picked up. The bed had springs sticking out and it hurt my back. The staff was nice at check in and breakfast was good. Room was clean. Super disappointed in the pool.

My stay was good. Breakfast was served and surprisingly it was hot breakfast. Different options to choose from. My room was clean. The only thing I didn’t have enough face towels. But other than that, I’ll definitely book again.

They charge for parking apart from your room charge. Conveniently across from a restaurant. Facilty was musty carpet was damp there were ants on the window near the AC.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was unkept and dirty. The hot tub was empty and not operating. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Th tub was clogged and the water slow to go down. The fridge was leaking. The air conditioning unit was leaking.

That being said, the tile divider was falling off so would catch when you walked though, door chain/bar was broken and missing, refrigerator was missing a leg so nearly fell over any time you’d open the door.

Excellent service and quiet place

The staff was amazing! Fast friendly service! The only things that I didnt like was many of the outlets didnt work and the 2 USB plugs didnt work. However they did accomadate us with plugs for our cords. Overall, it was perfect though because it was so close to Lackland AFB, which made it so easy to go back and forth for the graduation ceremonies.

When we arrived, we found out that the pool was not available. We arrived in the afternoon of a Tuesday. It was not available until late on Thursday. I understand maintenance however I wish we would’ve known this in advance. Also, when we did get to use the pool. It appeared that it could use a good sweeping around the outer perimeter of the pool area. Also in our room room 223. I moved the chair to read a little bit easier and found a dead cockroach behind the chair. I covered it with the floor lamp because cockroaches creeped me out. Other than that all was OK.

Mi experiencia fue fatal, debido a que reservé, y por un accidente no lograba llegar a tiempo, decidí llamar para cancelar la reservación de dos días y ésta me fué negada, luego contacté para cambiar la reserva para el próximo fin de semana y también me lo negaron, no pudieron reembolsarme ni un 50% Del dinero, por ende me siento estafado y NO recomiendo en lo absoluto este hotel porque es un percance que a cualquiera le puede suceder y perderían el dinero en su totalidad.

I chose this property because I was traveling with a toddler and the rooms on the internet looked pretty big, and they showed a wide array of food for breakfast, along with the sparkling pool. When we arrived, the room had an awful smell to it, the pool was closed, the bathroom was dirty, the walls were cracking, the phone didn't work, there was no streaming service on the TV, the hairdryer was broken, the floors were dirty, turning our feet black. Not to mention it was SMALL! I went to the front desk to voice my concerns, they didn't really seem to care, they had the housekeeper clean our bathtub, but come to find out the shoe mark and other dirty spots were stains, they unplugged the phone and said I needed to just call using my cell phone, as for the pool gave me the option to go next door to an indoor pool at another hotel. I had no choice but to stay here for the remainder of the week, since it was graduation week for the AirForce all other places were sold out. Don't stay here go to an Air BnB. I am seeking a refund through coorporate.

The only problem this stay was the swimming pool was out of commission. The room are always decent definitely need some up grading but overall pleasant and staff is always helpful.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They had breakfast for free early in the morning which helps if you’re going to a graduation on base, I just wish they had more food options like lunch or dinner. The room was clean, the bed was so so soft. I felt safe the whole time there even though I did have a door lock on but still nobody ever bothered me. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. I’d definitely go back.

I found a roach in the lobby so I was just wondering about. The door handle of my bathroom was broken could be better.

We loved the staff and their willingness to accommodate and serve. My onlly complaint was a very unsafe bathtub that was slippery.

Staff very friendly and friendly at the reception the lady was so helpful and serviceable. Breakfast included. Breakfast was good and very great. Enough to eat. Waffles mmm. I can write and write and write. Overall recommended to all. Though not everyone will see what I saw but check it out.

Super friendly we where there for military graduation

The hotel was convenient to my mom’s rehab facility and the people that worked there were all nice thank you!!!

TV remote stopped working our first night. Front desk rep swapped out the AAA batteries. No improvement. Had to manually turn channels and power on/off TV. Cleaning staff very courteous. Front desk personnel greeted us every time we entered building. Breakfast was tasty

Hotel has easy access to highway and and to get food. Very close to the Lackland base.

The room was a bit cramped , the hotel seemed pretty much empty but the rooms above us were occupied by apparently large people who were somewhat noisy at strange hours . The toilet was cracked and i was genuinely concerned it would break and fall apart but it didn’t. Food was ok and staff was very helpful and polite. The building seems tired from use but very clean . Amy checked us in and was excellent and friendly. The area was optimal but location was.

Easy check in they. Do have a security guard on property patrolling the parking lot which is nice. Rooms are great also. Great stay.

The rooms are cleaned every 3rd day and the hotel had no resturant in house. The building is ild and the rooms need to be updated.

The staff were pleasant but didn't pass along issues from one shift to another. We had a broken toilet seat the entire time. Reported it to the staff but they never came and fixed it or offered to change our room. Actual hotel was clean but old in appearance needing paint and replacing of rusty light fixtures in room. Outside our window was an abandoned homeless camp. Could see all the junk and trash.
