Everything great except for one thing... breakfast were the same every single day. After the fourth day, we were tired of eating the SAME food. Please change it up. Everytime we stay here, the breakfast items are never changed.

Comfortable room. Even the sofa bed was comfortable for our kid. Nice standard continental breakfast too. I didn’t realize that they had a free buffet style dinner too. They even gave us (21+ adults) alcoholic drink vouchers. Even though we didn’t use them that night because we were exhausted, the next time we stay here we will. Super close to the airport too

The manager was fantastic at check in and helpful with information. Free breakfast was included and and evening snack/drinks. The pool was small but nice. My only complaint was the elevator was slow, but in the grand scheme of things that’s not too bad. Overall I would say it was a great stay.

First time I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel, and I was impressed! I traveled quite a bit in the US and usually stay at Hilton hotels. From now on, when visiting San Antonio, I will start booking my hotel stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, and great customer service! Great amenities!

Everything from checking to checkout was exceptional. Only issue was third party not sending info to Drury on confirmation, but staff at Drury handled it with a smile.

The hotel is dated, however, very functional and satisfactory. The included dinner options were excellent and very good breakfast choices. It's a large hotel with lots of people, noisy at times during the night.

What was missing was USB ports in the room. They could have at least put in new alarm clocks with multiple USB ports.

Stayed with my family and we loved it. Breakfast and dinner was amazing plus the three free drinks at dinner hit the spot. The only complaint would be parking. It’s hard to find parking on your floor but the good thing is they have elevators. They might run a little slow but we weren’t in any rush : ) totally recommend this place!

The Drury is the only place I stay when I travel to San Antonio, at least 4 times a year. The staff is wonderful, kind, compassionate, and caring. If you need anything they are ready and willing to accommodate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds and pillows are comfortable as well. The Kick Back & Relax is a nice touch, and you can't go wrong with the breakfast! I would recommend the Drury to anyone and everyone.

Very nice and classy place. Like all Drury Inns has a good breakfast, and evening happy hour. Nice pool area with outdoor BBQ grills and sitting areas. Lots of places to hang out with your group. Easy access to Airport and North Star Mall. Room was clean, decent space, good water pressure. Good size gym with free weights, mats, treadmill, elliptical, etc.

The hotel sent a shuttle to the airport to pick us up and drop us off at the end of our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Popcorn and soda were provided in the evenings for a snack. The breakfast and supper buffets were tasty and satisfying. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is perfect for families! Our room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Other than a little hallway noise (there was a gap under the front door), the room was very quiet. The breakfast is fantastic, the coffee is always warm, and there is an amazing complimentary dinner option with a main meal or snacks. Totally goes above and beyond what I’ve seen at a hotel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t a fan of the parking deck and how you had to enter into the hotel from it. The elevator closest to our room wasn’t working when we left early to catch our flight. Inconvenient but not terrible. Overall a good stay.

1. Evening Reception There was a welcome reception from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, where guests could enjoy a complimentary drink along with light food such as tacos and salad. This was something I didn’t expect when I made the booking, and it was a very nice touch. 2. Breakfast Experience The breakfast environment and quality were both excellent. The fruits were especially fresh, and overall it felt like a high-quality offering. 3. Thoughtful Service Breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30 AM, but I arrived at around 9:36. When I asked if I could still get some food, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated this level of flexibility and human touch. 4. Stay Experience The air conditioning was a bit noisy, so I ended up turning it off later. Aside from that, the room was clean and well-maintained, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and professional. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

The best thing about the Drury was the breakfast, and especially the staff. There were several people taking care of the buffet, and all of them were Super friendly. Even the manager was there taking care of everything and making sure everyone was happy. This made the whole experience really great for us. Thank you!

