    So the staff in the office was super helpful and nice but the property could be better maintained and could need touched up. My bathroom needed cleaning when I first arrived and some few upgrades. Older stained shower curtain.

    The hotel looks rundown. The room was clean, but smelled like strong cigarette smell. Hotel does not provide shampoo just a small bar of soap. No check-in staff on site after 9 PM. If you need something, they will call somebody that is on call. The hotel rooms would benefit from air fresheners for smelly rooms.

    The staff is super nice. They helped me out in every way they could be unemployed and laid off. It was hard with two kids three dogs and two cats. They were super nice with me. All they need to improve is remodeling the kitchen.

    The location of the property The door did not work were locked out the room for at least 30 minutes because the door would not open even worth key. We made it home about 10 PM and once the door did not open, we went to the office and tried to contact the office and the office was not available so we were stuck outside of our room that was already previous paid for.

    The location was in an upscale community. The near by grocery store was clean and well stocked. No breakfast was offered. I was not asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room, normally clerks ask those questions. The room I got stank of smoke but the bedsheets and towels did not. Thank goodness for that. The bathroom floor had not been mopped and it smelled as if someone had thrown up. There was no coffee pot in the room and the one I had to go pick up myself had fresh coffee residue! I usually ask for a non-smoking room on the first floor and then inspect the room before I unpack but I was so tired that day and assumed all the rooms would be in good condition.

    There was a dead roach stuck to the wall in the room, pee stains on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom door wouldn't latch properly. Reserved two rooms for a week, canceled everything upon arrival and seeing the state of the room. Wasn't able to receive a refund after being told it would be no problem.

    I didn’t stay at this property because there was no one available to check in guests after a certain time. I called several times as I was traveling and before their office closed but no answer. I messaged them as well but had no response. Terrible way to handle business. I just went to a different hotel and waited for a funds reimbursement.

    The hotel is conveniently located next to the highway for easy access to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Hurricane Harbor. The room was clean, but the shower/tub was leaking the entire time. It caused there to be some sort of ring in the tub that made caused me to shower in slides.

    Our stay was decent for the money spent. My husband, our baby, and I stayed a week in San Antonio for our son's 1st b-day. When we first checked in, it took us 3 rooms to find one that was decent. The first one's toilet didn’t work even when checking the water valve to ensure it was open. The second one, toilet was still not acting right. The third one was finally decent enough minus a couple of roaches that popped up throughout our stay. The hotel was not as we had expected from the pictures that were on Expedia and definitely smaller that what we had thought. The bed wasn't too comfortable and when we took off one of the pillow cases, the actual pillow was super nasty. The front desk staff was really helpful and nice when we needed. They also provided us with plenty of dishes to cook and eat with. All in all, we weren't there mainly for the room, we were there to explore and do site seeing, but next time we will look for something more clean and up-to-date.

    I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they kindly tried to arrange a first-floor room for me, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. It also has a stovetop, which is great if you bring your own cookware. The only small thing is that I couldn’t find a hair dryer in the room, but overall it was a great stay

    We stayed here for 3 days. In those 3 days we had roaches coming out of the bathroom. Nasty!!! Then my kids and I were locked out of our room and when we went to the office no one was there!!! None of the numbers work after 11 so my family and I had to Stay in the car while my service animal was inside.

    The only reason that I did not say my stay was terrible was the helpful and considerate staff. Both nights I stayed, my keycard did not open the door, which seemed to be frozen, and the staff had to spend ten minutes each night helping me open the door to my room. In the room, the toilet did not work when I arrived, and I had to use a plunger I had to unclog the toilet. Finally, the doorknob to the bathroom was almost completely broken. However, as I said, the staff was helpful and considerate.

