    within normal There was no soap in the bathroom for bathing, and only one bar of soap for washing hands. The lady who was serving in the breakfast area had a bad attitude (bad temper, rude).

    There was literally nothing "wrong" with this hotel. I think people Are so dramatic or demanding luxury from a 2 star hotel which is ridiculous. I asked about the cockroaches, they don't have any. I asked if the faucet in the bathroom leaks, before accepting, they said no. So. All in all there was mildew in the oat milk and the breakfast person on our first morning didn't feel like replacing anything unless asked. It was silly. Maybe they are instructed to do so by management to save money. They just need to care more about healthy and sanitary maintenance. I broke a glass container outside in the driveway and they swept it but had no attention to detail to make sure to get all the glass so that's how I know people also wouldn't care enough to use a pipe cleaner on the milk spouts every day and sanitize the containers everyday. It's horrible that they use boiled eggs with the shell on. It's impossible to peel and rinse the shell off the egg. Gross. Just get the pre peeled kind like everyone else or steam them in an egg shaped steamer which you also can't clean properly-so nevermind. Yes the juices are watered down. Not delicious. The staff did NOT come to clean our room every other day as promised we had 3 days worth of trash and crumbs all over and the toddler spilled blueberries on the bed. Otherwise it was just as nice as everyplace else I've ever been, including Vista Walker Hill in Seoul South Korea. Maybe even better because Spark has free breakfast. <3

    Restroom toliet needs to be reculked, the toilet goes side to side. Water pressure is not good and there is water damage in the restroom. Shower head needs to be replaced has a little of the water debris that white hard scale. Breakfast was a disaster. Seems only refilled once not the best at all. Room 307 definitely needs to be redone,flipped and deep cleaned. Used to be a house keeper for a hotel and we flipped rooms for deep cleans every 2 weeks because everyday maintenance.my husband was not impressed at all and we will not be staying here again. Once you find a good hotel just stick with it. Home2suite or best western are my preferred. You pay for what you get for sure.

    Luggage carts broken flat tires. No soap in shower upon arrival. 5 night stay housekeeping only came once and had to ask 3 times over two days for toilet paper. Air in pullout couch area wouldn’t drop below 75

    The hotel is very clean , the staff were great! The disappointing part was the breakfast. It was very minimal compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Only had beagels, bread, boiled eggs, apples oranges and yoghurt. For the price of the hotel I expected more variety in the continental bf menu.

    The room was not clean. There were bugs both dead and alive on the carpet. The tub was stained. I did extended checkout and the front desk guy unlocks my room and tells us we have to checkout without checking to see that we actually had 4 more hours.

    Next since we were staying 4 days they said we would receive room service every 2 days so on the second day we left our room and went out for a few hrs..Upon return around 5pm our room was still dirty. I called down and had to ask for service. Horrible hotel esp w/kids!

    Additionally, our room was missing basic amenities, including bathroom soap and body lotion. The service in the breakfast area was also concerning, the staff member in charge was rude to both children and other guests. We checked in late, and when we raised our concerns, the only option offered to us was to cancel our reservation, rather than assisting with relocation to another hotel. Furthermore, communication at the front desk was difficult, as staff demonstrated limited English proficiency and poor customer service skills. The ac unit was really loud as well Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

    The Pool was cold and dirty, the roof was caving in, in the pool room. They had the back door proped open with a 5 gallon pain bucket so anyone could walk in. The ac in our room never fully cooled it down. I'm extremely disappointed in our stay. I had higher expectations for a hotel that carried such a prestigious name.

    Shower was in a horrible conditions. Mold and sign of leaks in ceiling. Loose faucets, drain was completely loose and might have been leaking to lower level. Smelled like cigarette when ac was running. Also the main thing if you don’t want your vehicle tampered with or stuff stolen. DON’T STAY HERE. During my stay my latch was messed with and three truck were broken into. Broken glass everywhere.

