The location was great for our stay to come to our son's graduation from BMT, was close to everything. The kitchen/living area was perfect to hang out in instead of on a bed!!

We arrived about 11 pm & was very tired. The property manager got us checked in & settled very quickly which we appreciated greatly! Everything was clean, well stocked & orderly. We would definitely stay here again

Execellent Staff!! Very helpful. I arrived on the midnight flight and called the day before. The staff left me room keys in the lockbox and I was able to access my rooms right away upon arrival at the lodging. The property was spacious with a full size kitchen, which was great to cook in. There was a very nice HEB store near to get groceries (best store Ive been too with huge selection). Gas station was near with many restaurants close by for eating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get extra towels and trash bags when needed. There was also an area to put trash when staff was out of normal business hours. I had an initial issue with a crack in the tub and the staff moved us to a different room right away. The rooms were setup very well and super clean, no bugs. I would stay here again, it was quiet and I was able to get plenty of rest. This is a short 15 min drive to Lackland, AFB for those attending bootcamp graduations.

We booked a room at this place based on the excellent reviews. However, our room had roaches. We were moved to another, and the sheets on one bed were dirty. We just left and found another hotel, with two kids in tow at 8pm. Not fun.

Room had Cheetos on the floor, used water bottles in the corner. No toilet paper available. Front desk refused a refund despite us being in the room for 10min.

They canceled my reservation when I advised a time I would arrive. I was a without a room that night.

Room was spacious. It was nice to have a kitchen and a living room space separate from the sleeping area. Air conditioning worked well. We did ask for more dishes and towels , but staff was quick to get what we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