    The room smelled like dog piss and everything in the room was damp. I asked for air freshener from 2 different front desk clerks and nobody did anything. The room beside me clearly had a homeless person with a dog or dogs living there that destroyed that room as the pillows bed matress bed frame were completely destroyed and being aired out. Blowing that stink inside my room. I actually puked going into my room and didnt end up staying the night i paid for. I ended my 2 night stay 1 day early

    The room was infested with roaches, when I went to speak to the receptionist he changed us rooms, but the next room was even worse, as soon as we sat down on the bed the roaches came crawling out of the blankets and on the other bed there were fleas, it was jumping. We went back downstairs and called the front desk to get a refund and the receptionist was very unprofessional, he said "it's too late now" and wouldn't give us the refund. We had to get another room at a hotel.

    this place is extremely disgusting. Nothing is maintained or cleaned inside or outside and my non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes very bad. Teresa from the front desk is extremely rude and she gave my room away when I had reserved a month in advance. So I receive a call the day before my trip saying that they gave my room to another guest that was already staying there so my room was no longer available which was a suite. I told him that I had booked this in advance. Why did they give my room away? They said they give preference to customers that are already there mind you. This is the day before the trip so they wanted to give me a cheaper room, but not refund me the difference. That is such a scam so they charge me the price of a suite and they downgraded in me rooms. This place smells horrible. I tried including pictures. This place is disgusting.

    The first one smelled awful of cigarette smoke and she changed it to another room but unfortunately that smelled worse the smell of marijuana very strong and she gave us the first one again and we bought air freshener in order to be able to stay there but we spent an awful night.     My room & bathroom were both exceptionally clean as were the bathroom, the towels, & the bed linens provided. The gentleman at the front desk was exactly that: a gentleman.     I reserved a suite. The bathtub was so dirty and gross. It looked like someone walked in mud and then stood in the shower and shook it off. It was all over and didn't look like it was even rinsed. I couldn't turn the shower on as it is stuck in bath mode. The bathroom door looked like someone punched a hole in it and a very poor job was done to try to repair it. The refrigerator didn't keep my food cold even though I checked the settings on it. It was so bad that I didn't even stay the second night. I left at 11pm and got home at 3am rather than stay there longer.

    Excellent service every single time I’ve been, friendly helpful service. Every employee I’ve interacted has most positive attitude with willingness to assist emediatly. I’ve been there during freezing and days with snow, the worst possible days where most places have employees calling into work. This place always has staff to accommodate and I only assume even when not full staff they will make it happen. So thank you Studio Six Six Flags Location Staff Team.

    Dog poop outside everywhere, people need to seriously pick up their dog’s s**t Just gross! Never using this place again. I left early cause inside the room found roaches just hanging out on the counters and bathroom. At least care about getting rid of the roaches!! I doubt it is that big of an expense to try to get rid of them.

    I love the peace and quiet that I experience while I'm here. I stay 2-3 days every week when I'm not taking care of my granddaughter. Also the staff at the front desk are truly amazing. They are so friendly and always check me in to my room in less then 5 min. I've stayed at a different motel in San Antonio every week for years but I have stayed here every week for the past 5 months. It's honestly like my second home.

    My bathroom was dirty. The tub faucet leaked, made a big stain and the toilet was dirty. I took pictures. I was traveling cross country, arrived 11:45 pm and had to wake up at 4 am. So I stayed, I stay at studio 6 frequently, since they have a full fridge. I have stayed and they are stars for what they are, clean, convenient, full fridge and a couple of times, like this, they are dirty.

    The service was ok but the room was not very clean, the bathroom wall had grease or dirt on and got up Saturday and sunday and had to kill roaches. Tried to let the front desk know about it but the office was closed that late and early in the morning

    The remote had a slimy substance on the back of it. The smoke detector started going off when the shower was turned on. Called the front desk and they said take the battery out. I told them I was too short to reach it, so they came and took the battery out and left it out for the length of my stay. The shower head was broken, water was squirting out where it was attached at the wall and barely had any pressure coming out. You had to stand pressed up against the wall in the corner for the water to even touch you. The sink was broken. The faucet wasn’t attached to the sink. I also seen a tiny roach crawling across the floor. The staff were great though.