    I stayed here with my family at the end of March and it was a nightmare. We ended up checking out after one night even though we booked the hotel for 3 days. The elevator didnt work, the pool heater didnt work, the a/c didnt work and the hot water didnt work. The "breakfast bar" is just bagels and cereal. I had to argue back and forth with the property manager and expedia for a refund for DAYS. The property manager lied and said I never expressed my concerns, which couldnt be further from the truth. Pick any other hotel. Seriously.

    We booked a two-night stay. We noticed cockroaches in the bathroom the morning of the second day. When we returned that evening there were a few big roaches and many baby roaches. While I was talking to the front desk worker (who didn't appear surprised by the news of the infestation) my wife called and said they were in my clothes. I asked for another room...if it wasn't already after 10pm at the time, I would have packed up and left. The room the front desk worker took me to had cockroaches in the bathroom again....worst hotel experience ever.

    We had to change rooms three times. Our first room, the safety lock at the top of the door did not work, which was a necessity as our child is autistic nonverbal, and will run away. they moved us to a second room where the TV did not work. Finally the third room was fine but I thought I booked two nights when I only booked one which is my fault but still just really frustrating when I remember booking two nights, but I guess only one went through.

    The one night stay was not a good experience, it was a late check in for me and my family, upon entering the room my son saw baby roaches on the table that the TV was on, below was the frigidaire. My wife notice something crawing on the wall i looked and it was more roaches. I went to the front desk to let them know and all the front desk person said was he will let the manager know. Nothing was done we were tired and i didnt want to stress my wife even more. The following are pictures showing the roach issue. I want a refund for this stay!!!!!

    I was very impressed with this hotel. It was clean, the staff was so sweet, and it had a couple restaurants and a convenient store within walking distance. I loved the little coffee bar in the lobby, it was so cute and the coffee was so fresh, I LOVE COFFEE! Breakfast was different than the traditional hotel breakfast, but it was so yummy! I felt it had more health options along with pastries and cereal for kiddos. My family and I will definitely look for a Spark Hotel next time we need to stay away from home.

    We thought this was a new hotel but the minute I walked in I knew it was an old hotel with a new coat of paint and a new name. The room felt horribly humid and the AC sounded like there were rocks rattling inside it. I talked to the front desk and they said maintenance would be up to fix it but they never showed and it was never fixed. We showered before bed and had to shower again in the morning because we were so sticky from the humidity. The hallways and elevator are very hot so walking in from the heat offered very little relief. Breakfast was awful. The orange juice, apple juice and coffee all were extremely watered down and had zero flavor. There was cereal and bagels and not much else. The tub looked and felt like it would fall through at any moment, the handle didn’t work very well and toilet seat was falling off. I tightened the screws on the toilet seat myself because I knew it wouldn’t get fixed. The coverlet on the beds felt like sandpaper so we removed them because they scratched and were so uncomfortable. Overall not a good experience.

    The stay was ok. Really quiet and the room was bigger than we expected. Our problems started with a sink clogged with hair and a broken shower curtain rod. The tub faucet was incredibly difficult to get to quit dripping. My biggest issue was when we were packing our things this morning, I found a cockroach. I told the man at the front desk and he started to divert and tell me they spray for bugs, and told me his manager wouldn’t be there until noon after I said I took pictures and videos of everything. Then he told me they would call me when the manager got there, and I have not heard anything from them. Tread with caution.

