Room was perfect, beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The A/C unit made a vibrating sound each time it ran. The water temp in the shower was great, but the shower head had a lot of clogged holes so the spray was minimal.

The staff was friendly but could use more training with their reservation system. We checked out a day early and originally told that we would be refunded the day we had paid for. The next morning the manager informed us that would not be the case and we had to forfeit the room charge for the day. The breakfast was not the greatest, but passable. We do enjoy having the mini kitchen in our room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great place , second time staying here. If we come back to the area will stay here again! Only complaint is the pool room could use some ventilation. It’s hot in and the chloride smell is very strong!

Everything was fantastic. The only bummer was being really tired and anxious to get in our room. Check in was at 3 and we had to wait till 3:30.

Had couple issues the curtain didn’t roll down and the sun was coming in couldn’t rest as I would’ve liked. Also I requested room service like 3 times no one came to clean until I had to go downstairs a bit upset but other than that it was a good stay

This facility will not get mine or my family members business if we decide to finish our travels. They don’t answer there calls and never respond to messages. They have no heart and I have always thought people in Texas were nice.

Really liked the towels being changed and the bed being made every day. What a luxury! It wasn't the hardest hotel bed I've ever slept on, but it was a close second.

Location was very convenient for a short vacation to Sea world. Room size and shower were good I used to stay in Home2 in other locations and this was by far the worst experience. Breakfast ending 9:30 but at 8:30 there were no more cheese, biscuits , orange juice, oatmeal. Nothing was being replaced! Terrible experience. There was an old lady in front of the breakfast table only looking at what you were getting but not making any effort to replace things. In addition to that, I’ve asked for sofa bed sheets when I realized they didn’t leave in the room for us, it was already 10pm and we wanted to sleep, I had to wait 1 hour to get the sheets and this is because I kept asking where were the sheets we asked for. By 11pm we got them. Terrible! And other small things too like there was no shampoo in our dispenser, how on earth do you prepare a room for check in and don’t check the essentials ?

We were in a large room with a walk-in shower, pretty nice. Two King beds! Had 8 in for a brief gathering, plenty of room, but some have to stand or sit on a bed, not at all bad. Outstanding coffee. It's a fresh vibrant blend, Lavazza. Maybe get rid of the in-room coffee setup.

The front office lady Janice was nice The room was gross ..puke stains on the wall, itchy hard bed...didn't even stay there I was itching so bad, cracks in the walls with caulk looking like it was running down the wall, seat that had cuts covered with finger nail polish, and a sticky floor. I

It’s very clean, people are friendly, and breakfast is on point. A parking fee should not be applied to your hotel fees.

Will definitely recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton for any stay. My family had a Staycation for a birthday and we loved it. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was definitely fun for our children. Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. My children also enjoyed the board games as well. Will most likely be back in the future.

The stay was not so great they issued me the last possible room in the hallway of the hotel. Checkin was freat (until after i left). The staff in person is very friendly (after the trip, rude on the phone).

Our stay would have been amazing if it was not for the people below us. They complained of noice just by us walking in our room, even when it was not quiet hours. Not to mention the staff gave us attitude over their complaint without actually listening to us or acknowledging our side of the story. I felt like we could not even walk to the restroom without getting a call from the front desk.!

Room is clean and very friendly staff. But it looks like that they are on a very straight budge on the breakfast. They after 9:10 am, they only bring out the food when you ask for it. If you eat after 9:30 you won't know do they serve sausage or something else.

My last 2 nights they place children over me. At 12 pm midnight they ran from one end of room to another. Called the noise stop. the next day was awakened at 3:00 am. For children running and stomping on the floor. Could not get those nights refunded. The manager wanted to give Hilton points.

The housekeeping service is horrible. In five nights they didn’t clean our room. We had to go to the front desk in several occasions to request them to take out the trash of our room. The shower was dirty.

Indoor pool is HOT, mix that heat with the over chlorinated chlorine pool and it’s unbearable; suffocating really.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this location! Firstly, the staff here are super friendly! Especially Ray who helped check us in and asked how we were doing everyday when we passed him in the lobby. We were in town for my son’s graduation and the hotel is only about 15 minutes from the base. The hotel has several shops and restaurants nearby.

My concern is that although breakfast was advertised until 10:00 a.m., by 9:30 there was no bread, cream cheese, cheese, coffee, pancakes, or other items left. Over all it’s located in a good spot stores all around you. And breakfast we were never told there’s breakfast on both sides of the lobby. They should extend breakfast at least till 10:30.

We liked the property and the way we were welcomed. We were so disappointed at Bo housekeeping after our first nights stay. The kids were disappointed to find fun foosball tables but were told no balls we’re available to play.

