Bed is comfy. Free Parking. Pretty quick drive to downtown & airport. Was a little disappointed that the rooms (I asked to be switched and tried two different rooms) trying to connect to WIFI and basically had to use the breakfast area to use the Internet with my laptop. WIFI in the rooms is TERRIBLE! Had to use the breakfast area for the Internet. Breakfast is basically bread, butter or jam and apple or orange juice and a danish snack. Very basic. Property is an old DAYS INN probably sold off to a new ownership.
- 1/5
Breakfast was a joke. Choice of prepackaged danish or sliced bread. We had a lot of communication problems with staff, they obviously didn’t have strong English skills.

Nothing. The office was hot! It felt so good outside. Spring night in Texas. The office was hot. I asked if my room would be hot since I technically had already rented to room by not canceling, the air should’ve been on. Nope, the room was so hot and had such a bad smell to it!! I should’ve known it wasn’t going to be good the manager on duty was named Anil! Yes pronounced the exact way it sounds. He wasn’t friendly at all. Refused to give me a refund. We saw the room and walked right back to him and said no. We cannot stay there. The smell was terrible. This is beyond a cheap motel. The office was hot! It felt so good outside. - 5/5
Clean room, quiet and inexpensive. Just needed a place to sleep quietly, nothing fancy. Right off the highway, less than 10 minutes away from Downtown San Antonio on a busy day.
- 4/5
Nice staff, outdoors is clean & well kept. Inside of room is outdated.

Everything was great

Everything good.
- 3/5
The bathroom definitely needs work, definitely needs a cost of paint and updated. Breakfast bar was cereal
- 3/5
Room was decent. TV did not work. Told the manager upon checkout. Hotel charged me a $50 security fee upon check-in. Was told it would be refunded upon checkout and credited to my Visa card. We will see.
- 3/5
It feels very abandoned. Service is okay but feels empty overall. the room condition was not like any other 2 star hotels out there.

Good budget hotel. Old but clean and staff was friendly. Pool was immaculate. Right in the middle if you're looking to be close to Fort Sam and downtown but don't want to pay for the Riverwalk.
- 3/5
Overall clean rooms, nice staff had to change rooms since my key wasn’t properly working for first room breakfast was only a few pieces of toast and cereal rooms where a bit smaller than what they appear online but wouldn’t mind staying again area is away from downtown which I liked.
- 1/5
The bathroom was dirty. The chairs looked like somebody died in them; they were stained so bad. I booked this because it was a Wyndham. I went to the check in desk to cancel the reservation, the employee couldn’t speak English. We left immediately upon seeing the room. We’re afraid of bedbugs or worse.
- 1/5
It was cheap, but there was many reasons for that. I arrived and was told I could only have a smoking room, which I had not been made aware of while booking. Got into my room to witness burn marks and holes in all of the furniture, on edges of all tables, many burn holes in the bed and sheets, even burn marks on the doors, bath tub, and toilet. Shower head hung out of a massive hole in the wall. Bathroom door wouldn’t close entirely, and the door handle to the hotel room itself hardly worked, so I had to make sure it was dead bolted at all times. Drawings on the walls of the bathroom. Tv screen had some kind of fluid splattered on it and running down it. Sheets and chairs had stains along with burn holes, as well as many of the walls and floors. Graffiti in random places in the room. One of the chairs provided in the room was a very old computer swivel chair with the arms unbolted from it. Even the shelves in the main lobby were mold stained. I was advised that the hotel was known to be a very shady hotel and that I shouldn’t stay there because it was a bad place. On the third day of the stay, I was greeted when I returned to my room by multiple police officers and a coroners van at my door. Apparently somebody had overdosed in the room right next to mine. The man at the front desk told me in broken English “Heart problems, all good.” I checked out the next morning and they wouldn’t give me any receipt for early check out, no refund issued. I went and stayed somewhere else.

This is not a property i would recommend. It was dirty, the tv didn't work, the toilet worked half the time. The pool had bandaids in it
- 5/5

I have always enjoyed that particular days in the people are very good at communicating service is great cleanliness I will always come back
- 5/5
Other wise easy check in and friendly and helpful and clean in the room
- 2/5
The rooms were ourdated and cringy. The pool was decent though.
- 5/5
I stayed during the Final 4 and National Championship for NCAA. The location was very convenient and was priced very reasonable compared to other locations. I would stay here again.
- 1/5
Dont stay here ! Roaches poor upkeep of the property, rude female at front desk the male was good ....when the roaches got in the bed we checked out early 3 days early on a 5 night stay no refund!! Ive even gave them 2 weeks to make it right
- 2/5
Never again. The AC would not even cool off the room below 80°. It was so hot in that room it would have been cooler to open the door in June Texas weather. Bathroom vent was crusted in dust. The overall cleanliness of the room was good but just rundown and not taken care of. They have just given up at this point. Bed was clean and made. Came with two bath towels that were clean. Tv remote did not work at all. Holes in the floor. Don’t stay in 115.
- 5/5
The staff was really nice and we really had no issues with our room
- 2/5
Rooms are very outdated and small. Hotel is very run down. Our ceiling had a whole in it. But had a nice pool area.