    I was there 3 mins before 3 the front desk said I needed to wait 3 minutes or it would be a 25 dollar early check in fee that is terrible.. The room was filthy and was infested with roaches crawling through the outlets and on the walls there were dead roaches on the bed and pillows and the smoke alarm went off every ten mins starting at 6 am

    There was over 10 roaches all over the room, some even walking on the bed. I left immediately. Wasn’t even there for 30 minutes! Really wanted a refund but too embarrassed to call.

    It was a last minute booking that will probably never repeat itself. The tub was filled with water between the plastic and the floor or something like that… felt like a disgusting water bed while attempting to shower. The toilet was in worse conditions than a gas station, severely stained dark brown and was not cleaned. There was no toilet paper either. Had to go to the front desk to get some rolls. Cleanliness and bathroom upkeep were the major issues. The lady at the front desk was very sweet. Overall, the entire building smelled of cigarette smoke, and of human piss outside.

    I accidentally left my $350 Littmann stethoscope in its case in my rental car along with my $200 Beats charging case with one $99 earbud in it. I had to call SAPD to make a police report for nothing, despite having a $29 Apple Care insurance policy and there being cameras at the motel. I moved into a different hotel as soon as I could.

    Hot water issues on day two and when I asked when I would have it they lied telling me the entire site was without. They wanted me to believe that all the buildings ran on 1 tank when I watched them install new ones in the building across from my building. Better yet no one has hot water and not one plumber on site for the weekend. The GM was very rude when I asked for an adjustment for the inconvenience with a smirk and a very loud no. The place is a dump so go stay somewhere else

    This is the third time we've stayed at this property. They have made some improvments since our last stay and the staff works daily to maintain the property. The staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel.

    I'm sorry picture looked nice on line. Was pet friendly but smelled like the pet urine was still there ac/was so musty we felt like we were cooked by a swamp cooler. My pets didn't want to come out of their pet taxi's not even to drink water. So we left a day early even though we had paid for it. We didn't even take our clothes off.

    My only super negative feedback is the mattress was HORRIBLE! On par with a bad sofa sleeper mattress. Springs creaking and bed flat as a pancake. That alone would make me change hotels.

    The toilet was stopped, and the maintenance man bought the plunger. Instead of him blogging it, he gave it to us to do. It's his job to do, not ours. The bed was horrible. We did not get any sleep. The front office staff member was friendly.

    Rooms had plenty of space and a small kitchen. But you can tell it need to be remodeled. There were roaches in the bathrooms. And there was an odor. The lady at the front desk was amazing and really friendly.

    The staff and management of the property was knowledgeable and friendly! My room was easy to find, but I was disheartened by the amount of homeless people walking around the premises. The Room was fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove, and a broken Coffee Maker. I drink coffee all the time. the tub and toilet were dirty, and the room was non-smoking, but had remanence of Cigarette smoke. I tried to use my AARP card, and he said that I should have used it during my booking , but the Booking through the website, stated pay at checkout, and present my AARP card for Discounts. I couldn't use it upon either attempt. I will let Social Media and AARP know this. It seems like they will have to take Expedia and Studio 6 off of their recommendations list, for future travelers. My $116 room became $210, just like that. I will be announcing the Upcharges I encountered, without my knowledge!

    Booked a non-smoking room 2 months in advance and was given a smoking room. An extended stay place, there were no dishes or utensils because of COVID. There were six police cars on the property when we arrived. When we left, the bolt wouldn’t retract so we had the leave the door ajar. The office was closed and no one answered the night phone number. Just find another place to stay!

    The staff was amazing no doubt about that. But the cleanliness in the room was not that great. No one ever came to clean our room or fix our bed, no clean towels. I had to go ask front desk for all of these items and there were several little roaches in the room.

    The price was excellent for this room. It appears the room had fresh paint and refurbished. the bed was okay, the a/c was functional and fairly quiet. The recommendations I would have would for management to pressure wash the walkways as they were not very clean looking. The trash bin was overflowing with garbage. There were dogs in several of the rooms and they let their presence known, especially in the early hours of the morning. The barking was pretty loud several times during the early morning hours before sunrise. There are no elevators, only stairs. Next time I visit San Antonio, I would stay here again if the prices are still the same.