This hotel is just 5 minutes from the airport with plenty of nearby shopping. I stayed here for a graduation at Ft. Sam Houston, about 13 minutes away. The staff was very polite, and they offer free breakfast and dinner. Parking gets busy at night, but we always found a spot in the garage. The room was basic but clean. There’s so much to do in San Antonio that we didn’t always take advantage of the pool or meals. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Found 1 big towel had stain. Other than that the room is clean. There is one door connected to the garage with glass broken and taped together. Perhaps it's in the work for fixing.

This is one the finest hotels in San Antonio. It’s close to the airport and the shuttle is an added bonus. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is better than most restaurants. While my wife and I always look for a Drury inn while traveling this one is our favorite. If there is something I have to say negative it would be too many elevators…lol

Yes. Our room was above the exercise room original. Sounded like someone was bowling. One of the staff happened by when I stepped out of the room to see where the noise was coming from. She followed thru and changed us to another room. It was actually an upgrade too.

After getting flight canceled in Las Vegas and had to book Southwest Airlines to get home at midnight, the room looks nice, but didn’t get to enjoy the full extent of it because of the government shut down and the cancellation of American Airlines flight

Spoke highly of his opportunities with the Drury corporation and it sounds like a great place to work. I would encourage friends and families to seek job opportunities with the Drury corporation. I plan to stay at jury hotels in the future and I will encourage all friends and families to do the same. Thank you for a great experience and I think the San Antonio Airport Drury Inn was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. And I've been staying at hotels for more than 40 years.

This was my first experience with the Drury product and I was really pleased. Check-in was easy, friendly. They anticipated a need and met it before I arrived. Freshly popped popcorn waiting at front desk. Parking in garage was free. Room was well-appointed. Breakfast was pretty impressive for a free meal with several managers on-hand to ensure everyone was happy. And the room was so inexpensive. How do they provide all of that at such a low price? Will definitely stay at a Drury property again when there is one in the city I am traveling to.

Staff, cleanliness & airport shuttle were all great. However the AC didn’t seem to be very effective. Room temp upon arrival was 72, lowered thermostat to 70 and awoke the next morning to a 73 degree room. Other than that one issue, I was very pleased.

The bathroom was not to hotel standard and certainly not the tub and toilet. The bathtub did not drain well so we had to shower in ankle deep water. The only positive was the friendly and attentive staff.

Stayed here on a quick family trip. Got the one bedroom suite with two queens, and it was perfect for our family of four. The pool is great, the outdoor areas are clean and inviting. Elevators and doors make it incredibly easy to get around the property from various amenities. The free evening meals and snacks and cocktails were an especially fun perk! Completely quiet room too. Never heard outside noises from the hallway even once. Staff was friendly, including the manager who spoke to us one morning at breakfast. Excellent place for families and kids! We will absolutely be back!!!

Hotel is great, we always stay at Drury by the airport when in San Antonio. Beds are really comfortable, it’s very clean, and staff is very helpful. Location is great also close to shopping and dinning.

Cleaning staff needs some motivation too perform better. Emphasis on attention to detail as the hotel is an older facility.

The only negative was the painted tub. It looked like the paint inside the tub was cracked with rough edges. Loved the fresh popcorn in the lobby.

PROS: Secure parking. At check in they give you a passcode and you go up the garage that is connected to hotel and parking is not far from entrance door. Breakfast, dinner AND 3 alchoholic drinks per adult included!! Hotel was clean and staff was amazing. CONS The room was not as cool as we liked it was not hot but it was not cold enough for us. Thermometer read 75 the whole time. When we arrived it smelled like musty the hotel looks very old so it was clean didnt smell bad but not like fresh. Overall i would stay here again.

I've always stayed here whenever I'm in San Antonio. Never been disappointed. Clean, friendly staff, conveniently located near the airport, offering a good breakfast, happy hour/dinner, with plenty of parking.

The hotel was great! They upgraded us to a suite. Front desk was friendly and gave excellent directions for parking and finding our room. We used the pool it was clean and we enjoyed it immensely. The free food was really good. Taco bar hot dogs chicken tortilla soup. Three free drinks from a good selection. Breakfast was awesome too. Manager Aaron stopped at our table and visited with us. The entire staff was friendly accommodating we were very impressed. The entire hotel was clean and very well kept. I will now chose Drury as my go to hotel after this experience.