- 3/5

This is an older hotel, you can tell that its needing some improvements in some areas but it was clean and we enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
The purpose of my stay was leisure & meeting up with family. Being a frequent traveler l try to be frugal which has me staying in some of the less expensive motels. I used to always check the reviews first and go from there and quickly found the flaw in that approach realizing people seem to write a indepth negative review slamming a owner, manager or property quicker than a positive one this has made me a true believer to give a honest review either way. Upon arrival I saw there is a lobby area with a couch and some comfy chairs it was quiet and peaceful nice place to sit and read. Check in was smooth The facilities were dated and could use an update which in a perfect world and in a better economy I'm convinced this property's owner would do. Everything appeared clean and orderly. The bed linens & towels were freshly laundered. The hospitality staff were very attentive and friendly. Located in a partial industrial area concerned me at first although there was little noise and we did not experience any disturbances. The pool area has a great picnicking deck with grills, tables and plenty of seating If you and your family are pool lovers like us then you're in for a treat. As far as security concerns the parking and facility were fenced with adequate parking for all the guests. I did not see any transients or loitering in parking areas. Pest control must be well maintained we did not see any signs of a insect or rodent presence. All in all it was a pleasant stay we will def

It’s so old and run down and filthy. Cant even be cleaned it’s so old and filthy. Really needs an upgrade. New carpet, new sheetrock even, the bathroom door was even covered in grime, etc. I’m back home and starting to feel sick. I think the room made me sick. Disease ridden flea bag of a room. I would never stay again. :(. staff was nice and I felt safe, but it was horrible. Smelled horrible too and was 85° in there when I arrived. No air had been turned on and it took 4 hours to cool the room down.
- 5/5
Staff is polite, area is quiet👍
- 5/5
Thank you, my stay was excellent, no problems. Also, the room was very clean. Thank you to house keeping.

Not much to look at, but we were only there for the location and just an overnight stay.

Extremely dirty and not well maintained. Did not feel safe staying there. The free breakfast felt misleading as all there was to eat was stale bread and a pre packaged pastry.
- 5/5
Cute place to stay!!
- 1/5
This place is coming apart, they said on the description breakfast included and there is only coffe and tastes bad
- 1/5
It was terrible. After check in and once I opened door I immediately walked out within the first 30 seconds. Nasty, run down
- 4/5
Worked out fine. Fair accommodations.
- 1/5
Dirty! Not well maintained. Dining looks like a jungle with a huge vine. Expedia should set standards for hotels to be included in the list of choices.
- 4/5
It's a good place to stay if you'll gonna stay 2 or 3 days and it is convenient near of stadium, but in the room, the shower tub was not clean enough
- 1/5
when i booked my room on march 31st i gave them one card and when i arrived i did not have that card but it was on file and they charged it to another card when the first one showed it was taking out still watching the first card account to see if my money comes back from what we are seeing i have paid 2 times for this room
- 3/5
All of the staff were very nice and helpful. It was raining hard and there were two leaks in the ceiling, and when I called the front desk they immediately sent maintenance to check the room. He brought a key to another room with him, and helped us move our bags to the next room. The beds are hard, not just firm...hard. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing - two kinds of cereal and toast. The orange juice was empty and the only juice option was apple.
- 5/5
Nice staff, good place to stay
- 5/5
Rooms are a bit outdated but over all for the price it isn't the worst place I've stayed in.
- 3/5
Person at the front desk did not greet us. He did not give more information. Straight to the point. The walls were dirty. Hair in the bathroom.
- 2/5
Advertised breakfast and there was none, shower and bathroom were very filthy with large stains everywhere, the exterior door jam was so beat up that it was difficult to get in or out, the mini fridge incessantly made noise but we needed it for our food and could not unplug it, and I still have not recieved my deposit back.
- 4/5
Excellent erea to go to attractions plumbing works but very slowly
- 1/5
Upon our arrival, the property appeared neglected. Once we entered the room, we noticed burn marks all over. The door latch had been forcibly damaged. The light switches were malfunctioning. The bathroom door was also damaged, the walls were punctured, the drawers were unusable, and there was a terrible odor. We decided to leave and reserve another hotel! Avoid this place at all costs!
- 2/5
Don’t stay here
- 2/5
Mold on bathroom ceiling. Switchplates on lightswitches broken. Waterpipe noises all night long. Morning breakfast consisted of cold cereal, toast, sweet roll. OJ, Apple juice and coffee. And then the OJ machine broke...