    The first day we arrived as soon as we entered the room the room was dirty candy on the floor hair on the toilet and a very passed rotten meat. We had two rooms and the other room had no hot water. That same time we spoke to the front desk to let them know our dislikes, they sent house keeping, she came inside without notice and left without telling us. They did told us that house keeping was every other day, so when it was time they only semi cleaned one room the other one was not touched, however the one that they dis clean still had the same candy in the floor. we had tried ti speak to the manager and he was no where to be found on our third day he called and told me that it was a long weekend because of the holidays and that there was no need to speak to him that thats why he has people working to deal with that stuff. He offered to give us one night off on each room because of the inconvenience. I had told him that we had requested our money back to go somewhere else but the people working there did nothing.at check out he did tell us that his people were probably having a bad day and that he could not guarantee that our stay was going to be perfect get it things happen I travel enough to know that not everything will be fine but I do expect that when you complain things will get resolved. He is the manager and need to manage the hotel. He was very nonchalant and completely disregarded our situation and told me that it was my fault for staying although I had asked to go

    One area that could really benefit from attention is the bathroom. The sink faucet spins loosely, the tub faucet feels unstable and seems like it could pull away from the wall, and the shower mixer needs to be turned extra tightly to fully stop the water from dripping. Addressing these issues could not only improve the guest experience but also help the property reduce water waste and operate more sustainably. On a positive note, we really appreciated that the room was set up with four towels for our group of four—something that many hotels often overlook.     This is not a hotel, this is a motel. There was no hot water in the shower, only luke warm. The shower drain was clogged, so the tub filled up as we showered. There was no body wash in the bottle. There was an outlet missing an outlet cover in our room, the AC was ridiculously loud! The noise from the road is super loud as well. We never got housekeeping the 3.5 days we were there. There aren’t any dressers, so there isn’t anywhere to put your clothes but a small closet type shelving. The room was super small. They have bagels and muffins for breakfast but I wish they had some sort of fruit and protein like yogurt I wouldn’t say don’t stay here but know what you’re getting before booking.

    We were very comfortable. The extra living room area was nice. The charging station for the phones was so convenient. Having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers was also convenient. We however, didn't have trash bags in the trash cans, there were no paper cups. No microwave to heat food. That was disappointing. Overall, the stay was nice and we would stay again.

    This property was a good stay. I wish they had regular breakfast instead of continental though but thats ok. Cofee, tea, and juice options were available as well as bagels, yogurt, and cereal. The 2 biggest downfalls is that the elevator was broken but they most definitley accomodated by giving us a bigger room on the second floor and the water in our sink was cold even all the way on the full blown hot setting. The shower was barely hot as well. The rooms are clean and everyone was friendly.

    Just needed a place to REST before driving out of state. The clerks were amazing. Both extremely nice and attentive to all that walked through the door.

    Bare minimum food for breakfast. Only bagels, muffins and yogurt available. Nothing for kids. Did not maintain well, foul smell in hallways. Staff is rude and extremely dumb, mostly illegally working students from India.

    Us know we needed to check out at that time! I didn’t understand that call!! I’ve stayed at several several hotels and never in my life front desk has called to check out before my check out time. Very disappointed in this place, it’s dirty rooms very disgusting and beds seems they don’t wash there bed sheets. It’s very outdated and poor AC and please let’s not talk about the staff is horrible!

    The location was a little older which is something that is fine but it was not cleaned thoroughly at all. The room looked okay but was dirty in all the wrong ways. To be so close to a major theme park I was excited to get to the room and relax and shower but there was hair strands from someone else on the toilet. The microwave had grease smears, the air condition vent was filled with dirt and dust, there was hair strands on the bed when you pulled back the covers, and the space between the fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very good while. Even the windows outside the room had a good collection of dust that you could visibly see where they haven't been cleaned in awhile. I wish I had chosen a better location for my family's staycation. I didn't trust the property to ask to move to another room. I just want my money back.

    We arrived at the hotel for a 2-night stay and check in was ok. The front desk clerk was very polite and professional. The lobby smelled weird but we were not that concerned. Within 20 minutes after entering our room I had killed six roaches. I called the front desk and the clerk was able to move us down the hall. The room wasn’t that much cleaner and we didn’t see another roach until the second night. We also skipped the breakfast there because we saw roaches in the lobby and hallway. My advice-don’t book here, and PLEASE hire professional pest control!

