Barely had any running water, bed was so noisy. Good thing we were only there a few hours.

I would recommend strong avoid. As we walked to the room, we were greeted by a very large rat at the bottom of the stairs. We had two rooms, both of them had large dead cockroaches on the floor, and the floors had not been cleaned for a long time. The water came out dark grey and brown at first. The AC Unit was really difficult to control the temperature. My daughter got bit by bed bugs or fleas. A lot of bites!. When we go in our car this morning, it was full of ants from the parking lot.

Nothing Staff, the rules to the motel were changed daily, polices were never allowed with each staff member .

I don’t think you will find another Studio 6 in the area that is well maintained and clean like this one. The staff is amazing as well.

Stove was messed up, light bulb didn't work and the front desk charged my card when i said i wanted to pay cash. That messed with my $. Would never stay again.

The room should not be available there was no smoke alarm towel racks in the restroom was hanging off the wall ready to fall at any giving moment the stove was missing the knobs the light switch near the stove was completely gone the hot water knob on the vanity faucet broken to the point it would come off when I would try to turn on the water the cold water knob was really loose towel hooks in the vanity area were hanging so bad I couldn't even hang my towels restroom door on the inside and corner of the wall were stained with what looked like lipstick the walls in the shower need to be resealed with silicone and someone had a dog that barked all night and day the dresser drawer was broken

A basic motel at a reasonable price, and a convenient location. Getting to downtown San Antonio took about a 10 min drive. The online description indicated that room came with a kitchentte, It did, but was totally bare. Not even a paper cup for drinking.

10 min drive from the river walk. My room was very clean and the staff accommodated an early check in.

Room is dirty. It has cockroach and roach black dirt on cabinets and room corners. Sink smells like roach when using it. Toilet bowl is old and rusty tissue holder. Microwave is dirty, same as as the stove in the mini kitchen. Bed is hard and squeaks. Aircon is good though.

I'm sorry, what?? My sister was in my room with her boyfriend and I was in the room the whole night, and the whole morning, save for about 30 minutes when I ventured out for donuts. The management is insane, I would just avoid. There are plenty of other places you can stay for less and get a better value.

The room was actually pretty neat in that it had a separate room with a futon and fridge. I have back problems and I honestly woke up with a stiff back but that could've been caused by my long drive out there from the Valley...

We had a microwave and a small fridge, even though the reservation said it was going to be a kitchenette. We thought we were gonna have at least one burner to cook on. When I asked about it, they said it would be a $10 a day extra to get a kitchenette room.

The ad online shows each room with a kitchen, there are not! The fire alarm was hanging by one wire, i opened the window to freshen the room, and it wouldn't close. My daughter & I are currently living here, after my divorce we had no where to go. Other than some roaches here & there, & some of the staff being a little rude. My daughter & I really like it. I got myself some roach killer spray & just try to go to pay my stay when I know the friendlier staff is there. I like how lighted it is at night. Prices are and area are great. Thank you.

The air conditioner decided to go out in this unforgiving heat. I let the helpful owner know. Within the hour I had a new air conditioner unit delivered by the friendly and hard working maintenance guy.

Bed was uncomfortable feeling, pillows are very warn out to which meant little to no cushion to them, seal around door was non existent since could see & feel all outside air and room was hard to cool because of it, room ac had to be turned down to 65 degrees to even have room cooled at end of day of being outside in Texas heat, room lighting was very low dim so not very well lit had to turn on ALL lights to see anything going on in room.

We were attempting to stay somewhere reasonably priced, and what appeared to be in the reviews as descent with pictures of the rooms appearing to be nice. Well the only positives, no bugs and good price for a two week stay @640$ Our room was poorly lit, there were only four usable outlets. One in the bathroom, kitchen area, by the door and one at the nightstand. With three phones to plug in, my laptop and printer for home schooling and business purposes, it was less than ideal or convenient. The AC stops getting cold at night, the burners in the kitchen are set on a wall timer that had no knob and only one knob to use for both burners, the sink was backed up with a hyperdermic needle in the kitchen, no hot water in the kitchen sink either. We had to do dishes in the bathroom sink where the hot water did work. Complaints were addressed with no satisfactory results. To top off what was already a horrible experience our Hyundai Veloster was stolen as we slept. My husband got up for work only to find it gone. There appear to be cameras all over and was informed that only 4 work and they didnt get a good angle of it being taken. To sum it all up, should you be in need of a place, Id find somewhere e

Place needs a makeover. The room I got was a “deluxe suite” that came with a kitchen stove top. One of the knobs was broken. The bathroom had water rust and on the ceiling had paper stuffed into some type of hole. Honestly I just got this hotel for the night to sleep, place looked like it had permanent residents.