We stayed 3 days at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. It was a convenient location to all of the fun we had planned. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices. The staff was very kind and helpful. We liked the gym and its options. I think the pool had been getting a lot of use and it would have been nice if it was a little cleaner, but overall this was a great place for us and we would definitely return!

It had great breakfast, good size heated pool, large lobby with lots of seating space, and a billiards table that my kids liked. The staff was great. Only bad thing was the fire alarm went off twice and it woke us up once.

The location was convenient due to the reason for our stay. We felt safe. The staff was friendly and greeted us each time we came in contact with them. Our room was clean and the temperature that we set for the room was perfect without any issues. The parking was well lit as well.

We loved our stay here! Great breakfast, clean large room, and heated swimming pool. My only dislike was the fact that they don’t tell you breakfast is served in both sides of the lobby. The side you can see from the door isn’t the cereal and waffles and they don’t tell you that. I was telling people right and left. I even heard a woman behind the desk ask the man behind the desk if he thought the line on one side would be that long if they knew about the other side and he laughed and said no. So, if you stay here breakfast is served both both sides of the lobby and it’s really good!

The hotel overbooked the room I was supposed to stay in. In doing so we settled for a smaller room for one night and then got the room we had originally asked for the next night. They ended up getting us enough points for a future comped room so all is well.

That's nothing compared to the vehicle breakins that occurred during the evening where several trucks had smashed windows. Unless you hire night security to patrol the lots during the evening hours, we will take business elsewhere.

We arrived from long trip from out of state, we’re looking for a decent clean stay, so I booked this hotel as we were traveling. From the moment we got there Carol the night manager was already dealing with a disgruntle guest, she then proceeded to deal with me, I gave all the information for my reservation and for whatever reason she was rude, upset, and in no way humble. I asked if there were any available diners or places for take out and she ignored me and another guest answered me to recommend the bear diner. During my stay I noticed that the room was unkept, mold through the edges of the rooms and on the ceiling edges, the restroom was dirty and the beds smelt of cheap Clorox. Although this hotel was dog and family friendly (being next to SeaWorld) it was the worst experience. Dogs were barking very early and kids running through the hallways. The walls are thin and the ceiling is slanted, you could hear everything! Word of advice, police your guest, clean the place up, maintenance the aircon(mold), and keep the noise down.

Such a great place to stay. Our family is large so it's so nice when we find a place that can accommodate us without having to purchase more than one room.

Fantastic stay with great amenities and staff!

Breakfast horrible. Frozen eggs, raw sausage, no butter for 2 days, pancake machine making raw items however they were quick to repair. Coffee ran out quite a few times or was cold. Room was great. Main kitchen lady was great. Pool area needs non slip added. Both grand kids slipped and fell. Noise reduction between floors. You could hear every walking step above you. This was our first visit here. Unsure if we would return of not. But most likely would give a second chance.

I thought the staff and the room was perfect. I loved the suite with the kitchen and definitely loved the full breakfast that they served. The bathroom needs updating. The shower was horrible - no water pressure and the shower head was so old that I couldn't even get the soap out of my hair. However, my biggest issues are stating "pet friendly". First there was not an adequate area to walk the animals. here was only a very small strip to walk the dogs which caused issues getting the animal to do his business. Second, I got a complaint about barking the first day which caused me to miss the opening for my Grandson's graduation from Air Force Training as I had to sit in the hotel with the dogs to keep them quite. I was on the 2nd floor and there was a mix of pet owners, but mostly families with children running through the halls which caused the barking. I would like to make a suggestion. Why not make one floor that would be pet friendly so not to upset the pets with the unnecessary noise of children running up and down the halls and banging on walls. This way only pet owner who understand how the running and banging can cause the pets to get upset and bark wont have anything to complain about.

Negatives: We had trouble with our key Cards not working here and there. They advertise they have beer and wine, but they didn’t have any the four days we were there. It’s not really close enough to anything to walk to a restaurant. Positives: quiet, clean, rooms were great! We came down for a BMT graduation for my nephew. We were up early out of the hotel by 5:30 and gone most of the day, but it was quiet at night when we had to go to sleep and get up early again in the morning. Staff was pleasant. The last day we were able to enjoy breakfast because we were flying out and had nowhere to go early. Breakfast was nice. The coffee was always good

Everything was good but the staff and breakfast was horrible! The breakfast was the worst tasting ever. Not even combinations as a real breakfast would of stayed here again if it wasn’t for this!

Room is not ready by checkin time. Waited 20 minutes to check in

Wedding party on the floor above us, woke my entire family up then continued to be pound even after called down to the front desk. Then awoken by same group in the morning. I understand not the hotels fault but after hours should be quiet and controlled

10/10. Were able to accommodate me for early check in. Breakfast every day was a perk and specifically enjoyed the fact that I felt safe during my stay since they lock the doors from 10:00 PM - 6:00 am. Would definitely book again