Everything
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
- 5/5
It was clean. It also had a nice pool.
- 2/5
Heater in the room was not working. Gave us another room and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Phones are oudated and not working in both rooms.
- 5/5
Everything went real good enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
It’s ok
- 2/5
The breakfast options was toast or cereal
- 3/5
Check in was fine, room is old and dingey. Sheets and comforters seemed clean and in good condition. Toilet had issues and did not want to fill after flushing. Room was ok for me being alone and spending most of my day at the convention center, but would never bring my wife and daughter to stay there. Needs updates. Price was the best thing about the room.
- 1/5
Our room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The curtains were stained and gross. The walls had pain peeling off. We didn’t even stay, we turned around immediately.
- 1/5
This place is run down and has quick fixes all over it. The door safety latch mechanism was broken or maybe it was the door..You literally had to put your weight against it to latch it. The door would barely close at all. The bathroom door looked as if it had been kicked in. The toilet rocked bad. The toilet paper holder was messed up and Everytime you pulled the toilet paper the roll would fall off. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging. Whoever painted the room obviously didn't know how to tape fixtures off, excess paint on every fixture. The bed were hard but appeared clean. But the main thing is knowing the area it was hard to sleep with the door messed up for fear of someone breaking and entering. Will not stay here again. And they want $50 deposit and will go check the room before returning
- 2/5
Ancient. Peeling paint. Bathroom door had no latch. Vent hanging on by one screw. Wall light had no bulbs. Very limited breakfast
- 4/5
Area where room is located is under renovation. Stairway is dusty. Door is hard to open; bathroom not totally clean.
- 1/5
Stinky smell
- 2/5
The place looks old and smelly, the front desk was friendly person but besides that I wouldn't stay.
- 3/5
The beding smelled old, wholes in the door of bathroom and carpet was dirty/smelly
- 1/5
The pictures of the property are not true. The rooms are old and dirty. The carpet is extremely dirty. The bathroom door in the room had a hole as if someone punch it. Not family friendly. The pool picture also deceiving.
- 1/5
The room was as clean as it could be, but everything was dingy. Water didn’t really get hot. Too much light filtering into room. Broken furniture. Outdated. Windows not sound proof as it’s right off highway. So everything was loud. I literally could not sleep both nights of my stay. Definitely not for family.
- 3/5
Ripped bed spread, room so stinky as soon as you enter. Probably smoking is allowed there., I didn't know. Bed was regular. Front desk person was helpful and respectful.
- 5/5

- 1/5
Booked a non smoking room and as soon as we walk in the room noticed it smelled so much like cigarettes I couldn’t believe they had the audacity to take a deposit and say if people smoke in rooms it’s a 100$ fee guess they don’t enforce that cuz the room was an ashtray and holes in carpets and handles missing on doors not to mention the brick of a bed we slept in
- 4/5
Staff were Polite and gracious. One evening I had a couple problems to bring to his attention. The TV guide on the Pizza Hut advertisement stand was providing bad / discontinued information. Example channel 29 was supposed to be the Lifetime channel. It was something in Spanish, not Lifetime. I took it to the desk mgr and he confirmed it was not correctly. He suggested I try digital channel 12.1, also not correct. Unfortunately he did not have a current guide in the office to provide me. Secondly, our TV Audio and Video were out of sync. We were seeing one channel and receiving audio from the next. He came over to the room and reinstalled/ rescanned the program list. I attempted to call him but the room phone cord plug at the wall was broken. He repaired it. One of our wall lamps also required a new light bulb, he replaced it as well. The hotel WiFi is not connected to the Internet and therefore USELESS. Very disappointing. Breakfast menu was minimal, Corn Flakes or Fruit Loops, Toast, OJ, Coffee and choice of two kinds of Danish pastry. The bathtub edge caulking needs replacing. Someone attempted to update it but it was a very amateurish job. It needs to be replaced due to black mold in the crevices and professionally repaired. The porcelain chip on the edge of bathtub could also be easily professionally repaired. A little TLC would make this a very reasonably priced room. It is close to the military base and suited my needs in that respect.
- 2/5
Room was old, falling apart, dirty, and musty. Really nice staff. Hotel is just falling apart. If you just need a shower and bed for a cheap price, it works. Room reminded me of deployment locations.
- 2/5
The phone did not work at all. The bathroom door knob had no guts inside so the bathroom door wood not stay closed. This means if you want to actually USE the bathroom, you have to hold the door shut the entire time. I mean, come on.
- 4/5
The breakfast was a joke. It has just few options. Coffee, juices, cereal and some bread. That's it.
- 2/5
The staff were very nice and helpful to me. Our room, on the other hand, was abysmal. So many parts of it were broken or falling apart. It was a convenient location compared to where we needed to go, but that’s really the only positive I can say about it. I know that I didn’t pay much for the room, but I just thought that I’d been able to get a really good deal. I was shocked and beyond disappointed by the state of the room we got. I recommend that you look elsewhere for somewhere to stay.
- 5/5
Honestly, for the price and location you won’t find anything that beats this place. However, I found the room was a bit dirty. There was what looked to be either a toenail or fingernail in my bed but I brought my own blanket and made sure to shower and keep myself clean so it didn’t bother me all that much. The staff were all wonderful, I definitely felt welcome and I made friendly chatter with several of them. They also had breakfast available so my partner and I ate the toast and pastries offered. The beds weren’t comfortable at all, but once again, I wasn’t too upset. I already have issues with both my neck and sleeping so I can’t complain overly so. I do recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets but having a bed to sleep on is still better than no bed. Just do be prepared to have a sore neck a few days following if you have neck discomfort already. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to others and go back again. The good definitely beat the bad. Do give this place a chance!