The staff isn’t very nice. I got a lot extra fees. The place is falling apart. The appliances doesn’t work. A lot weird people in the property, like ilegal activities.

Kind of intimidating, location seems to be very high in demand. Quite a few people looked like they were too comfortable hanging out in the parking lot. The rooms were clean but well used. The bed was squishy!

Conditions of facilities are not even close to what is advertised.

1st room they assigned to us the dtove wasn't working. The 2nd one we got the a.c wasn't working so good. We had to go buy a fan. The room wasn't stocked up with towels, and had roaches. The bed only has 2 light sheets on them. I you go visit during cold season take your own blankets. Doesn't offer breakfast. Room also doesn't offer a small coffee machine.

The sheets had holes, the floor was sticky, the curtains also had holes, and the motel was in overall bad shape.

There was a confusion with extending the stay and security knocked on the door and demanded we got out , Window to room was unlocked and the security guard was able to open and scare my children . It was an unsafe place to stay

-At check-in time (~3:30pm Friday), the desk was closed and we were directed to the nightly check-in window. Same was true when we checked out about 8am Sunday morning. -No pets came with us but we were visited by a mouse in the room and a few flies. -Spacious king size bed, but three pillows for two people.

No frills. Glad to see people enjoying the pool. Tidy. Clean.

Standard studio 6 with some severely needed restoration issues. However, given what it is, it was fine and I had a perfectly ok time per expectations- save for the service which unfortunately was experienced by only one "staff" member who was there when I checked in and again the next afternoon at checkout (and by "there" I mean the small window from outside into the hotel as they have decided to lock the lobby to all guests all day, every day. The woman who checked me in and out (& answered my queries, if you can call it that when she was just barking random unrelated fee prices and strict adherence to checkout times when the guest was simply instead asking about recommendations for local dining spots). She was rude, unprofessional, and treated me like I was some criminal even though I was coming from work and wearing a full suit. She demanded extra $ for fees (the prices of which kept changing but always went steadily up) including ones I've never heard of in the hospitality industry (the industry I work in). The motel is what you'd expect, the service is a reason though to reconsider going here ever (and to reconsider Motel 6 as a brand if they continue to sponsor this facility). Period.

My day was very pleasant. I was their own business. I felt safe and secure and love that they had a kitchenette.

The water didn’t run. I ran the water several hrs got grey sludge then yellow never got hot water or a steady stream was unable to bathe at all. I’m pretty sure it had roaches. Found casings in the bed with me overnight. There were wholes punched in the bathroom door. The main lobby door was locked to the lobby at all times and had to talk to staff through a small window. No dining around the area, stores, etc within walking distance. Nothing except basics such as towels, soap, and major appliances, if you were planning in staying then you better bring everything but the kitchen sink. The only good thing was the air conditioner.

This motel is very basic and a bit run down and in need of repairs and refurbishing. There wasn’t even an outlet between the beds, and amenities like a clock, shampoo, or lotion were missing. That said, it was pretty clean, relatively comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

The room had not been swept, there was something sticky on the remote control, there was blood maybe on one of the bathroom towels. The blankets were dirty and extremely thin and worn. There were cigarette burn holes in the curtains. The door did not have an inside door chain lock. My money was non refundable, the photos online looked better than he actual place. I went to walkmart and bought a bed in a back and placed it on top of the motel bed.

Love this place, rooms are decent, prices are great. A little far from things if you don't have a vehicle is the biggest drawback and the bus is pretty limited. Most of the staff are kind and helpful...most of them.

Stayed there for a concert, but the room was very dirty. Floor was dirty, hole in the bathroom door, paint peeling around the door of the room. Outside not very tidy as well. But we were just staying the night after the concert, and it was too late to find another place. We also left very early(long drive). Plus side, no bed bugs

I'm very disappointed the check-in. It at a outside window. Off a main busy hwy with lots of construction workers going in and out...not safe for a single women. The sheet are extremely thin and dingy and the bedding is poor. Stained bath tub. No inside dead bolt lock on the inside of the door and paper thin mattress! I will never stay here again!