Stayed here to catch a 5am flight out of SA. Checkin was easy and Jennifer at the front desk was friendly and professional. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet from the perspective of hallway noise, but there was quite a bit of traffic noise. Pillows were comfortable and the bed was comfortable but jiggly - every time one of us moved in the slightest, the whole mattress moved. It was kind of like sleeping on jello.

Breakfast is great. Bed-very comfortable. Thank you to Jennifer-front desk-who did an excellent welcome & great customer service. However, the front desk employee in the afternoon together with the man employee was not pleasant at all. They rejected the request for shuttle service to the Oblate Madonna Residence for the 90 year old priest & discouraged us to take a Taxi. He wanted to do the uber app on my cell phone the way he spoke to us-very rudely-I cannot trust him.

I thought the kick back meal and the breakfast were extra special.

It’s not a new place, but it’s well maintained and our room was spotless. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful from the GM Aaron to front desk, housekeeping, food service - they were charming. Rate included breakfast, dinner and drinks! You cannot beat their value proposition.

My family has stayed at this location three times over the last 4 years. We can count on it to be clean and comfortable with courteous staff. Camille checked us in and greeted me with friendly, welcoming service. We had breakfast a couple of times which is always busy because it is a good, hearty breakfast with friendly staff who will approach you at least once with assistance of cleaning up your dishes or asking if you need anything or just friendly chat about your stay. They also serve dinner every night. We had tacos one night which was tasty and we didn’t have to get back out to find dinner. They also serve popcorn every night. We swam in the pool one night which was clean in a nice courtyard for relaxing. Very convenient to the San Antonio airport and right off of NE 410 Loop with an Applebee’s on the property. The only one small negative that I may have is that because the Drury Plaza is such a good place to stay is that it is always full when we are there so the elevators can be busy and finding a convenient parking space can be sometimes difficult. But I continue to choose to stay there because there are so many positives! We will be back again next year!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out the staff was very attentive. Housekeeping came each day to make sure we didn’t need anything and to straighten up without hesitation.

Breakfast and dinner came with the room along with three adult beverages. This was great! Staff was very nice and helpful.

Basic room, pillows were too soft for me. Shower was good. Toilet worked fine. AC worked great. Hotel was full but was quiet and made it easy to sleep through the night.

The hotel needs updating. We stayed 4 nights. The first night room was not comfortable at all. Our sink filled up every time we brushed our teeth or washed our hands. The door rubbed the toilet and bath tub to open it. The carpet was filthy. Next morning I spoke to the Receptionist. She gave us a much better room. Carpet was soiled. They allow pets. The hotel needs to remove all carpet and put tile or laminate. We decided there were way too many kids. Multiple families with several kids. They crowded the pool in the day and night. Slamming doors and running the hallway. I think 55+ and over would enjoy Drury, just not when school is out Management and Staff were personable, professional and polite. They have an amazing 5:30-7:00 Happy Hour. Each night has a different selection of food.

Nice property staffed by nice people. The hotel included a better than average breakfast and a dinner/Happy Hour. I didn’t get an opportunity to try the evening event, but I’m sure it was nice. The hotel was quiet and overall, my stay was quite pleasant. If I’m in that area, again, I’d strongly consider staying there.

Amazing hospitality! Each staff member made sure to greet my children each time they saw them. They also made them feel welcome with prizes and coloring sheets!

Our stay was really great! All of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming to us, especially Aaron the manager and Ana (who our kid really liked);. We had zero issues throughout our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Really amazing experience!

Most of the front desk staff were courteous and helpful except for Richard. He seems to have a bad attitude. I chose this hotel only based on the reviews but I regret my decision based on my interaction with this guy. I have stayed in several hotels but no front desk had such a bad attitude like this guy.