we can’t find room he meant the back back.dark scary back .( all female party) SOLE occupants in the very back.we open our room and literally said “HE wants us to be unalive-ed”. It’s dark dank and musty A/C off. lights doing the horror flickering. walls painted a Gawd awful burgundy dresser ancient and broken, tears in bedding cigarette burns in other lamp shades torn, connecting room door handle in our room was missing ,ironing board looked like their was dried blood phone didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work It was late. After using about half a can of lysol We sleep fully clothed on top of the beds..on our own blankets didn’t shower wash face/teeth checked out and moved to another hotel. We couldn’t believe Wyndham would allow a place like this to display their name anywhere

- 1/5
Room was disgusting, ti the point that my husband killed 3 roaches. When he moved the bed to spray roach spray that we asked on from desk , we found trash. Bag if trash behind the bed. When I calle front desk to tell them how dirty and the roaches in our room he said that our room was cleaned. What the hell!! If that “clean “ for them , that is insane. We are traveling and we were so tired. I just verified the beds didnt have bedbug on it so I left the girls sleep while I was wide awake ion the look out fo roaches so they can get a lil of sleep. By 7 am ww left!

Easy access to highway
- 5/5
the hotel seems to be old and dated, it definitely needs to be remodeled.
- 2/5
The staff was very kind but the property was definitely interesting paint chipped and things dated and didn’t really work. For the free breakfast it was cereal and toast. We saw two cockroaches and we had broken and damaged furniture in our room. The rooms were really dark. Didn’t really feel secure. There was no bathroom door and the toilet was really loose. But the bed was comfortable and the room had good air conditioning.
- 3/5
I can tell that they are working on fixing up the property. The people were very nice and very polite. The rooms were nice, they were clean . The bathrooms, still needed work. The pool needed to be repainted. Was not tempted to get in the pool.
- 4/5
Very convenient for my trip. It seemed like there has been little done in maintenance. The small shop was excellently priced and the staff was pleasant.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 1/5
They had holes in the sheets in it was sneaky
- 5/5
Really good location, but the door was not sealed very well, I had to put a towel on the bottom of the door to keep the cold in...big gap on the bottom and sides
- 2/5
The lobby was clean and nice. Our room had a bad smell and dirty tub. The bathroom lock was broken.
- 1/5
The bathroom had mold dirty sheets bathroom door broken lock im was surprised that Wyndham a 4 star hotel had anything to do with the Days inn someone is not doing their homework. Im former Hotel manager worked for Sheraton Melia, Meliá Dominicana, Lowes Dominicana The Plaza in New York City Doubletree in Miami and more. Never in my Hotel career did I saw such thing, you ask and I responded
- 5/5
Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean.
- 2/5
Price good. You get what you paid for. Sink was not working, Floor was dirty, there were fingernails on the ground. The place needs a facelift. Breakfast was just toast and fruit loops. Common area bathroom out of order.
- 5/5
Nice clean property
- 2/5
Asked for room downstairs and requested i In my memo when I reserved the room was told none available yet that night room was empty downstairs never will stay there again

I ended up leaving the place because of how bad it was, it didn’t look anything like what was posted on app, i would never recommend this place to anyone.
- 4/5
Good stay. Hotel is old but for my needs it was a great stay. Check in person was amazing and friendly. Room was clean and the fridge was amazing.
- 2/5
We had to get a new key everyday because we were getting locked out and the continental breakfast was just cereal and bread to make toast with milk, juice and coffee.
- 4/5
Good price
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff.
- 2/5
They take a $50 deposit and keep it.