    All linens were stained and the carpets are filthy. Keeping linens cleaning is literally the minimum the hotel should be doing. We only stayed one night and 7 pickup trucks got broken into. This is complete and utter negligence on the hotel. I almost didn't book this hotel because I did see the reviews that people reported break-ins at this hotel. I thought maybe it was an isolated incident, but to have seen this for myself, this is a problem. The hotel knows they have a problem and they should have security onsite patrolling at night. I will never booking here again.

    The hotel management is good but cleanness of the room is not so well. Bathroom was very disgusting molded . Dust was eveeywhwre in the room . Few lights qere out . And smelled like smoke .

    It was easy to get there and a lot of options for dinning or shopping around, but the building needs some upgrades, appliances as well, also some German roaches were having fun in our room. A crack mirror and some big crack on the ceiling of the room. Other than that staff and breakfast were super good.

    The gentlemen at the front were very nice and accommodating. However, we found several roaches in our first room. We requested a different room but that one also had roaches too so we opted to not stay the second night and just drive home. I guess this is a "you get what you pay for" situation.

    ROACHES - Terrible stay. Stayed one night. Checked in late at night. Woke up to a bunch of roaches all over the bathroom and nightstand. Terrible customer service. Front desk simply said we should've cancelled the night before if we were bothered by the roaches. Expedia reviews were not bad which is why I booked, CHECK THE GOOGLE REVIEWS, roaches are definitely a common theme

    Asked a staff person cleaning rooms to please wash a sheet and/or replace with clean one. Assurance was given, nothing happened all day. Literally had to go downstairs holding giant dirty comforter myself. There was no soap in community bathroom downstairs. Helps set the tone for the place, knowing all people that use the bathroom (including staff if they do) don’t wash their hands.

    I stayed at Comfort Inn to which they had roaches and i was supposed to get reimbursed for a room that i only stayed one night in but still got charged for two nights.I also would rather talk to a real person for my concerns and or issues. I was told that my issues were resolved but found out after looking at my bank receipts online i got lied to.

    When I woke up this morning, I sat at the desk and opened my laptop. Within minutes, ants were crawling all over the keyboard! When I picked up my laptop, there was a smashed bug! I took my shower and was greeted by crawling beetles around the vanity. I reported it to the hotel staff who said, “Sorry.” YUCK! Do NOT stay here. I left without breakfast as I could not imagine what might be lurking in the breakfast area.

    - Light fixture was hangin from roof - Bath was grimy - A sock from the previous occupent had been left in the bathroom, evidence that the room had not been cleaned propery - Dirty curtains, with several examples of what looked a lot like bloodstains When we raised these issues with the staff, they did not take any ownership of the issues and did not apologize or note the concerns down. This is a terrible hotel and it's run very poorly. Please avoid.

    My family and I had two different rooms and we both had roaches in our rooms. There is NOTHING I hate more than a nasty roach. Prices were cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. I just hope we didn't bring any of those nasty creatures home with us. Also, my son and his family's room had no cool air. It was just a miserable stay all around. Definitely won't be returning back or recommending this place!!

    Building needs lots of repairs. Sheets/blankets not laundered commercially (stains/odors) Pool area slippery, lots of water damage to ceiling. Staff was very nice and fulfilled all requests.

    We booked a double queen room, upon check in our key card didnt work. We went back down to the lobby and they changed us rooms. We ended up with a room with two full size beds. The shower rod was bent and you could not close the shower curtain

    The room appeared clean, pillow case had blue stains on them, curtains were ripped and had red, i assume, paint blotches on them. Air vent in restroom was packed with dust. Door when i left room i had to ensure shut because would not shut correctly unless i manually did it. The Ice bucket had a lid and if you look in bucket was clean but flip the lid to see inside was disgusting with food rotted onto it. When i first got there i was asked to wait a moment while the Hostess took a personal call. Other than these issues the staff was good and the saty was quiet and fine.
